1 ULB हे यहोवा, मैं तुझ में शरण लेता हूँ; मुझे कभी लज्जित होना न पड़े; तू अपने धर्मी होने के कारण मुझे छुड़ा ले! BSB BSB: For the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. In You, O LORD, I have taken refuge; let me never be put to shame; save me by Your righteousness.
2 ULB अपना कान मेरी ओर लगाकर तुरन्त मुझे छुड़ा ले! (भज. 102:2) BSB BSB: Incline Your ear to me; come quickly to my rescue. Be my rock of refuge, the stronghold of my deliverance.
3 ULB क्योंकि तू मेरे लिये चट्टान और मेरा गढ़ है; इसलिए अपने नाम के निमित्त मेरी अगुआई कर, और मुझे आगे ले चल। BSB BSB: For You are my rock and my fortress; lead me and guide me for the sake of Your name.
4 ULB जो जाल उन्होंने मेरे लिये बिछाया है उससे तू मुझ को छुड़ा ले, क्योंकि तू ही मेरा दृढ़ गढ़ है। BSB BSB: You free me from the net laid out for me, for You are my refuge.
5 ULB मैं अपनी आत्मा को तेरे ही हाथ में सौंप देता हूँ; हे यहोवा, हे विश्वासयोग्य परमेश्वर, तूने मुझे मोल लेकर मुक्त किया है। (लूका 23:46, प्रेरि. 7:59, 1 पत. 4:19) BSB BSB: Into Your hands I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O LORD, God of truth.
6 ULB जो व्यर्थ मूर्तियों पर मन लगाते हैं, उनसे मैं घृणा करता हूँ; परन्तु मेरा भरोसा यहोवा ही पर है। (भज. 24:4) BSB BSB: I hate those who cling to worthless idols, but in the LORD I trust.
7 ULB मैं तेरी करुणा से मगन और आनन्दित हूँ, क्योंकि तूने मेरे दुःख पर दृष्टि की है, मेरे कष्ट के समय तूने मेरी सुधि ली है, BSB BSB: I will be glad and rejoice in Your loving devotion, for You have seen my affliction; You have known the anguish of my soul.
8 ULB और तूने मुझे शत्रु के हाथ में पड़ने नहीं दिया; तूने मेरे पाँवों को चौड़े स्थान में खड़ा किया है। BSB BSB: You have not delivered me to the enemy; You have set my feet in the open.
9 ULB हे यहोवा, मुझ पर दया कर क्योंकि मैं संकट में हूँ; मेरी आँखें वरन् मेरा प्राण और शरीर सब शोक के मारे घुले जाते हैं। BSB BSB: Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes fail from sorrow, my soul and body as well.
10 ULB मेरा जीवन शोक के मारे और मेरी आयु कराहते-कराहते घट चली है; मेरा बल मेरे अधर्म के कारण जाता रहा, ओर मेरी हड्डियाँ घुल गई। BSB BSB: For my life is consumed with grief and my years with groaning; my iniquity has drained my strength, and my bones are wasting away.
11 ULB अपने सब विरोधियों के कारण मेरे पड़ोसियों में मेरी नामधराई हुई है, अपने जान-पहचानवालों के लिये डर का कारण हूँ; जो मुझ को सड़क पर देखते है वह मुझसे दूर भाग जाते हैं। BSB BSB: Among all my enemies I am a disgrace, and among my neighbors even more. I am dreaded by my friends—they flee when they see me on the street.
12 ULB मैं मृतक के समान लोगों के मन से बिसर गया; मैं टूटे बर्तन के समान हो गया हूँ। BSB BSB: I am forgotten like a dead man, out of mind. I am like a broken vessel.
13 ULB मैंने बहुतों के मुँह से अपनी निन्दा सुनी, चारों ओर भय ही भय है! जब उन्होंने मेरे विरुद्ध आपस में सम्मति की तब मेरे प्राण लेने की युक्ति की। BSB BSB: For I hear the slander of many; there is terror on every side. They conspire against me and plot to take my life.
14 ULB परन्तु हे यहोवा, मैंने तो तुझी पर भरोसा रखा है, मैंने कहा, “तू मेरा परमेश्वर है।” BSB BSB: But I trust in You, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.”
15 ULB मेरे दिन तेरे हाथ में है; तू मुझे मेरे शत्रुओं और मेरे सतानेवालों के हाथ से छुड़ा। BSB BSB: My times are in Your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me.
16 ULB अपने दास पर अपने मुँह का प्रकाश चमका; अपनी करुणा से मेरा उद्धार कर। BSB BSB: Make Your face shine on Your servant; save me by Your loving devotion.
17 ULB हे यहोवा, मुझे लज्जित न होने दे क्योंकि मैंने तुझको पुकारा है; दुष्ट लज्जित हों और वे पाताल में चुपचाप पड़े रहें। BSB BSB: O LORD, let me not be ashamed, for I have called on You. Let the wicked be put to shame; let them lie silent in Sheol.
18 ULB जो अहंकार और अपमान से धर्मी की निन्दा करते हैं, उनके झूठ बोलनेवाले मुँह बन्द किए जाएँ। (भज. 94:4, भज. 120:2) BSB BSB: May lying lips be silenced—lips that speak with arrogance against the righteous, full of pride and contempt.
19 ULB आहा, तेरी भलाई क्या ही बड़ी है जो तूने अपने डरवैयों के लिये रख छोड़ी है, और अपने शरणागतों के लिये मनुष्यों के सामने प्रगट भी की है। BSB BSB: How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have bestowed before the sons of men on those who take refuge in You!
20 ULB तू उन्हें दर्शन देने के गुप्त स्थान में* मनुष्यों की बुरी गोष्ठी से गुप्त रखेगा; तू उनको अपने मण्डप में झगड़े-रगड़े से छिपा रखेगा। BSB BSB: You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the schemes of men. You conceal them in Your shelter from accusing tongues.
21 ULB यहोवा धन्य है, क्योंकि उसने मुझे गढ़वाले नगर में रखकर मुझ पर अद्भुत करुणा की है। BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has shown me His loving devotion in a city under siege.
22 ULB मैंने तो घबराकर कहा था कि मैं यहोवा की दृष्टि से दूर हो गया। तो भी जब मैंने तेरी दुहाई दी, तब तूने मेरी गिड़गिड़ाहट को सुन लिया। BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from Your sight!” But You heard my plea for mercy when I called to You for help.
23 ULB हे यहोवा के सब भक्तों, उससे प्रेम रखो! यहोवा विश्वासयोग्य लोगों की तो रक्षा करता है, परन्तु जो अहंकार करता है, उसको वह भली भाँति बदला देता है*। (भज. 97:10) BSB BSB: Love the LORD, all His saints. The LORD preserves the faithful, but fully repays the arrogant.
24 ULB हे यहोवा पर आशा रखनेवालों, हियाव बाँधो और तुम्हारे हृदय दृढ़ रहें! (1 कुरि. 16:13) BSB BSB: Be strong and courageous, all you who hope in the LORD.
