1. 1ULBSetelah Yesus lahir di Betlehem daerah Yudea, pada masa Herodes menjadi raja, orang majus yang dari timur datang ke Yerusalem berkata,BSBBSB: After Jesus was born in Bethlehem in Judea, during the time of King Herod, Magi from the east arrived in Jerusalem,
2. 2ULBDi manakah raja Yahudi yang baru lahir? Kami melihat bintang di timur dan mau datang untuk menyembah Dia.BSBBSB: asking, “Where is the One who has been born King of the Jews? We saw His star in the east and have come to worship Him.”

7. 7ULBKemudian Herodes memanggil orang-orang majus dan diam-diam bertanya kepada mereka kapankah bintang itu akan munculBSBBSB: Then Herod called the Magi secretly and learned from them the exact time the star had appeared.
8. 8ULBIa mengutus mereka ke Betlehem, lalu berkata, "pergi dan carilah dengan teliti Anak itu. Ketika kamu menemukan Dia sampaikan kepadaku, dan aku juga akan datang dan menyembah Dia."BSBBSB: And sending them to Bethlehem, he said: “Go and search carefully for the Child, and when you find Him, report to me, so that I too may go and worship Him.”

12. 12ULBAllah memperingatkan mereka dalam mimpi agar tidak kembali kepada Herodes, oleh sebab itu mereka kembali ke negeri mereka melalui jalan lain.BSBBSB: And having been warned in a dream not to return to Herod, they withdrew to their country by another route.
13. 13ULBSetelah mereka berangkat, malaikat Tuhan mendatangi Yusuf dalam sebuah mimpi dan berkata, "Bangun, bawa Anak itu bersama ibuNya, dan larilah ke Mesir. Tinggallah di sana hingga Aku memberi tahu kamu, karena Herodes akan mencari Anak itu untuk membinasakanNya."BSBBSB: When the Magi had gone, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream. “Get up!” he said. “Take the Child and His mother and flee to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the Child to kill Him.”
14. 14ULBMalam itu juga Yusuf bangun dan membawa Anak itu beserta ibuNya dan berangkat menuju Mesir.BSBBSB: So he got up, took the Child and His mother by night, and withdrew to Egypt,
15. 15ULBIa menetap di sana hingga Herodes meninggal. 19. 19ULBSaat Herodes meninggal, seketika itu juga, malaikat Tuhan hadir dalam mimpi Yusuf di Mesir dan berkata,BSBBSB: After Herod died, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt.
20. 20ULB"Bangunlah dan bawa Anak itu beserta ibuNya dan pergilah ke tanah Israel, karena mereka yang mengincar nyawa Anak itu telah mati."BSBBSB: “Get up!” he said. “Take the Child and His mother and go to the land of Israel, for those seeking the Child’s life are now dead.”
21. 21ULBYusuf bangkit, membawa Anak itu dan ibuNya, dan pergi ke tanah Israel.BSBBSB: So Joseph got up, took the Child and His mother, and went to the land of Israel.
