1. 1HNEपरमपरधान यहोवा ह मोला ये देखाईस: जब राजा के हिस्सा के फसल ह लुआ गे रिहिस अऊ बाद के फसल ह आवत रिहिस, तब ओह फांफामन के दल ला तियार करत रिहिस।BSBBSB: This is what the Lord GOD showed me: He was preparing swarms of locusts just after the king’s harvest, as the late spring crop was coming up.
2. 2HNEजब फांफामन सब फसल ला खाके खेत ला साफ कर दीन, तब मेंह पराथना म पुकारेंव, “हे परमपरधान यहोवा, छेमा कर! याकूब ह कइसे जीयत रह सकत हे? ओह बहुंत छोटे हवय!”BSBBSB: And when the locusts had eaten every green plant in the land, I said, “Lord GOD, please forgive! How will Jacob survive, since he is so small?”
3. 3HNEतब यहोवा ह नरम पड़िस अऊ कहिस, “अब अइसन नइं होवय।”BSBBSB: So the LORD relented from this plan. “It will not happen,” He said.
4. 4HNEपरमपरधान यहोवा ह मोला ये देखाईस: परमपरधान यहोवा ह आगी के दुवारा नियाय करे बर बलावत रिहिस; ओ आगी ह महासागर ला सूखा दीस अऊ भुइयां ला नास कर दीस।BSBBSB: This is what the Lord GOD showed me: The Lord GOD was calling for judgment by fire. It consumed the great deep and devoured the land.
5. 5HNEतब मेंह पुकारके कहेंव, “हे परमपरधान यहोवा, मेंह तोर ले बिनती करत हंव, येला रोक दे! याकूब ह कइसे जीयत रह सकत हे? ओह बहुंत छोटे हवय!”BSBBSB: Then I said, “Lord GOD, please stop! How will Jacob survive, since he is so small?”
6. 6HNEतब यहोवा ह नरम पड़िस। “अब येह घलो नइं होवय,” परमपरधान यहोवा ह कहिस।BSBBSB: So the LORD relented from this plan. “It will not happen either,” said the Lord GOD.
7. 7HNEओह मोला ये देखाईस: परभू ह एक ठन भीथी के तीर म ठाढ़े रिहिस, जऊन ह साहुल के भार सहीं बनाय गे रिहिस, अऊ ओकर हांथ म एक ठन साहुल रिहिस।BSBBSB: This is what He showed me: Behold, the Lord was standing by a wall true to plumb, with a plumb line in His hand.
8. 8HNEअऊ यहोवा ह मोर ले पुछिस, “हे आमोस, तोला का दिखत हवय?” मेंह जबाब देंव, “एक ठन साहुल।” तब परभू ह कहिस, “देख, मेंह अपन मनखे इसरायलीमन के बीच एक साहुल लगावत हंव; मेंह ओमन ला अब नइं छोड़ंव।BSBBSB: “Amos, what do you see?” asked the LORD. “A plumb line,” I replied. “Behold,” said the Lord, “I am setting a plumb line among My people Israel; I will no longer spare them:
9. 9HNE“इसहाक के ऊंचहा ठऊरमन ला नास करे जाही अऊ इसरायल के पबितर-स्थानमन खंडहर करे जाहीं; मेंह अपन तलवार लेके राजा यरोबाम के घराना के बिरूध ठाढ़ होहूं।”BSBBSB: The high places of Isaac will be deserted, and the sanctuaries of Israel will be laid waste; and I will rise up against the house of Jeroboam with My sword.”
10. 10HNEतब बेतेल के पुरोहित अमसयाह ह इसरायल के राजा यरोबाम करा एक संदेस पठोईस: “आमोस ह इसरायल के बीच म तोर बिरूध एक सडयंत्र करत हे। ये देस ह ओकर बातमन ला सहे नइं सकय।BSBBSB: Then Amaziah the priest of Bethel sent word to Jeroboam king of Israel, saying, “Amos has conspired against you in the midst of the house of Israel. The land cannot bear all his words,
11. 11HNEकाबरकि आमोस ह ये कहत हे: “ ‘यरोबाम ह तलवार ले मारे जाही, अऊ इसरायल ह अपन जनम भुइयां ले दूरिहा, जरूर बंधुवई म चले जाही।’ ”BSBBSB: for this is what Amos has said: ‘Jeroboam will die by the sword, and Israel will surely go into exile, away from their homeland.’”
12. 12HNEतब अमसयाह ह आमोस ले कहिस, “हे अगम-दरसी, इहां ले निकल जा! यहूदा प्रदेस ला वापिस चले जा। उहां कमाके खा अऊ उहां अपन अगमबानी कर।BSBBSB: And Amaziah said to Amos, “Go away, you seer! Flee to the land of Judah; earn your bread there and do your prophesying there.
13. 13HNEबेतेल म फेर कभू अगमबानी झन करबे, काबरकि येह राजा के पबितर-स्थान अऊ राज के मंदिर अय।”BSBBSB: But never prophesy at Bethel again, because it is the sanctuary of the king and the temple of the kingdom.”
14. 14HNEआमोस ह अमसयाह ला उत्तर दीस, “मेंह न तो अगमजानी रहेंव अऊ न ही कोनो अगमजानी के बेटा, पर मेंह तो एक चरवाहा रहेंव, अऊ मेंह डूमर रूखमन के देखरेख घलो करेंव।BSBBSB: “I was not a prophet,” Amos replied, “nor was I the son of a prophet; rather, I was a herdsman and a tender of sycamore-fig trees.
15. 15HNEपर यहोवा ह मोला पसुमन ला चराय के काम बर बलाईस अऊ मोला कहिस, ‘जा, मोर मनखे इसरायलीमन ला अगमबानी कर।’BSBBSB: But the LORD took me from following the flock and said to me, ‘Go, prophesy to My people Israel.’
16. 16HNEएकरसेति अब यहोवा के बचन ला सुन। तेंह कहिथस, “ ‘इसरायल के बिरूध म अगमबानी झन कर, अऊ इसहाक के संतानमन के बिरूध म परचार करई ला बंद कर।’BSBBSB: Now, therefore, hear the word of the LORD. You say: ‘Do not prophesy against Israel; do not preach against the house of Isaac.’
17. 17HNE“एकरसेति यहोवा ह ये कहत हे: “ ‘तोर घरवाली ह सहर म एक बेस्या हो जाही, अऊ तोर बेटा अऊ बेटीमन तलवार ले मारे जाहीं। तोर भुइयां ला नापे जाही अऊ बांट दिये जाही, अऊ तेंह खुद मूरती-पूजा करइयामन के एक देस म मरबे। अऊ इसरायल ह अपन जनम भुइयां वाले देस ले दूरिहा, जरूर बंधुवई म चले जाही।’ ”BSBBSB: Therefore this is what the LORD says: ‘Your wife will become a prostitute in the city, and your sons and daughters will fall by the sword. Your land will be divided by a measuring line, and you yourself will die on pagan soil. And Israel will surely go into exile, away from their homeland.’”
