5 UDB आपने अन्य राष्ट्रों के लोगों को दण्ड दिया, और दुष्ट लोगों को नष्ट कर दिया है; आपने उनके नाम सदा के लिए मिटा दिए हैं। BSB BSB: You have rebuked the nations; You have destroyed the wicked; You have erased their name forever and ever.

8 UDB वह सम्पूर्ण पृथ्वी पर सब लोगों का न्याय करेंगे; जब वह हर देश के लोगों का न्याय करेंगे, तब वह पक्षपात नहीं करेंगे। BSB BSB: He judges the world with justice; He governs the people with equity.
9 UDB यहोवा पीड़ित लोगों के लिए शरणस्थान होंगे; जब वे परेशानी में होते हैं तब वह उनके लिए आश्रय के समान होंगे। BSB BSB: The LORD is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 UDB जो लोग यहोवा को जानते हैं वे उन पर भरोसा करते हैं; वह उन लोगों को कभी नहीं छोड़ते है, जो सहायता के लिए उनके पास आते हैं। BSB BSB: Those who know Your name trust in You, for You, O LORD, have not forsaken those who seek You.

14 UDB मैं जीना चाहता हूँ जिससे कि मैं यरूशलेम के फाटकों पर आपकी स्तुति कर सकूँ और आनन्द करूँ क्योंकि आपने मुझे बचाया है। BSB BSB: that I may declare all Your praises—that within the gates of Daughter Zion I may rejoice in Your salvation.
15 UDB अन्य राष्ट्रों के दुष्ट लोगों ने मुझे गिराने के लिए एक गड्ढ़ा खोदा है, परन्तु उस गड्ढे में वे ही गिर गए हैं। उन्होंने मुझे पकड़ने के लिए जाल सा फैलाया है, परन्तु उस जाल में उन्हीं के पाँव फँस गए हैं। BSB BSB: The nations have fallen into a pit of their making; their feet are caught in the net they have hidden.

17 UDB दुष्ट लोग मर जाएँगे और अपनी कब्रों में दफनाए जाएँगे; उनकी आत्माएँ उन लोगों के साथ रहने के लिए चली जाएँगी जो आपके विषय में भूल गए हैं। BSB BSB: The wicked will return to Sheol—all the nations who forget God.
18 UDB परन्तु आप उन लोगों को नहीं भूलेंगे जो आवश्यकताओं से घिरे हुए हैं; जो आत्मविश्वास से आशा बाँधते हैं वे निराश नहीं होंगे। BSB BSB: For the needy will not always be forgotten; nor the hope of the oppressed forever dashed.
