24 UDB मैं सदा उसके प्रति सच्चा रहूँगा और उससे सच्चा प्रेम करूँगा और उसे उसके शत्रुओं को हराने में सक्षम बनाऊँगा। BSB BSB: My faithfulness and loving devotion will be with him, and through My name his horn will be exalted.
25 UDB मैं उसके राज्य में भूमध्य सागर से ले कर फरात नदी तक की सारी भूमि को सम्मिलित करूँगा। BSB BSB: I will set his hand over the sea, and his right hand upon the rivers.
26 UDB वह मुझसे कहेगा, ‘आप मेरे पिता हैं, मेरे परमेश्वर, वह जो मुझे सुरक्षित करते और बचाते हैं।’ BSB BSB: He will call to Me, ‘You are my Father, my God, the Rock of my salvation.’
27 UDB मैं उसे अपने ज्येष्ठ पुत्र के रूप में अधिकार दूँगा; वह पृथ्वी पर सबसे बड़ा राजा होगा। BSB BSB: I will indeed appoint him as My firstborn, the highest of the kings of the earth.
28 UDB मैं उसके प्रति सदा सच्चा रहूँगा, और उसे आशीष देने की मेरी वाचा सदा के लिए स्थिर रहेगी। BSB BSB: I will forever preserve My loving devotion for him, and My covenant with him will stand fast.
29 UDB मैं उसके वंशजों की पीढ़ी स्थापित करूँगा जो कभी समाप्त नहीं होंगी, उसके वंशजों के विभिन्न लोग सदा राजा होंगे। BSB BSB: I will establish his line forever, his throne as long as the heavens endure.

39 UDB ऐसा लगता है कि आपने अपने दास दाऊद के साथ बाँधी वाचा को तोड़ दिया है; ऐसा प्रतीत होता है जैसे आपने उसका मुकुट धूल में फेंक दिया है। BSB BSB: You have renounced the covenant with Your servant and sullied his crown in the dust.
40 UDB आपने उन दीवारों को तोड़ दिए हैं जो उसके शहर की रक्षा करती हैं और उसके सब किलों को खण्डहर होने के लिए छोड़ दिया है। BSB BSB: You have broken down all his walls; You have reduced his strongholds to rubble.
