1एक दिन यीसू ह एक जगह म पराथना करत रिहिस। जब ओह पराथना कर लीस, त ओकर एक झन चेला ह ओला कहिस, “हे परभू, जइसने यूहन्ना बतिसमा देवइया ह अपन चेलामन ला पराथना करे बर सिखोय रिहिस, वइसने तेंह घलो हमन ला पराथना करे बर सिखा।”One day in a place where Jesus had just finished praying, one of His disciples requested, “Lord, teach us to pray, just as John taught his disciples.”

2यीसू ह ओमन ला कहिस, “जब तुमन पराथना करव, त अइसने कहव: “ ‘हे ददा, तोर नांव ह पबितर माने जावय, तोर राज आवय।So Jesus told them, “When you pray, say: ‘Father, hallowed be Your name. Your kingdom come.

3हमन ला हर दिन हमर भोजन दे।Give us each day our daily bread.

4हमर पापमन ला छेमा कर दे, काबरकि जऊन मन हमर बिरूध पाप करथें, ओमन ला हमन छेमा करथन। अऊ हमन ला परिछा म झन पड़न दे।’ ”And forgive us our sins, for we also forgive everyone who sins against us. And lead us not into temptation.’”

5तब यीसू ह अपन चेलामन ले कहिस, “मान लव, तुमन ले एक झन के एक संगवारी हवय अऊ ओह अपन संगवारी करा आधा रथिया जाके कहिथे, ‘ए संगवारी, मोला तीन ठन रोटी उधार देय दे,Then Jesus said to them, “Suppose one of you goes to his friend at midnight and says, ‘Friend, lend me three loaves of bread,

6काबरकि एक झन मोर संगवारी ह कहीं जावथे अऊ ओह अभीच मोर करा आय हवय, अऊ मोर करा ओला खवाय बर कुछू नइं ए।’because a friend of mine has come to me on a journey, and I have nothing to set before him.’

7तब भीतर ले ओह जबाब देथे, ‘मोला परेसान झन कर। कपाट म ताला लग चुके हवय, अऊ मोर लइकामन मोर संग खटिया म हवंय। एकरसेति मेंह उठके तोला कुछू नइं दे सकंव।’And suppose the one inside answers, ‘Do not bother me. My door is already shut, and my children and I are in bed. I cannot get up to give you anything.’

8मेंह तुमन ला कहत हंव, हालाकि एक संगवारी के रूप म ओह उठके ओला रोटी नइं दीही, पर लाज-सरम ला छोंड़के ओकर मांगे के कारन, ओह उठही अऊ ओकर जरूरत के मुताबिक ओला दीही।I tell you, even though he will not get up to provide for him because of his friendship, yet because of the man’s persistence, he will get up and give him as much as he needs.

9“एकरसेति, मेंह तुमन ला कहत हंव: मांगव, त तुमन ला दिये जाही; खोजव, त तुमन पाहू; खटखटावव, त कपाट ह तुम्हर बर खोले जाही।So I tell you: Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and the door will be opened to you.

10काबरकि जऊन ह मांगथे, ओला मिलथे; जऊन ह खोजथे, ओह पाथे; अऊ जऊन ह खटखटाथे, ओकर बर कपाट ह खोले जाथे।For everyone who asks receives; he who seeks finds; and to him who knocks, the door will be opened.

11“तुमन ले अइसने कोन ददा होही कि कहूं ओकर बेटा ह एक ठन मछरी मांगथे, त ओला सांप देथे?What father among you, if his son asks for a fish, will give him a snake instead?

12या कहूं ओह एक ठन अंडा मांगय, त ओह ओला बिच्छू दीही?Or if he asks for an egg, will give him a scorpion?

13जब तुम्हर सहीं खराप मनखेमन अपन लइकामन ला बने चीज के भेंट देय बर जानथव, त स्वरग म रहइया तुम्हर ददा ह कतेक जादा ओमन ला पबितर आतमा दीही, जऊन मन ओकर ले मांगथें!”So if you who are evil know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father in heaven give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him!”

14यीसू ह एक कोंदा परेत आतमा ला निकालत रिहिस। जब परेत आतमा ह निकल गीस, त कोंदा मनखे ह गोठियाय लगिस, अऊ मनखेमन अचम्भो करिन।One day Jesus was driving out a demon that was mute. And when the demon was gone, the man who had been mute spoke. The crowds were amazed,

15पर ओमा ले कुछू झन कहिन, “येह परेत आतमामन के सरदार बालजबूल के मदद ले परेत आतमामन ला निकालत हवय।”but some of them said, “It is by Beelzebul, the prince of the demons, that He drives out demons.”

16आने मन ओला परखे खातिर स्वरग ले कोनो चिनहां देखाय बर कहिन।And others tested Him by demanding a sign from heaven.

17यीसू ह ओमन के मन के बात ला जानत रिहिस, एकरसेति ओह ओमन ला कहिस, “कोनो राज म फूट पड़ जावय, त ओह नास हो जाही, अऊ वइसनेच कोनो परिवार म फूट पड़ जावय, त ओह अलग-अलग हो जाही।Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself will be laid waste, and a house divided against a house will fall.

18एकरसेति कहूं सैतान ह अपन खुद के बिरोधी हो गे हवय, तब ओकर राज ह कइसने बने रह सकथे? मेंह ये बात कहत हंव काबरकि तुमन कहिथव कि मेंह बालजबूल के सक्ति ले परेत आतमामन ला निकालथंव।If Satan is divided against himself, how can his kingdom stand? After all, you say that I drive out demons by Beelzebul.

19यदि मेंह बालजबूल के मदद ले परेत आतमामन ला निकालथंव, त फेर तुम्हर चेलामन काकर मदद ले ओमन ला निकालथें? एकरसेति, ओही मन तुम्हर नियाय करहीं।And if I drive out demons by Beelzebul, by whom do your sons drive them out? So then, they will be your judges.

20पर यदि मेंह परमेसर के सामर्थ ले परेत आतमामन ला निकालथंव, त फेर परमेसर के राज ह तुम्हर करा आ गे हवय।But if I drive out demons by the finger of God, then the kingdom of God has come upon you.

21“जब एक बलवान मनखे, अपन जम्मो हथियार सहित अपन घर के रखवारी करथे, तब ओकर संपत्ति ह सही-सलामत रहिथे।When a strong man, fully armed, guards his house, his possessions are secure.

22पर जब कोनो ओकर ले बलवान मनखे ओकर ऊपर चढ़ई करथे अऊ ओला काबू म कर लेथे, तब ओह ओ घरवाला के जम्मो हथियार जेकर ऊपर ओकर भरोसा रिहिस, छीन लेथे, अऊ ओह लूटके संपत्ति ला बांट देथे।But when someone stronger attacks and overpowers him, he takes away the armor in which the man trusted, and then he divides up his plunder.

23“जऊन ह मोर संग नइं ए, ओह मोर बिरोध म हवय, अऊ जऊन ह मोर संग नइं संकेलय, ओह बगराथे।He who is not with Me is against Me, and he who does not gather with Me scatters.

24“जब एक असुध आतमा ह कोनो मनखे म ले बाहिर निकलथे, त ओह सुरताय के ठिकाना खोजत सूखा ठऊरमन म जाथे, पर ओला कोनो जगह नइं मिलय। तब ओह कहिथे, ‘जऊन घर ला मेंह छोंड़के आय रहेंव, मेंह ओहीच घर म लहुंट जाहूं।’When an unclean spirit comes out of a man, it passes through arid places seeking rest and does not find it. Then it says, ‘I will return to the house I left.’

25अऊ जब ओह लहुंटके आथे, त ओह ओ घर ला सूना, झाड़े-बहारे अऊ सजे-धजे पाथे।On its return, it finds the house swept clean and put in order.

26तब ओह जाथे अऊ अपन ले घलो जादा खराप सात ठन आने आतमामन ला ले आथे, अऊ ओमन ओ मनखे म जाथें अऊ उहां बस जाथें। अऊ ओ मनखे के आखिरी दसा ह पहिली ले अऊ खराप हो जाथे।”Then it goes and brings seven other spirits more wicked than itself, and they go in and dwell there. And the final plight of that man is worse than the first.”

27जब यीसू ह ये बातमन ला कहत रिहिस, त भीड़ म ले एक माईलोगन ह उठके चिचियाके कहिस, “धइन ए ओ दाई, जऊन ह तोला अपन पेट ले जनम दीस अऊ तोला अपन छाती के दूध पीयाईस।”As Jesus was saying these things, a woman in the crowd raised her voice and said, “Blessed is the womb that bore You, and blessed are the breasts that nursed You!”

28पर यीसू ह कहिस, “हव! पर जादा धइन ओ मनखेमन अंय, जऊन मन परमेसर के बचन ला सुनथें अऊ ओकर पालन करथें।”But He replied, “Blessed rather are those who hear the word of God and obey it.”

29जब भीड़ ह बढ़त गीस, त यीसू ह कहिस, “ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन दुस्ट अंय। येमन चिनहां के मांग करथें, पर येमन ला योना अगमजानी के चिनहां के छोंड़ अऊ कोनो चिनहां नइं दिये जावय।As the crowds were increasing, Jesus said, “This is a wicked generation. It demands a sign, but none will be given it except the sign of Jonah.

30जइसने योना अगमजानी नीनवे सहर के मनखेमन बर एक ठन चिनहां रिहिस, वइसने मनखे के बेटा ह ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन बर एक ठन चिनहां होही।For as Jonah was a sign to the Ninevites, so the Son of Man will be a sign to this generation.

31नियाय के दिन दक्खिन दिग के रानी ह ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन संग ठाढ़ होही अऊ येमन ऊपर दोस लगाही, काबरकि ओ रानी ह राजा सुलेमान के गियान के बात ला सुने बर धरती के छोर ले आय रिहिस। पर देखव! इहां एक झन हवय, जऊन ह राजा सुलेमान ले घलो बड़के हवय।The Queen of the South will rise at the judgment with the men of this generation and condemn them; for she came from the ends of the earth to hear the wisdom of Solomon, and now One greater than Solomon is here.

32नियाय के दिन नीनवे सहर के मनखेमन, ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन संग ठाढ़ होहीं, अऊ येमन ऊपर दोस लगाहीं, काबरकि ओमन योना के संदेस ला सुनके मन फिराईन। पर देखव! इहां एक झन हवय, जऊन ह योना ले घलो बड़के अय।The men of Nineveh will stand at the judgment with this generation and condemn it; for they repented at the preaching of Jonah, and now One greater than Jonah is here.

33“कोनो घलो मनखे दीया ला बारके अइसन जगह म नइं रखय, जिहां ओह छुप जावय या ओला बड़े कटोरा के खाल्हे म नइं रखय। पर ओह दीया ला दीवट ऊपर रखथे, ताकि जऊन मन भीतर आवंय, ओमन अंजोर ला देखंय।No one lights a lamp and puts it in a cellar or under a basket. Instead, he sets it on a stand, so those who enter can see the light.

34तोर आंखी ह तोर देहें के दीया अय। जब तोर आंखीमन ठीक हवंय, त तोर जम्मो देहें ह घलो अंजोर ले भरे हवय। पर जब तोर आंखीमन खराप हवंय, त तोर देहें ह घलो पूरा अंधियार ले भरे हवय।Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eyes are good, your whole body also is full of light. But when they are bad, your body is full of darkness.

35एकरसेति धियान रहय कि जऊन अंजोर तुमन म हवय, ओह अंधियार नो हय।Be careful, then, that the light within you is not darkness.

36यदि तोर जम्मो देहें ह अंजोर ले भरे हवय, अऊ एकर कोनो भाग अंधियार म नइं ए, त तोर जम्मो देहें ह अइसने पूरा अंजोर हो जाही, जइसने जब कोनो दीया के अंजोर ह तोर ऊपर चमकथे।”So if your whole body is full of light, with no part of it in darkness, you will be radiant, as though a lamp were shining on you.”

37जब यीसू ह गोठिया चुकिस, त एक फरीसी ह ओला अपन संग खाना खाय बर नेवता दीस। यीसू ह ओकर घर म गीस अऊ खाय बर बईठिस।As Jesus was speaking, a Pharisee invited Him to dine with him; so He went in and reclined at the table.

38फरीसी ह ये देखके अचम्भो करिस कि यीसू ह खाना खाय के पहिली अपन हांथ ला नइं धोईस।But the Pharisee was surprised to see that Jesus did not first wash before the meal.

39तब परभू ह ओला कहिस, “तुम फरीसीमन कटोरा अऊ थाली के बाहिर ला तो मांजथव, पर तुम्हर भीतर म लालच अऊ बुरई भरे हवय।Then the Lord said, “Now you Pharisees clean the outside of the cup and dish, but inside you are full of greed and wickedness.

40हे मुरूख मनखेमन! परमेसर, जऊन ह बाहिर भाग ला बनाईस, का ओह भीतरी भाग ला घलो नइं बनाईस?You fools! Did not the One who made the outside make the inside as well?

41पर जहां तक ओ चीज के बात ए, जऊन ह तुम्हर भीतर म हवय—ओकर बारे म गरीबमन बर उदार बनव, अऊ हर एक चीज तुम्हर बर साफ हो जाही।But give as alms the things that are within you, and behold, everything will be clean for you.

42“हे फरीसीमन! तुम्हर ऊपर धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन परमेसर ला अपन पोदीना, सुदाब, अऊ बारी के जम्मो किसम के साग-भाजी के दसवां भाग ला देथव, पर तुमन नियाय अऊ परमेसर के मया ला टार देथव। तुमन ला चाही कि ये दूसर काम ला करव अऊ पहिली ला घलो झन छोंड़व।Woe to you Pharisees! For you pay tithes of mint, rue, and every herb, but you disregard justice and the love of God. You should have practiced the latter without neglecting the former.

43“हे फरीसीमन, तुमन ला धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन ला यहूदीमन के सभा-घर म सबले बने आसन म बईठई अऊ बजार के जगह म आदर के संग जोहार झोंकई, बने लगथे।Woe to you Pharisees! For you love the chief seats in the synagogues and the greetings in the marketplaces.

44“तुमन ला धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन बिगर चिनहां लगाय कबरमन सहीं अव, जेकर ऊपर मनखेमन बिगर जाने चलथें।”Woe to you! For you are like unmarked graves, which men walk over without even noticing.”

45कानून के एक जानकार ह यीसू ला कहिस, “हे गुरू, ये बातमन ला कहिके, तेंह हमर घलो बेजत्ती करत हस।”One of the experts in the law told Him, “Teacher, when You say these things, You insult us as well.”

46यीसू ह कहिस, “अऊ हे कानून के जानकारमन! तुमन ला धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन मनखेमन ला बोझा ले लाद देथव, जऊन ला ओमन बहुंत मुसकुल से उठा सकथें, पर तुमन खुद ओमन के मदद करे बर अपन एक ठन अंगरी घलो नइं उठावव।“Woe to you as well, experts in the law!” He replied. “For you weigh men down with heavy burdens, but you yourselves will not lift a finger to lighten their load.

47“तुमन ला धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन ओ अगमजानीमन के कबर बनाथव, जऊन मन ला तुम्हर पुरखामन मार डारे रिहिन।Woe to you! For you build tombs for the prophets, but it was your fathers who killed them.

48ये किसम ले तुमन खुदे मान लेथव कि जऊन कुछू तुम्हर पुरखामन करिन, ओह सही रिहिस; काबरकि ओमन अगमजानीमन ला मार डारिन, अऊ तुमन ओमन के कबर बनाथव।So you are witnesses consenting to the deeds of your fathers: They killed the prophets, and you build their tombs.

49एकर कारन, परमेसर ह अपन बुद्धि म कहिस, ‘मेंह ओमन करा अगमजानी अऊ प्रेरितमन ला पठोहूं। ओमा ले कुछू झन ला ओमन मार डारहीं अऊ आने मन ला सताहीं।’Because of this, the wisdom of God said, ‘I will send them prophets and apostles; some of them they will kill and others they will persecute.’

50एकर खातिर, ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन ओ जम्मो अगमजानीमन के खून के जिम्मेदार ठहिराय जाहीं, जऊन मन ला संसार के सुरू ले मार डारे गे हवय,As a result, this generation will be charged with the blood of all the prophets that has been shed since the foundation of the world,

51हाबिल के खून ले लेके जकरयाह के खून तक, जऊन ला बेदी अऊ पबितर-स्थान के बीच म मारे गे रिहिस। हव, मेंह तुमन ला कहत हंव, ये पीढ़ी के मनखेमन ये जम्मो बात के जिम्मेदार ठहिराय जाहीं।from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who was killed between the altar and the sanctuary. Yes, I tell you, all of it will be charged to this generation.

52“कानून के जानकारमन! तुमन ला धिक्कार ए, काबरकि तुमन गियान के कुची ला ले लेय हव। तुमन खुद ओकर भीतर नइं गेव, अऊ तुमन ओमन ला घलो रोक दे हवव, जऊन मन भीतर जावत रिहिन।”Woe to you experts in the law! For you have taken away the key to knowledge. You yourselves have not entered, and you have hindered those who were entering.”

53जब यीसू ह बाहिर निकल गीस, त फरीसी अऊ कानून के गुरूमन ओकर पाछू पड़के बहुंत बिरोध करे लगिन अऊ ओकर ले बहुंते चीज के बारे म सवाल करे लगिन।As Jesus went on from there, the scribes and Pharisees began to oppose Him bitterly and to ply Him with questions about many things,

54असल म ओमन ये ताक म रहंय कि यीसू के मुहूं ले कोनो गलत बात निकले अऊ ओमन ओला पकड़ लें।waiting to catch Him in something He might say.
