1एक दिन जब यीसू ह मंदिर के अंगना म मनखेमन ला उपदेस देवत रिहिस अऊ सुघर संदेस के परचार करत रिहिस, त मुखिया पुरोहित अऊ कानून के गुरूमन अगुवामन के संग ओकर करा आईन,One day as Jesus was teaching the people in the temple courts and proclaiming the gospel, the chief priests and scribes, together with the elders, came up to Him.

2अऊ ओमन यीसू ले पुछिन, “हमन ला बता, कोन अधिकार ले तेंह ये चीजमन ला करत हवस? कोन ह तोला ये अधिकार दे हवय?”“Tell us,” they said, “by what authority are You doing these things, and who gave You this authority?”

3ओह ओमन ला जबाब देवत कहिस, “मेंह घलो तुमन ले एक सवाल पुछत हंव। मोला बतावव,“I will also ask you a question,” Jesus replied. “Tell Me:

4यूहन्ना के बतिसमा देवई ह स्वरग ले रिहिस या मनखे कोति ले?”John’s baptism—was it from heaven, or from men?”

5ओमन आपस म सोच-बिचार करिन अऊ कहिन, “यदि हमन कहन, ‘स्वरग ले,’ त ओह कहिही, ‘तब तुमन ओकर ऊपर बिसवास काबर नइं करेव?’They deliberated among themselves and said, “If we say, ‘From heaven,’ He will ask, ‘Why did you not believe him?’

6पर यदि हमन कहन, ‘मनखेमन ले,’ त जम्मो मनखे हमन ला पथरा फेंकके मारहीं, काबरकि ओमन बिसवास करथें कि यूहन्ना ह एक अगमजानी रिहिस।”But if we say, ‘From men,’ all the people will stone us, for they are convinced that John was a prophet.”

7एकरसेति ओमन जबाब दीन, “हमन नइं जानन कि ओह काकर कोति ले रिहिस।”So they answered that they did not know where it was from.

8तब यीसू ह ओमन ला कहिस, “त मेंह घलो तुमन ला नइं बतावंव कि कोन अधिकार ले मेंह ये काममन ला करत हवंव।”And Jesus replied, “Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.”

9तब यीसू ह मनखेमन ला ये पटंतर कहिस, “एक मनखे ह एक अंगूर के बारी लगाईस, अऊ ओला कुछू किसानमन ला रेगहा म दे दीस अऊ बहुंत दिन बर परदेस चल दीस।Then He proceeded to tell the people this parable: “A man planted a vineyard, rented it out to some tenants, and went away for a long time.

10जब अंगूर के फसल के समय आईस, त ओह अपन एक सेवक ला ओ किसानमन करा पठोईस ताकि ओमन अंगूर के बारी के कुछू फर ओला देवंय। पर किसानमन ओ सेवक ला मारिन-पीटिन अऊ ओला जुच्छा हांथ लहुंटा दीन।At harvest time, he sent a servant to the tenants to collect his share of the fruit of the vineyard. But the tenants beat the servant and sent him away empty-handed.

11तब ओह दूसर सेवक ला पठोईस, पर किसानमन ओला घलो मारिन-पीटिन; ओकर बेजत्ती करिन अऊ ओला जुच्छा हांथ वापिस पठो दीन।So he sent another servant, but they beat him and treated him shamefully, sending him away empty-handed.

12फेर ओह तीसरा सेवक ला पठोईस, अऊ किसानमन ओला घायल करके बारी के बाहिर फटिक दीन।Then he sent a third, but they wounded him and threw him out.

13“तब अंगूर के बारी के मालिक ह कहिस, ‘मेंह का करंव? मेंह अपन मयारू बेटा ला पठोहूं। हो सकथे कि ओमन ओकर आदर करंय।’‘What shall I do?’ asked the owner of the vineyard. ‘I will send my beloved son. Perhaps they will respect him.’

14“पर जब किसानमन मालिक के बेटा ला देखिन, त ओमन आपस म बात करिन अऊ कहिन, ‘येह तो बारी के वारिस ए। आवव, हमन येला मार डालन, तब एकर संपत्ति ह हमर हो जाही।’But when the tenants saw the son, they discussed it among themselves and said, ‘This is the heir. Let us kill him, and the inheritance will be ours.’

15अऊ ओमन ओला अंगूर के बारी के बाहिर फटिक दीन अऊ ओला मार डारिन। “तब अंगूर के बारी के मालिक ह ओमन के संग का करही?So they threw him out of the vineyard and killed him. What then will the owner of the vineyard do to them?

16ओह आही अऊ ओ किसानमन ला मार डारही अऊ अंगूर के बारी ला आने मन ला दे दीही।” जब मनखेमन येला सुनिन, त ओमन कहिन, “अइसने कभू झन होवय।”He will come and kill those tenants and give the vineyard to others.” And when the people heard this, they said, “May such a thing never happen!”

17यीसू ह ओमन ला देखके कहिस, “तब परमेसर के बचन म लिखे ये बात के का मतलब होथे: “ ‘जऊन पथरा ला घर के बनइयामन बेकार समझे रिहिन, ओहीच ह कोना के मुख पथरा हो गीस’?But Jesus looked directly at them and said, “Then what is the meaning of that which is written: ‘The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone’?

18जऊन कोनो ओ पथरा ऊपर गिरही, ओह कुटा-कुटा हो जाही, पर जेकर ऊपर ये पथरा ह गिरही, ओह पीसा जाही।”Everyone who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed.”

19कानून के गुरू अऊ मुखिया पुरोहितमन ओतकीच बेरा यीसू ला पकड़े के उपाय सोचे लगिन, काबरकि ओमन जानत रिहिन कि ओह ये पटंतर ला ओमन के बिरोध म कहे हवय। पर ओमन मनखेमन ले डर्राईन।When the scribes and chief priests realized that Jesus had spoken this parable against them, they sought to arrest Him that very hour. But they were afraid of the people.

20ओमन यीसू ऊपर नजर रखे रहंय अऊ ओमन भेदियामन ला पठोईन, जऊन मन ईमानदार होय के ढोंग करत रहंय। ओमन ये आसा करत रहंय कि यीसू के मुहूं ले कोनो अइसने बात निकले, जेकर ले ओला ओमन पकड़ंय अऊ राजपाल के हांथ अऊ अधिकार म सऊंप देंय।So they watched Him closely and sent spies who pretended to be sincere. They were hoping to catch Him in His words in order to hand Him over to the rule and authority of the governor.

21एकरसेति ओ भेदियामन यीसू ले पुछिन, “हे गुरू, हमन जानथन कि तेंह ओ बात ला कहिथस अऊ सिखोथस जऊन ह सही ए, अऊ तेंह मुहूं देखके नइं गोठियावस, पर सच्चई के संग परमेसर के बात ला सिखोथस।“Teacher,” they inquired, “we know that You speak and teach correctly. You show no partiality but teach the way of God in accordance with the truth.

22हमन ला बता कि महाराजा ला लगान पटाना हमर बर ठीक अय कि नइं?”Is it lawful for us to pay taxes to Caesar or not?”

23पर यीसू ह ओमन के चाल ला समझ गीस अऊ कहिस,But Jesus saw through their duplicity and said to them,

24“मोला एक ठन सिक्का देखावव। एकर ऊपर काकर मूरती अऊ नांव हवय?” ओमन कहिन, “महाराजा के।”“Show Me a denarius. Whose image and inscription are on it?” “Caesar’s,” they answered.

25यीसू ह ओमन ला कहिस, “जऊन ह महाराजा के अय, ओला महाराजा ला देवव, अऊ जऊन ह परमेसर के अय, ओला परमेसर ला देवव।”So Jesus told them, “Give to Caesar what is Caesar’s, and to God what is God’s.”

26जऊन बात, ओह मनखेमन के आघू म कहिस, ओमा ओमन ओला फंसाय नइं सकिन। अऊ ओकर जबाब ले चकित होके, ओमन चुप हो गीन।And they were unable to trap Him in His words before the people. And amazed at His answer, they fell silent.

27सदूकीमन कहिथंय कि मरे मनखेमन के जी उठई, नइं होवय, ओमा के कुछू झन यीसू करा आईन अऊ ओकर ले पुछिन,Then some of the Sadducees, who say there is no resurrection, came to question Him.

28“हे गुरू, मूसा ह हमर बर लिखे हवय कि यदि कोनो मनखे के भाई ह अपन घरवाली के रहत बिगर संतान के मर जावय, त येह जरूरी ए कि ओ मनखे ह अपन भाई के बिधवा ले बिहाव कर ले अऊ अपन भाई बर संतान पईदा करय।“Teacher,” they said, “Moses wrote for us that if a man’s brother dies and leaves a wife but no children, the man is to marry his brother’s widow and raise up offspring for him.

29एक जगह सात झन भाई रिहिन। पहिला भाई ह एक माईलोगन ले बिहाव करिस अऊ बिगर कोनो लइका के मर गीस।Now there were seven brothers. The first one married a wife but died childless.

30तब दूसरा भाई ह ओ माईलोगन ले बिहाव करिस,Then the second

31अऊ तब तीसरा भाई ह ओकर ले बिहाव करिस, अऊ इही किसम ले सातों भाई बिगर कोनो संतान के मर गीन।and the third married the widow, and in the same way all seven died, leaving no children.

32आखिर म ओ माईलोगन घलो मर गीस।And last of all, the woman died.

33तब मरे मनखेमन के जी उठे के बाद, ओह काकर घरवाली होही? काबरकि ओह सातों भाईमन ले बिहाव करे रिहिस?”So then, in the resurrection, whose wife will she be? For all seven were married to her.”

34यीसू ह ओमन ला जबाब दीस, “ये जुग के आदमी अऊ माईलोगनमन सादी-बिहाव करथें,Jesus answered, “The sons of this age marry and are given in marriage.

35पर जऊन मन ये लईक ठहिरथें कि ओमन अवइया जुग अऊ मरे मनखेमन के जी उठई म भाग लेवंय, त ओमन न तो बिहाव करहीं अऊ न ही ओमन ला बिहाव म दिये जाही।But those who are considered worthy to share in the age to come and in the resurrection from the dead will neither marry nor be given in marriage.

36अऊ ओमन फेर कभू नइं मरंय; काबरकि ओमन स्वरगदूतमन सहीं अंय। ओमन परमेसर के संतान अंय, काबरकि ओमन मरे मनखेमन ले जी उठे हवंय।In fact, they can no longer die, because they are like the angels. And since they are sons of the resurrection, they are sons of God.

37मरे मन जी उठथें, येला मूसा ह घलो जरत झाड़ी के घटना म बताथे, जिहां ओह परभू ला ‘अब्राहम के परमेसर, अऊ इसहाक के परमेसर, अऊ याकूब के परमेसर,’ कहिथे।Even Moses demonstrates that the dead are raised, in the passage about the burning bush. For he calls the Lord ‘the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.’

38एकर मतलब होथे कि ओह मरे मन के नइं, पर जीयतमन के परमेसर अय, काबरकि ओकर बर जम्मो झन जीयत हवंय।”He is not the God of the dead, but of the living, for to Him all are alive.”

39कुछू कानून के गुरूमन कहिन, “हे गुरू, तेंह बने कहे!”Some of the scribes answered, “Teacher, You have spoken well!”

40एकर बाद ओमन ओला अऊ कोनो सवाल करे के हिम्मत नइं करिन।And they did not dare to question Him any further.

41तब यीसू ह ओमन ला कहिस, “ओमन कइसने कह सकथें कि मसीह ह दाऊद के संतान अय?Then Jesus declared, “How can it be said that the Christ is the Son of David?

42काबरकि दाऊद ह खुदे भजन-संहिता के किताब म कहिथे: “ ‘परभू ह मोर परभू ले कहिस: “मोर जेवनी हांथ कोति बईठ,For David himself says in the book of Psalms: ‘The Lord said to my Lord, “Sit at My right hand

43जब तक कि मेंह तोर बईरीमन ला तोर गोड़ रखे के चउकी नइं बना देवंव।” ’until I make Your enemies a footstool for Your feet.”’

44जब दाऊद ह ओला ‘परभू’ कहिथे, तब मसीह ह दाऊद के संतान कइसने हो सकथे?”Thus David calls Him ‘Lord.’ So how can He be David’s son?”

45जब जम्मो मनखेमन यीसू के बात ला सुनत रिहिन, त यीसू ह अपन चेलामन ला कहिस,In the hearing of all the people, Jesus said to His disciples,

46“कानून के गुरूमन ले सचेत रहव। ओमन लम्बा-लम्बा ओनहा पहिरके एती-ओती घुमई पसंद करथें अऊ ओमन ला बजार के जगह म आदर के संग जोहार झोंकई, यहूदीमन के सभा-घर म सबले बने आसन अऊ जेवनार म आदर के ठऊर म बईठई बने लगथे।“Beware of the scribes. They like to walk around in long robes, and they love the greetings in the marketplaces, the chief seats in the synagogues, and the places of honor at banquets.

47ओमन बिधवामन के घर ला हड़प लेथें, अऊ देखाय बर लम्बा-लम्बा पराथना करथें। अइसने मनखेमन बहुंत दंड पाहीं।”They defraud widows of their houses, and for a show make lengthy prayers. These men will receive greater condemnation.”
