1 ULB हे परमेश्वर तू, जिसकी मैं स्तुति करता हूँ, चुप न रह! BSB BSB: For the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. O God of my praise, be not silent.
2 ULB क्योंकि दुष्ट और कपटी मनुष्यों ने मेरे विरुद्ध मुँह खोला है, वे मेरे विषय में झूठ बोलते हैं। BSB BSB: For wicked and deceitful mouths open against me; they speak against me with lying tongues.
3 ULB उन्होंने बैर के वचनों से मुझे चारों ओर घेर लिया है, और व्यर्थ मुझसे लड़ते हैं। (यूह. 15:25) BSB BSB: They surround me with hateful words and attack me without cause.
4 ULB मेरे प्रेम के बदले में वे मेरी चुगली करते हैं, परन्तु मैं तो प्रार्थना में लौलीन रहता हूँ। BSB BSB: In return for my love they accuse me, but I am a man of prayer.
5 ULB उन्होंने भलाई के बदले में मुझसे बुराई की और मेरे प्रेम के बदले मुझसे बैर किया है। BSB BSB: They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 ULB तू उसको किसी दुष्ट के अधिकार में रख, और कोई विरोधी उसकी दाहिनी ओर खड़ा रहे। BSB BSB: Set over him a wicked man; let an accuser stand at his right hand.
7 ULB जब उसका न्याय किया जाए, तब वह दोषी निकले, और उसकी प्रार्थना पाप गिनी जाए! BSB BSB: When he is tried, let him be found guilty, and may his prayer be regarded as sin.
8 ULB उसके दिन थोड़े हों, और उसके पद को दूसरा ले! (प्रेरि. 1:20) BSB BSB: May his days be few; may another take his position.
9 ULB उसके बच्चे अनाथ हो जाएँ, और उसकी स्त्री विधवा हो जाए! BSB BSB: May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.
10 ULB और उसके बच्चे मारे-मारे फिरें, और भीख माँगा करे; उनको अपने उजड़े हुए घर से दूर जाकर टुकड़े माँगना पड़े! BSB BSB: May his children wander as beggars, seeking sustenance far from their ruined homes.
11 ULB महाजन फंदा लगाकर, उसका सर्वस्व ले ले*; और परदेशी उसकी कमाई को लूट लें! BSB BSB: May the creditor seize all he owns, and strangers plunder the fruits of his labor.
12 ULB कोई न हो जो उस पर करुणा करता रहे, और उसके अनाथ बालकों पर कोई तरस न खाए! BSB BSB: May there be no one to extend kindness to him, and no one to favor his fatherless children.
13 ULB उसका वंश नाश हो जाए, दूसरी पीढ़ी में उसका नाम मिट जाए! BSB BSB: May his descendants be cut off; may their name be blotted out from the next generation.
14 ULB उसके पितरों का अधर्म यहोवा को स्मरण रहे, और उसकी माता का पाप न मिटे! BSB BSB: May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and the sin of his mother never be blotted out.
15 ULB वह निरन्तर यहोवा के सम्मुख रहे, वह उनका नाम पृथ्वी पर से मिटे! BSB BSB: May their sins always remain before the LORD, that He may cut off their memory from the earth.
16 ULB क्योंकि वह दुष्ट, करुणा करना भूल गया वरन् दीन और दरिद्र को सताता था और मार डालने की इच्छा से खेदित मनवालों के पीछे पड़ा रहता था। BSB BSB: For he never thought to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and brokenhearted, even to their death.
17 ULB वह श्राप देने से प्रीति रखता था, और श्राप उस पर आ पड़ा; वह आशीर्वाद देने से प्रसन्न न होता था, इसलिए आशीर्वाद उससे दूर रहा। BSB BSB: The cursing that he loved, may it fall on him; the blessing in which he refused to delight, may it be far from him.
18 ULB वह श्राप देना वस्त्र के समान पहनता था, और वह उसके पेट में जल के समान और उसकी हड्डियों में तेल के समान* समा गया। BSB BSB: The cursing that he wore like a coat, may it soak into his body like water, and into his bones like oil.
19 ULB वह उसके लिये ओढ़ने का काम दे, और फेंटे के समान उसकी कटि में नित्य कसा रहे। BSB BSB: May it be like a robe wrapped about him, like a belt tied forever around him.
20 ULB यहोवा की ओर से मेरे विरोधियों को, और मेरे विरुद्ध बुरा कहनेवालों को यही बदला मिले! BSB BSB: May this be the LORD’s reward to my accusers, to those who speak evil against me.
21 ULB परन्तु हे यहोवा प्रभु, तू अपने नाम के निमित्त मुझसे बर्ताव कर; तेरी करुणा तो बड़ी है, इसलिए तू मुझे छुटकारा दे! BSB BSB: But You, O GOD, the Lord, deal kindly with me for the sake of Your name; deliver me by the goodness of Your loving devotion.
22 ULB क्योंकि मैं दीन और दरिद्र हूँ, और मेरा हृदय घायल हुआ है*। BSB BSB: For I am poor and needy; my heart is wounded within me.
23 ULB मैं ढलती हुई छाया के समान जाता रहा हूँ; मैं टिड्डी के समान उड़ा दिया गया हूँ। BSB BSB: I am fading away like a lengthening shadow; I am shaken off like a locust.
24 ULB उपवास करते-करते मेरे घुटने निर्बल हो गए; और मुझ में चर्बी न रहने से मैं सूख गया हूँ। BSB BSB: My knees are weak from fasting, and my body grows lean and gaunt.
25 ULB मेरी तो उन लोगों से नामधराई होती है; जब वे मुझे देखते, तब सिर हिलाते हैं। (इब्रा. 10:12-13, लूका 20:42-43) BSB BSB: I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they shake their heads.
26 ULB हे मेरे परमेश्वर यहोवा, मेरी सहायता कर! अपनी करुणा के अनुसार मेरा उद्धार कर! BSB BSB: Help me, O LORD my God; save me according to Your loving devotion.
27 ULB जिससे वे जाने कि यह तेरा काम है, और हे यहोवा, तूने ही यह किया है! BSB BSB: Let them know that this is Your hand, that You, O LORD, have done it.
28 ULB वे मुझे कोसते तो रहें, परन्तु तू आशीष दे! वे तो उठते ही लज्जित हों, परन्तु तेरा दास आनन्दित हो! (1 कुरि. 4:12) BSB BSB: Though they curse, You will bless. When they rise up, they will be put to shame, but Your servant will rejoice.
29 ULB मेरे विरोधियों को अनादररूपी वस्त्र पहनाया जाए, और वे अपनी लज्जा को कम्बल के समान ओढ़ें! BSB BSB: May my accusers be clothed with disgrace; may they wear their shame like a robe.
30 ULB मैं यहोवा का बहुत धन्यवाद करूँगा, और बहुत लोगों के बीच में उसकी स्तुति करूँगा। BSB BSB: With my mouth I will thank the LORD profusely; I will praise Him in the presence of many.
31 ULB क्योंकि वह दरिद्र की दाहिनी ओर खड़ा रहेगा, कि उसको प्राण-दण्ड देनेवालों से बचाए। BSB BSB: For He stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save him from the condemners of his soul.
