1. 1JPNMイスラエルの民よ、主があなたがたに告げられたこの言葉を聞け。私がエジプトの地から導き上げた家族全体に向かって、主はこう言われる。BSBBSB: Hear this word that the LORD has spoken against you, O children of Israel, against the whole family that I brought up out of the land of Egypt:
2. 2JPNM「地上のすべての家族の中で、 私が選んだのは、ただあなたがただけである。 それゆえ、あなたがたのすべての罪を罰する。」BSBBSB: “Only you have I known from all the families of the earth; therefore I will punish you for all your iniquities.”
3. 3JPNM二人の者は、 互いに申し合わせずに一緒に歩くだろうか。BSBBSB: Can two walk together without agreeing where to go?
4. 4JPNM獲物がないのに、 獅子は茂みの中でほえるだろうか。 何も捕らえていないのに、 若い獅子は巣穴から声を上げるだろうか。BSBBSB: Does a lion roar in the forest when he has no prey? Does a young lion growl in his den if he has caught nothing?
5. 5JPNMわなが仕掛けられていないのに、 鳥が地上のわなに落ちるだろうか。 何も捕らえていないのに、 わなが地面から跳ね上がるだろうか。BSBBSB: Does a bird land in a snare where no bait has been set? Does a trap spring from the ground when it has nothing to catch?
6. 6JPNM町で角笛が警報を鳴らして、 民が恐れないことがあるだろうか。 町に災いが起こって、 主がそれを行われなかったことがあるだろうか。BSBBSB: If a ram’s horn sounds in a city, do the people not tremble? If calamity comes to a city, has not the LORD caused it?
7. 7JPNMまことに、主なる神は、 ご自分の秘めた計画をしもべである預言者たちに明かさずには、 何事もなさらない。BSBBSB: Surely the Lord GOD does nothing without revealing His plan to His servants the prophets.
8. 8JPNM獅子がほえた。 だれが恐れずにいられるだろうか。 主なる神が語られた。 だれが預言せずにいられるだろうか。BSBBSB: The lion has roared—who will not fear? The Lord GOD has spoken—who will not prophesy?
9. 9JPNMアシュドドの宮殿と、 エジプトの地の宮殿で告げ知らせよ。 こう言え。「サマリアの山々に集まり、 その中にある大きな騒乱と、 そのただ中にある虐げを見よ。」BSBBSB: Proclaim to the citadels of Ashdod and to the citadels of Egypt: “Assemble on the mountains of Samaria; see the great unrest in the city and the acts of oppression in her midst.”
10. 10JPNM「彼らは正しいことを行うすべを知らない」 と主は言われる。 「彼らは宮殿の中に暴虐と略奪品を蓄えている。」BSBBSB: “For they know not how to do right,” declares the LORD. “They store up violence and destruction in their citadels.”
11. 11JPNMそれゆえ、主なる神はこう言われる。 「敵がこの地を襲い、 あなたの城塞を打ち崩し、 あなたの宮殿を略奪する。」BSBBSB: Therefore this is what the Lord GOD says: “An enemy will surround the land; he will pull down your strongholds and plunder your citadels.”
12. 12JPNM主はこう言われる。 「羊飼いが獅子の口から二本の脚、 あるいは耳の一片を救い出すように、 サマリアで長椅子の隅や、 絹張りの寝台に座るイスラエルの民も、 そのように救い出される。」BSBBSB: This is what the LORD says: “As the shepherd snatches from the mouth of the lion two legs or a piece of an ear, so the Israelites dwelling in Samaria will be rescued having just the corner of a bed or the cushion of a couch.
13. 13JPNM「聞け。そしてヤコブの家に対して証言せよ」 と主なる神、万軍の神は言われる。BSBBSB: Hear and testify against the house of Jacob, declares the Lord GOD, the God of Hosts.
14. 14JPNM「私がイスラエルの背きを罰する日に、 ベテルの祭壇をも罰する。 祭壇の角は切り落とされ、 地に落ちる。BSBBSB: On the day I punish Israel for their transgressions, I will visit destruction on the altars of Bethel; the horns of the altar will be cut off, and they will fall to the ground.
15. 15JPNM私は冬の家を夏の家もろとも打つ。 象牙の家々は滅び、 大きな家々も終わりを迎える」 と主は言われる。BSBBSB: I will tear down the winter house along with the summer house; the houses of ivory will also perish, and the great houses will come to an end,” declares the LORD.
