5 ULB Ketika mendengar perkataan ini, rebahlah Ananias dan mati. Maka sangat ketakutanlah semua orang yang mendengarnya. BSB BSB: On hearing these words, Ananias fell down and died. And great fear came over all who heard what had happened.
6 ULB Lalu datanglah orang-orang muda membungkus dia, dan mereka membawanya keluar serta menguburkannya. BSB BSB: Then the young men stepped forward, wrapped up his body, and carried him out and buried him.

He was killed, all his followers were dispersed, and it all came to nothing.

BSB BSB: So in the present case I advise you: Leave these men alone. Let them go! For if their purpose or endeavor is of human origin, it will fail.
39 ULB Tetapi bila itu dari Allah, kamu tidak akan mampu mengalahkan mereka; bahkan kamu akan menyadari bahwa kamu sedang melawan Allah." Maka mereka diyakinkan. BSB BSB: But if it is from God, you will not be able to stop them. You may even find yourselves fighting against God.”
40 ULB Lalu mereka memanggil para rasul masuk, dan memukuli mereka lalu memerintahkan mereka untuk tidak berbicara dalam nama Yesus, lalu membiarkan mereka pergi. BSB BSB: At this, they yielded to Gamaliel. They called the apostles in and had them flogged. Then they ordered them not to speak in the name of Jesus, and released them.
