1 ULB तब परमेश्वर का सन्दूक ले आकर उस तम्बू में रखा गया जो दाऊद ने उसके लिये खड़ा कराया था; और परमेश्वर के सामने होमबलि और मेलबलि चढ़ाए गए। BSB BSB: So they brought the ark of God and placed it inside the tent that David had pitched for it. And they presented burnt offerings and peace offerings before God.
2 ULB जब दाऊद होमबलि और मेलबलि चढ़ा चुका, तब उसने यहोवा के नाम से प्रजा को आशीर्वाद दिया। BSB BSB: When David had finished sacrificing the burnt offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD.
3 ULB और उसने क्या पुरुष, क्या स्त्री, सब इस्राएलियों को एक-एक रोटी और एक-एक टुकड़ा माँस और किशमिश की एक-एक टिकिया बँटवा दी। BSB BSB: Then he distributed to every man and woman of Israel a loaf of bread, a date cake, and a raisin cake.
4 ULB तब उसने कई लेवियों को इसलिए ठहरा दिया, कि यहोवा के सन्दूक के सामने सेवा टहल किया करें, और इस्राएल के परमेश्वर यहोवा की चर्चा और उसका धन्यवाद और स्तुति किया करें। BSB BSB: David appointed some of the Levites to minister before the ark of the LORD, to celebrate, to give thanks, and to praise the LORD, the God of Israel.
5 ULB उनका मुखिया तो आसाप था, और उसके नीचे जकर्याह था, फिर यीएल, शमीरामोत, यहीएल, मत्तित्याह, एलीआब बनायाह, ओबेदेदोम और यीएल थे; ये तो सारंगियाँ और वीणाएँ लिये हुए थे, और आसाप झाँझ पर राग बजाता था। BSB BSB: Asaph was the chief, Zechariah was second, then Jeiel, Shemiramoth, Jehiel, Mattithiah, Eliab, Benaiah, Obed-edom, and Jeiel. They were to play the harps and lyres, while Asaph sounded the cymbals
6 ULB बनायाह और यहजीएल नामक याजक परमेश्वर की वाचा के सन्दूक के सामने नित्य तुरहियां बजाने के लिए नियुक्त किए गए। BSB BSB: and the priests Benaiah and Jahaziel blew the trumpets regularly before the ark of the covenant of God.
7 ULB तब उसी दिन दाऊद ने यहोवा का धन्यवाद करने का काम आसाप और उसके भाइयों को सौंप दिया। BSB BSB: On that day David first committed to Asaph and his associates this song of thanksgiving to the LORD:
8 ULB यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो*, उससे प्रार्थना करो; देश-देश में उसके कामों का प्रचार करो। BSB BSB: “Give thanks to the LORD; call upon His name; make known His deeds among the nations.
9 ULB उसका गीत गाओ, उसका भजन करो, उसके सब आश्चर्यकर्मों का ध्यान करो। BSB BSB: Sing to Him, sing praises to Him; tell of all His wonders.
10 ULB उसके पवित्र नाम पर घमण्ड करो; यहोवा के खोजियों का हृदय आनन्दित हो। BSB BSB: Glory in His holy name; let the hearts of those who seek the LORD rejoice.
11 ULB यहोवा और उसकी सामर्थ्य की खोज करो; उसके दर्शन के लिए लगातार खोज करो। BSB BSB: Seek out the LORD and His strength; seek His face always.
12 ULB उसके किए हुए आश्चर्यकर्म, उसके चमत्कार और न्यायवचन स्मरण करो। BSB BSB: Remember the wonders He has done, His marvels, and the judgments He has pronounced,
13 ULB हे उसके दास इस्राएल के वंश, हे याकूब की सन्तान तुम जो उसके चुने हुए हो! BSB BSB: O offspring of His servant Israel, O sons of Jacob, His chosen ones.
14 ULB वही हमारा परमेश्वर यहोवा है, उसके न्याय के काम पृथ्वी भर में होते हैं। BSB BSB: He is the LORD our God; His judgments carry throughout the earth.
15 ULB उसकी वाचा को सदा स्मरण रखो, यह वही वचन है जो उसने हजार पीढ़ियों के लिये ठहरा दिया। BSB BSB: Remember His covenant forever, the word He ordained for a thousand generations—
16 ULB वह वाचा उसने अब्राहम के साथ बाँधी ओर उसी के विषय उसने इसहाक से शपथ खाई, BSB BSB: the covenant He made with Abraham, and the oath He swore to Isaac.
17 ULB और उसी को उसने याकूब के लिये विधि करके और इस्राएल के लिये सदा की वाचा बाँधकर यह कहकर दृढ़ किया, BSB BSB: He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree, to Israel as an everlasting covenant:
18 ULB “मैं कनान देश तुझी को दूँगा, वह बाँट में तुम्हारा निज भाग होगा।” BSB BSB: ‘I will give you the land of Canaan as the portion of your inheritance.’
19 ULB उस समय तो तुम गिनती में थोड़े थे, बल्कि बहुत ही थोड़े और उस देश में परदेशी थे। BSB BSB: When they were few in number, few indeed, and strangers in the land,
20 ULB और वे एक जाति से दूसरी जाति में, और एक राज्य से दूसरे में फिरते तो रहे, BSB BSB: they wandered from nation to nation, from one kingdom to another.
21 ULB परन्तु उसने किसी मनुष्य को उन पर अंधेर करने न दिया; और वह राजाओं को उनके निमित्त यह धमकी देता था, BSB BSB: He let no man oppress them; He rebuked kings on their behalf:
22 ULB “मेरे अभिषिक्तों को मत छूओ, और न मेरे नबियों की हानि करो।” BSB BSB: ‘Do not touch My anointed ones! Do no harm to My prophets!’
23 ULB हे समस्त पृथ्वी के लोगों यहोवा का गीत गाओ। प्रतिदिन उसके किए हुए उद्धार का शुभ समाचार सुनाते रहो। BSB BSB: Sing to the LORD, all the earth. Proclaim His salvation day after day.
24 ULB अन्यजातियों में उसकी महिमा का, और देश-देश के लोगों में उसके आश्चर्यकर्मों का वर्णन करो। BSB BSB: Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.
25 ULB क्योंकि यहोवा महान और स्तुति के अति योग्य है, वह तो सब देवताओं से अधिक भययोग्य है। BSB BSB: For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised; He is to be feared above all gods.
26 ULB क्योंकि देश-देश के सब देवता मूर्तियाँ ही हैं; परन्तु यहोवा ही ने स्वर्ग को बनाया है। BSB BSB: For all the gods of the nations are idols, but it is the LORD who made the heavens.
27 ULB उसके चारों ओर वैभव और ऐश्वर्य है; उसके स्थान में सामर्थ्य और आनन्द है। BSB BSB: Splendor and majesty are before Him; strength and joy fill His dwelling.
28 ULB हे देश-देश के कुलों, यहोवा का गुणानुवाद करो, यहोवा की महिमा और सामर्थ्य को मानो। BSB BSB: Ascribe to the LORD, O families of the nations, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength.
29 ULB यहोवा के नाम की महिमा ऐसी मानो जो उसके नाम के योग्य है। भेंट लेकर उसके सम्मुख आओ, पवित्रता से शोभायमान होकर यहोवा को दण्डवत् करो। BSB BSB: Ascribe to the LORD the glory due His name; bring an offering and come before Him. Worship the LORD in the splendor of His holiness;
30 ULB हे सारी पृथ्वी के लोगों उसके सामने थरथराओ! जगत ऐसा स्थिर है, कि वह टलने का नहीं। BSB BSB: tremble before Him, all the earth. The world is firmly established; it cannot be moved.
31 ULB आकाश आनन्द करे और पृथ्वी मगन हो, और जाति-जाति में लोग कहें, “यहोवा राजा हुआ है।” BSB BSB: Let the heavens be glad, and the earth rejoice. Let them say among the nations, ‘The LORD reigns!’
32 ULB समुद्र और उसमें की सब वस्तुएँ गरज उठें, मैदान और जो कुछ उसमें है सो प्रफुल्लित हों। BSB BSB: Let the sea resound, and all that fills it; let the fields exult, and all that is in them.
33 ULB उसी समय वन के वृक्ष यहोवा के सामने जयजयकार करें, क्योंकि वह पृथ्वी का न्याय करने को आनेवाला है। BSB BSB: Then the trees of the forest will sing for joy before the LORD, for He is coming to judge the earth.
34 ULB यहोवा का धन्यवाद करो, क्योंकि वह भला है; उसकी करुणा सदा की है। BSB BSB: Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His loving devotion endures forever.
35 ULB और यह कहो, “हे हमारे उद्धार करनेवाले परमेश्वर हमारा उद्धार कर, और हमको इकट्ठा करके अन्यजातियों से छुड़ा, कि हम तेरे पवित्र नाम का धन्यवाद करें, और तेरी स्तुति करते हुए तेरे विषय बड़ाई करें। (भज. 106:47) BSB BSB: Then cry out: ‘Save us, O God of our salvation; gather and deliver us from the nations, that we may give thanks to Your holy name, that we may glory in Your praise.’
36 ULB अनादिकाल से अनन्तकाल तक इस्राएल का परमेश्वर यहोवा धन्य है।” तब सब प्रजा ने “आमीन” कहा: और यहोवा की स्तुति की। (भज. 106:48) BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting.” Then all the people said, “Amen!” and “Praise the LORD!”
37 ULB तब उसने वहाँ अर्थात् यहोवा की वाचा के सन्दूक के सामने आसाप और उसके भाइयों को छोड़ दिया, कि प्रतिदिन के प्रयोजन के अनुसार वे सन्दूक के सामने नित्य सेवा टहल किया करें, BSB BSB: So David left Asaph and his associates there before the ark of the covenant of the LORD, to minister there regularly according to the daily requirements,
38 ULB और अड़सठ भाइयों समेत ओबेदेदोम को, और द्वारपालों के लिये यदूतून के पुत्र ओबेदेदोम और होसा को छोड़ दिया। BSB BSB: along with Obed-edom and his sixty-eight relatives. Obed-edom son of Jeduthun, and also Hosah, were to be gatekeepers.
39 ULB फिर उसने सादोक याजक और उसके भाई याजकों को यहोवा के निवास के सामने, जो गिबोन के ऊँचे स्थान में था, ठहरा दिया, BSB BSB: And David left Zadok the priest and his fellow priests before the tabernacle of the LORD at the high place in Gibeon
40 ULB कि वे नित्य सवेरे और सांझ को होमबलि की वेदी पर* यहोवा को होमबलि चढ़ाया करें, और उन सब के अनुसार किया करें, जो यहोवा की व्यवस्था में लिखा है, जिसे उसने इस्राएल को दिया था। BSB BSB: to regularly present burnt offerings to the LORD on the altar of burnt offerings, morning and evening, according to all that was written in the Law of the LORD, which He had commanded Israel to keep.
41 ULB और उनके संग उसने हेमान और यदूतून और दूसरों को भी जो नाम लेकर चुने गए थे ठहरा दिया, कि यहोवा की सदा की करुणा के कारण उसका धन्यवाद करें। BSB BSB: With them were Heman, Jeduthun, and the rest of those chosen and designated by name to give thanks to the LORD, for “His loving devotion endures forever.”
42 ULB और उनके संग उसने हेमान और यदूतून को बजानेवालों के लिये तुरहियां और झाँझें और परमेश्वर के गीत गाने के लिये बाजे दिए, और यदूतून के बेटों को फाटक की रखवाली करने को ठहरा दिया। BSB BSB: Heman and Jeduthun had with them trumpets and cymbals for the music and instruments for the songs of God. And the sons of Jeduthun were stationed at the gate.
43 ULB तब प्रजा के सब लोग अपने-अपने घर चले गए, और दाऊद अपने घराने को आशीर्वाद देने लौट गया। BSB BSB: Then all the people departed for their homes, and David returned home to bless his household.
