2 ULB तू मेरा उठना और बैठना जानता है; और मेरे विचारों को दूर ही से समझ लेता है। BSB BSB: You know when I sit and when I rise; You understand my thoughts from afar.
3 ULB मेरे चलने और लेटने की तू भली-भाँति छानबीन करता है, और मेरी पूरी चालचलन का भेद जानता है। BSB BSB: You search out my path and my lying down; You are aware of all my ways.
4 ULB हे यहोवा, मेरे मुँह में ऐसी कोई बात नहीं जिसे तू पूरी रीति से न जानता हो। BSB BSB: Even before a word is on my tongue, You know all about it, O LORD.
5 ULB तूने मुझे आगे-पीछे घेर रखा है*, और अपना हाथ मुझ पर रखे रहता है। BSB BSB: You hem me in behind and before; You have laid Your hand upon me.
6 ULB यह ज्ञान मेरे लिये बहुत कठिन है; यह गम्भीर और मेरी समझ से बाहर है। BSB BSB: Such knowledge is too wonderful for me, too lofty for me to attain.
8 ULB यदि मैं आकाश पर चढ़ूँ, तो तू वहाँ है! यदि मैं अपना खाट अधोलोक में बिछाऊँ तो वहाँ भी तू है! BSB BSB: If I ascend to the heavens, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, You are there.
9 ULB यदि मैं भोर की किरणों पर चढ़कर समुद्र के पार जा बसूँ, BSB BSB: If I rise on the wings of the dawn, if I settle by the farthest sea,
10 ULB तो वहाँ भी तू अपने हाथ से मेरी अगुआई करेगा, और अपने दाहिने हाथ से मुझे पकड़े रहेगा। BSB BSB: even there Your hand will guide me; Your right hand will hold me fast.
11 ULB यदि मैं कहूँ कि अंधकार में तो मैं छिप जाऊँगा, और मेरे चारों ओर का उजियाला रात का अंधेरा हो जाएगा, BSB BSB: If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me, and the light become night around me”—
12 ULB तो भी अंधकार तुझ से न छिपाएगा, रात तो दिन के तुल्य प्रकाश देगी; क्योंकि तेरे लिये अंधियारा और उजियाला दोनों एक समान हैं। BSB BSB: even the darkness is not dark to You, but the night shines like the day, for darkness is as light to You.
14 ULB मैं तेरा धन्यवाद करूँगा, इसलिए कि मैं भयानक और अद्भुत रीति से रचा गया हूँ। तेरे काम तो आश्चर्य के हैं, और मैं इसे भली भाँति जानता हूँ। (प्रका. 15:3) BSB BSB: I praise You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Marvelous are Your works, and I know this very well.
15 ULB जब मैं गुप्त में बनाया जाता, और पृथ्वी के नीचे स्थानों में रचा जाता था, तब मेरी देह तुझ से छिपी न थीं। BSB BSB: My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret, when I was woven together in the depths of the earth.
16 ULB तेरी आँखों ने मेरे बेडौल तत्व को देखा; और मेरे सब अंग जो दिन-दिन बनते जाते थे वे रचे जाने से पहले तेरी पुस्तक में लिखे हुए थे। BSB BSB: Your eyes saw my unformed body; all my days were written in Your book and ordained for me before one of them came to be.
17 ULB मेरे लिये तो हे परमेश्वर, तेरे विचार क्या ही बहुमूल्य हैं! उनकी संख्या का जोड़ कैसा बड़ा है! BSB BSB: How precious to me are Your thoughts, O God, how vast is their sum!
18 ULB यदि मैं उनको गिनता तो वे रेतकणों से भी अधिक ठहरते। जब मैं जाग उठता हूँ, तब भी तेरे संग रहता हूँ। BSB BSB: If I were to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand; and when I awake, I am still with You.
19 ULB हे परमेश्वर निश्चय तू दुष्ट को घात करेगा! हे हत्यारों, मुझसे दूर हो जाओ। BSB BSB: O God, that You would slay the wicked—away from me, you bloodthirsty men—
20 ULB क्योंकि वे तेरे विरुद्ध बलवा करते और छल के काम करते हैं; तेरे शत्रु तेरा नाम झूठी बात पर लेते हैं। BSB BSB: who speak of You deceitfully; Your enemies take Your name in vain.
21 ULB हे यहोवा, क्या मैं तेरे बैरियों से बैर न रखूँ, और तेरे विरोधियों से घृणा न करूँ? (प्रका. 2:6) BSB BSB: Do I not hate those who hate You, O LORD, and detest those who rise against You?
22 ULB हाँ, मैं उनसे पूर्ण बैर रखता हूँ; मैं उनको अपना शत्रु समझता हूँ। BSB BSB: I hate them with perfect hatred; I count them as my enemies.
23 ULB हे परमेश्वर, मुझे जाँचकर जान ले! मुझे परखकर मेरी चिन्ताओं को जान ले! BSB BSB: Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my concerns.
24 ULB और देख कि मुझ में कोई बुरी चाल है कि नहीं, और अनन्त के मार्ग में मेरी अगुआई कर! BSB BSB: See if there is any offensive way in me; lead me in the way everlasting.
