1“तुरही ला अपन ओंठ म रखव! एक गिधवा ह यहोवा के घर ऊपर हवय काबरकि मोर मनखेमन मोर करार ला टोरे हवंय अऊ मोर कानून के बिरूध बिदरोह करे हवंय।Put the ram’s horn to your lips! An eagle looms over the house of the LORD, because the people have transgressed My covenant and rebelled against My law.

2इसरायल ह मोला पुकारके कहत हे, ‘हे हमर परमेसर, हमन तोला मानथन!’Israel cries out to Me, “O our God, we know You!”

3पर इसरायल ह भलई ला अस्वीकार करे हवय; एक बईरी ह ओकर पीछा करही।But Israel has rejected good; an enemy will pursue him.

4ओमन मोर बिगर सहमती के राजामन ला ठहिराथें, ओमन बिगर मोर सहमती के हाकिममन ला चुनथें। ओमन अपन सोन अऊ चांदी ले अपन बिनास बर मूरतीमन ला बनाथें।They set up kings, but not by Me. They make princes, but without My approval. With their silver and gold they make themselves idols, to their own destruction.

5हे सामरिया, अपन बछवा के मूरती ला बाहिर फटिक दे! मोर गुस्सा ओमन ऊपर भड़कत हे। ओमन कब तक सुध होय के काबिल नइं होहीं?He has rejected your calf, O Samaria. My anger burns against them. How long will they be incapable of innocence?

6ओमन इसरायल के अंय! ये बछवा—एक कारीगर ह येला बनाय हवय; येह परमेसर नो हय। सामरिया के ओ बछवा ला कुटा-कुटा कर दिये जाही।For this thing is from Israel—a craftsman made it, and it is not God. It will be broken to pieces, that calf of Samaria.

7“ओमन हवा ला बोथें, अऊ बवंडर रूपी फसल लूथें। फसल के डंठल म बाली नइं ए; येमा ले पीसान नइं मिलय। कहूं येकर ले अनाज पईदा होतिस, त परदेसीमन ओला खा जातिन।For they sow the wind, and they shall reap the whirlwind. There is no standing grain; what sprouts fails to yield flour. Even if it should produce, the foreigners would swallow it up.

8इसरायल ला लील लिये गे हवय; अब ओह जाति-जाति के मनखेमन के बीच म अइसन हवय जऊन ला कोनो पसंद नइं करंय।Israel is swallowed up! Now they are among the nations like a worthless vessel.

9काबरकि ओमन एक भटके जंगली गदहा सहीं अस्सूर देस चले गे हवंय। एपरैम ह अपनआप ला मयारूमन के हांथ म बेच दे हवय।For they have gone up to Assyria like a wild donkey on its own. Ephraim has hired lovers.

10हालाकि ओमन अपनआप ला जाति-जाति के मनखेमन के बीच म बेच दे हवंय, तभो ले मेंह अब ओमन ला एक संग इकट्ठा करहूं। सक्तिसाली राजा के सताव के कारन ओमन नास होय लगहीं।Though they hire allies among the nations, I will now round them up, and they will begin to diminish under the oppression of the king of princes.

11“हालाकि एपरैम ह पाप-बलिदान बर बहुंत अकन बेदीमन ला बनाईस, पर ये बेदीमन ओकर पाप करे के कारन बन गे हवंय।Though Ephraim multiplied the altars for sin, they became his altars for sinning.

12मेंह ओमन बर अपन कानून के बहुंत बात लिखेंव, पर ओमन ओ बातमन ला बाहिर के समझिन।Though I wrote for them the great things of My law, they regarded them as something strange.

13हालाकि ओमन भेंट के रूप म बलिदान चघाथें, अऊ हालाकि ओमन मांस खाथें, पर यहोवा ह ओमन ले खुस नइं ए। अब ओह ओमन के दुस्टता के काममन ला सुरता करही अऊ ओमन के पाप खातिर सजा दीही: ओमन मिसर देस ला लहुंटहीं।Though they offer sacrifices as gifts to Me, and though they eat the meat, the LORD does not accept them. Now He will remember their iniquity and punish their sins: They will return to Egypt.

14इसरायल ह अपन बनानेवाला ला भुला गे हवय अऊ महलमन ला बनाय हवय; यहूदा ह बहुंते नगरमन ला किलाबंदी करे हवय। पर मेंह ओमन के सहरमन म आगी लगा दूहूं जेकर ले ओमन के गढ़मन जलके भसम हो जाहीं।”Israel has forgotten his Maker and built palaces; Judah has multiplied its fortified cities. But I will send fire upon their cities, and it will consume their citadels.
