1तब मनखेमन के जम्मो सभा ह उठिस अऊ यीसू ला पीलातुस करा ले गीस।Then the whole council rose and led Jesus away to Pilate.

2अऊ उहां ओमन ओकर ऊपर ये कहिके दोस लगाय लगिन, “हमन देखे हन कि ये आदमी ह हमर जाति के मनखेमन ला बहकावत रिहिस। ओह मनखेमन ला महाराजा ला लगान पटाय बर मना करथे अऊ अपनआप ला मसीह—एक राजा कहिथे।”And they began to accuse Him, saying, “We found this man subverting our nation, forbidding payment of taxes to Caesar, and proclaiming Himself to be Christ, a King.”

3पीलातुस ह यीसू ले पुछिस, “का तेंह यहूदीमन के राजा अस?” यीसू ह ओला जबाब दीस, “हव जी, जइसने तेंह कहत हस।”So Pilate asked Him, “Are You the King of the Jews?” “You have said so,” Jesus replied.

4तब पीलातुस ह मुखिया पुरोहित अऊ मनखेमन के भीड़ ला कहिस, “मोला ये मनखे ऊपर दोस लगाय के कोनो आधार नइं मिलिस।”Then Pilate said to the chief priests and the crowds, “I find no basis for a charge against this man.”

5पर ओमन अऊ जोर देके कहिन, “ओह जम्मो यहूदिया प्रदेस म अपन उपदेस के दुवारा मनखेमन ला भड़काय हवय। ओह गलील प्रदेस म सुरू करिस अऊ अब इहां तक आ गे हवय।”But they kept insisting, “He stirs up the people all over Judea with His teaching. He began in Galilee and has come all the way here.”

6ये सुनके पीलातुस ह पुछिस, “का ये मनखे ह गलील प्रदेस के रहइया ए?”When Pilate heard this, he asked if the man was a Galilean.

7जब ओह ये जानिस कि यीसू ह हेरोदेस के अधिकार म आथे, त ओह यीसू ला हेरोदेस राजा करा पठो दीस। ओ समय म हेरोदेस राजा घलो यरूसलेम सहर म रिहिस।And learning that Jesus was under Herod’s jurisdiction, he sent Him to Herod, who himself was in Jerusalem at that time.

8जब हेरोदेस ह यीसू ला देखिस, त ओह बहुंत खुस होईस, काबरकि ओह बहुंत समय ले ओला देखे चाहत रिहिस। ओह यीसू के बारे म सुने रिहिस अऊ ओह आसा करत रिहिस कि यीसू ह कुछू चमतकार के काम देखाही।When Herod saw Jesus, he was greatly pleased. He had wanted to see Him for a long time, because he had heard about Him and was hoping to see Him perform a miracle.

9एकरसेति, ओह यीसू ले बहुंत सवाल करिस, पर यीसू ह ओला कोनो जबाब नइं दीस।Herod questioned Jesus at great length, but He gave no answer.

10मुखिया पुरोहित अऊ कानून के गुरूमन उहां ठाढ़े रहंय, अऊ ओमन तन-मन ले यीसू ऊपर दोस लगावत रहंय।Meanwhile, the chief priests and scribes stood there, vehemently accusing Him.

11तब हेरोदेस अऊ ओकर सैनिकमन यीसू के ठट्ठा करिन अऊ हंसी उड़ाईन, अऊ ओमन ओला भड़कीला कपड़ा पहिराके पीलातुस करा वापिस पठो दीन।And even Herod and his soldiers ridiculed and mocked Him. Dressing Him in a fine robe, they sent Him back to Pilate.

12अऊ ओही दिन ले हेरोदेस अऊ पीलातुस एक-दूसर के संगवारी बन गीन; एकर पहिली ओमन एक-दूसर के बईरी रिहिन।That day Herod and Pilate became friends; before this time they had been enemies.

13पीलातुस ह मुखिया पुरोहित, अधिकारी अऊ मनखेमन ला बलाईसThen Pilate called together the chief priests, the rulers, and the people,

14अऊ ओमन ला कहिस, “तुमन ये मनखे ला मोर करा लानके ये कहेव कि येह मनखेमन ला भड़कावत रिहिस। मेंह तुम्हर आघू म एकर जांच करेंव, पर तुमन जऊन बात के दोस ओकर ऊपर लगावत हव, ओमा मेंह ओला दोसी नइं पायेंव।and said to them, “You brought me this man as one who was inciting the people to rebellion. I have examined Him here in your presence and found Him not guilty of your charges against Him.

15अऊ न हेरोदेस ओमा कोनो दोस पाईस काबरकि ओह येला हमर करा वापिस पठो दे हवय। देखव, येह अइसने कुछू नइं करे हवय कि येह मार डारे जावय।Neither has Herod, for he sent Him back to us. As you can see, He has done nothing deserving of death.

16एकरसेति, मेंह येला पीटवाके छोंड़ दूहूं।”Therefore I will punish Him and release Him.”

17यहूदीमन के हर फसह के तिहार के समय म, पीलातुस ह ओमन बर एक कैदी ला छोंड़य।Not in the BSB

18पर मनखेमन एक संग चिचियाके कहिन, “ओला मार डार अऊ हमर बर बरब्बा ला छोंड़ दे।”But they all cried out in unison: “Away with this man! Release Barabbas to us!”

19(बरब्बा ला सहर म दंगा करे के कारन अऊ हतिया के दोस म जेल म डारे गे रिहिस।)(Barabbas had been imprisoned for an insurrection in the city, and for murder.)

20पीलातुस ह यीसू ला छोंड़े बर चाहत रिहिस, एकरसेति, ओह मनखेमन ला फेर समझाईस।Wanting to release Jesus, Pilate addressed them again,

21पर ओमन ये कहिके चिचियावत रहंय, “येला कुरूस ऊपर चघावव! येला कुरूस ऊपर चघावव!”but they kept shouting, “Crucify Him! Crucify Him!”

22पीलातुस ह ओमन ला तीसरा बार कहिस, “काबर? ये मनखे ह का अपराध करे हवय? मेंह ओमा अइसने कोनो बात नइं पायेंव कि ओह मार डारे जावय। एकरसेति, मेंह येला पीटवाके छोंड़ दूहूं।”A third time he said to them, “What evil has this man done? I have found in Him no offense worthy of death. So after I punish Him, I will release Him.”

23पर ओमन जोर देके अऊ चिचियाके मांग करिन कि यीसू ला कुरूस ऊपर चघाय जावय; अऊ आखिरी म, ओमन के चिचियाय के जीत होईस।But they were insistent, demanding with loud voices for Jesus to be crucified. And their clamor prevailed.

24पीलातुस ह ओमन के मांग ला मान लीस।So Pilate sentenced that their demand be met.

25ओमन जऊन मनखे ला चाहत रिहिन, ओह ओला छोंड़ दीस, जऊन ह दंगा अऊ हतिया के दोस म जेल म डारे गे रिहिस, जऊन ला ओमन छोंड़े के मांग करत रिहिन अऊ पीलातुस ह ओमन के ईछा के मुताबिक यीसू ला ओमन के हांथ म सऊंप दीस।As they had requested, he released the one imprisoned for insurrection and murder, and he handed Jesus over to their will.

26जब सैनिकमन यीसू ला ले जावत रिहिन, त डहार म, ओमन ला सिमोन नांव के एक झन मनखे मिलिस, जऊन ह कुरेन के रहइया रिहिस अऊ गांव ले आवत रिहिस। ओमन ओला पकड़िन अऊ कुरूस ला ओकर ऊपर लाद दीन, ताकि ओह ओला उठाके यीसू के पाछू-पाछू चलय।As the soldiers led Him away, they seized Simon of Cyrene on his way in from the country, and they put the cross on him to carry behind Jesus.

27मनखेमन के एक बहुंत बड़े भीड़ यीसू के पाछू-पाछू चलत रहय; ओमा कुछू माईलोगन घलो रहंय, जऊन मन यीसू बर रोवत अऊ बिलाप करत रहंय।A great number of people followed Him, including women who kept mourning and wailing for Him.

28यीसू ह ओमन कोति मुहूं करके कहिस, “हे यरूसलेम के बेटीमन, मोर बर झन रोवव, पर अपनआप अऊ अपन लइकामन बर रोवव।But Jesus turned to them and said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for Me, but weep for yourselves and for your children.

29काबरकि ओ समय ह आवत हवय, जब मनखेमन कहिहीं, ‘धइन एं ओ बांझ माईलोगनमन, जऊन मन अपन कोख ले कभू लइका नइं जनमाईन अऊ अपन छाती से कभू दूध नइं पीयाईन!’Look, the days are coming when people will say, ‘Blessed are the barren women, the wombs that never bore, and breasts that never nursed!’

30“ ‘तब ओमन पहाड़मन ले कहिहीं, “हमर ऊपर गिर जावव!” अऊ पहाड़ीमन ले कहिहीं, “हमन ला ढांप लेवव!” ’At that time ‘they will say to the mountains, “Fall on us!” and to the hills, “Cover us!”’

31जब मनखेमन हरियर रूख के संग अइसने करथें, तब सूखा रूख के संग का कुछू नइं करहीं?”For if men do these things while the tree is green, what will happen when it is dry?”

32ओमन दू झन अऊ मनखे ला घलो जऊन मन बदमास रिहिन, यीसू के संग मार डारे बर ले गीन।Two others, who were criminals, were also led away to be executed with Jesus.

33जब ओमन ओ जगह म आईन, जऊन ला खोपड़ी कहिथें, त उहां ओमन यीसू ला अऊ ओ दू झन बदमास ला अलग-अलग कुरूस ऊपर चघा दीन। एक बदमास ला यीसू के जेवनी कोति अऊ दूसर ला यीसू के डेरी कोति कुरूस ऊपर चघाईन।When they came to the place called The Skull, they crucified Him there, along with the criminals, one on His right and the other on His left.

34यीसू ह कहिस, “हे ददा, ये मनखेमन ला माफ कर दे, काबरकि येमन नइं जानथें कि येमन का करत हवंय।” अऊ ओमन चिट्ठी डालके ओकर मुताबिक यीसू के कपड़ा ला अपन म बांट लीन।Then Jesus said, “Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they are doing.” And they divided up His garments by casting lots.

35मनखेमन उहां ठाढ़ होके ये जम्मो ला देखत रिहिन, अऊ अधिकारीमन ये कहिके ओकर हंसी उड़ाईन, “येह आने मन ला बचाईस, अब अपनआप ला बचावय, यदि येह परमेसर के मसीह अऊ चुने हुए जन अय त।”The people stood watching, and the rulers sneered at Him, saying, “He saved others; let Him save Himself if He is the Christ of God, the Chosen One.”

36सैनिकमन घलो आईन अऊ ओकर ठट्ठा करिन। ओमन यीसू ला सिरका ला देके कहिन,The soldiers also mocked Him and came up to offer Him sour wine.

37“अपनआप ला बचा, यदि तेंह यहूदीमन के राजा अस त।”“If You are the King of the Jews,” they said, “save Yourself!”

38यीसू के कुरूस ऊपर ये लिखाय रहय: “येह यहूदीमन के राजा अय।”Above Him was posted an inscription: THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.

39जऊन दू झन बदमास उहां कुरूस म लटकाय गे रिहिन, ओमा ले एक झन यीसू के बेजत्ती करत कहिस, “का तेंह मसीह नो हस? त फेर अपनआप ला अऊ हमन ला बचा।”One of the criminals who hung there heaped abuse on Him. “Are You not the Christ?” he said. “Save Yourself and us!”

40पर आने बदमास ह ओला दबकारके कहिस, “का तेंह परमेसर ले नइं डरस? तेंह घलो तो ओहीच दंड भोगत हवस।But the other one rebuked him, saying, “Do you not even fear God, since you are under the same judgment?

41हमन सही सजा पावत हन, काबरकि हमन जइसने काम करे हवन, वइसने सजा पावत हन। पर ये मनखे ह कुछू गलती नइं करे हवय।”We are punished justly, for we are receiving what our actions deserve. But this man has done nothing wrong.”

42तब ओह यीसू ला कहिस, “हे यीसू, जब तेंह अपन राज म आबे, त मोला सुरता करबे।”Then he said, “Jesus, remember me when You come into Your kingdom!”

43यीसू ह ओला कहिस, “मेंह तोला सच कहथंव कि आजेच तेंह मोर संग स्वरग-लोक म होबे।”And Jesus said to him, “Truly I tell you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

44मंझन के करीब बारह बजे ले लेके तीन बजे तक जम्मो देस म अंधियार छा गीस,It was now about the sixth hour, and darkness came over all the land until the ninth hour.

45काबरकि सूरज ह अंजोर दे बर बंद कर दीस। अऊ मंदिर के परदा ह चीराके दू कुटा हो गीस।The sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was torn down the middle.

46यीसू ह जोर से चिचियाके कहिस, “हे ददा, तोर हांथ म मेंह अपन आतमा ला सऊंपत हवंव।” अऊ ये कहिके ओह अपन परान ला तियाग दीस।Then Jesus called out in a loud voice, “Father, into Your hands I commit My Spirit.” And when He had said this, He breathed His last.

47जऊन कुछू होईस, ओला देखके, सिपाहीमन के अधिकारी ह परमेसर के महिमा करिस अऊ कहिस, “सही म, येह एक धरमी मनखे रिहिस।”When the centurion saw what had happened, he gave glory to God, saying, “Surely this was a righteous man.”

48मनखेमन के एक भीड़ ह उहां कुरूस म चघाय जाय के घटना ला देखे बर जूरे रिहिस। जऊन कुछू उहां होईस, ओला जब ओ जम्मो झन देखिन, त ओमन दुख के मारे अपन छाती पीटत घर लहुंट गीन।And when all the people who had gathered for this spectacle saw what had happened, they returned home beating their breasts.

49पर यीसू के जम्मो जान-पहिचान के मनखे अऊ ओ माईलोगन जऊन मन गलील प्रदेस ले यीसू के पाछू-पाछू आय रिहिन, ओ जम्मो झन दूरिहा म ठाढ़ होके ये जम्मो बात ला देखत रिहिन।But all those who knew Jesus, including the women who had followed Him from Galilee, stood at a distance watching these things.

50यूसुफ नांव के एक मनखे रिहिस, जऊन ह महासभा के एक सदस्य रिहिस। ओह एक बने अऊ धरमी मनखे रिहिस।Now there was a Council member named Joseph, a good and righteous man,

51हालाकि ओह यहूदीमन के धरम महासभा के एक सदस्य रिहिस, पर ओह ओमन के फैसला अऊ काम म सहमत नइं रिहिस। ओह अरमतिया नांव के यहूदी सहर के रहइया रिहिस अऊ ओह परमेसर के राज के बाट जोहत रिहिस।who had not consented to their decision or action. He was from the Judean town of Arimathea and was waiting for the kingdom of God.

52ओह पीलातुस करा गीस अऊ यीसू के लास ला मांगिस।He went to Pilate to ask for the body of Jesus.

53तब ओह यीसू के लास ला कुरूस ले उतारिस अऊ ओला मलमल के कपड़ा म लपेटिस, अऊ ओला एक ठन कबर म रखिस, जऊन ह चट्टान ला काटके बनाय गे रिहिस अऊ ओमा कभू कोनो लास नइं रखाय रिहिस।Then he took it down, wrapped it in a linen cloth, and placed it in a tomb cut into the rock, where no one had yet been laid.

54येह बिसराम दिन बर तियारी करे के दिन रिहिस, अऊ बिसराम के दिन ह सुरू होवइया रिहिस।It was Preparation Day, and the Sabbath was beginning.

55ओ माईलोगन, जऊन मन यीसू के संग गलील प्रदेस ले आय रिहिन, ओमन यूसुफ के पाछू-पाछू गीन अऊ ओ कबर ला देखिन अऊ ओमन ये घलो देखिन कि यीसू के देहें ह उहां कइसने रखाय रहय।The women who had come with Jesus from Galilee followed, and they saw the tomb and how His body was placed.

56तब ओमन घर वापिस गीन अऊ यीसू के देहें बर मसाला के लेप अऊ खुसबूदार तेल तियार करिन। पर ओमन कानून के मुताबिक बिसराम के दिन सुरताईन।Then they returned to prepare spices and perfumes. And they rested on the Sabbath, according to the commandment.
