4 JPNM キリストは、私たちの神であり父である方のみこころに従い、今の悪い時代から私たちを救い出すため、私たちの罪のためにご自身をささげてくださいました。 BSB BSB: who gave Himself for our sins to rescue us from the present evil age, according to the will of our God and Father,
5 JPNM この方に、栄光が世々限りなくありますように。アーメン。 BSB BSB: to whom be glory forever and ever. Amen.
7 JPNM しかし、ほかに福音があるわけではありません。ただ、あなたがたをかき乱し、キリストの福音をゆがめようとする者たちがいるのです。 BSB BSB: which is not even a gospel. Evidently some people are troubling you and trying to distort the gospel of Christ.
9 JPNM 以前にも言ったとおり、今もう一度言います。あなたがたが受け入れたものとは異なる「福音」を宣べ伝える者がいるなら、その者は呪われよ。 BSB BSB: As we have said before, so now I say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel contrary to the one you received, let him be under a curse!
10 JPNM 私は今、人々の好意を得ようとしているのでしょうか。それとも、神の好意を得ようとしているのでしょうか。あるいは、人々を喜ばせようとしているのでしょうか。もし今も人々を喜ばせようとしているなら、私はキリストの僕ではありません。 BSB BSB: Am I now seeking the approval of men, or of God? Or am I striving to please men? If I were still trying to please men, I would not be a servant of Christ.
11 JPNM 兄弟たち、私が宣べ伝えた福音について、あなたがたにはっきり知らせておきます。それは人間から出たものではありません。 BSB BSB: For I want you to know, brothers, that the gospel I preached was not devised by man.
12 JPNM 私はそれを人から受けたのでも、人に教えられたのでもなく、イエス・キリストの啓示によって受けたのです。 BSB BSB: I did not receive it from any man, nor was I taught it; rather, I received it by revelation from Jesus Christ.
14 JPNM また、同胞の中の同年代の多くの者よりもユダヤ教に抜きん出ており、先祖から受け継いだ伝承に、ひときわ熱心でした。 BSB BSB: I was advancing in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries and was extremely zealous for the traditions of my fathers.
15 JPNM しかし、母の胎内にいた時から私を選び分け、恵みによって召してくださった神が、 BSB BSB: But when God, who set me apart from my mother’s womb and called me by His grace, was pleased
16 JPNM 御子を私のうちに現し、私がその方を異邦人の間に宣べ伝えることをよしとされた時、私はすぐに人間に相談することも、 BSB BSB: to reveal His Son in me so that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not rush to consult with flesh and blood,
17 JPNM 私より先に使徒となった人々に会うためエルサレムへ上ることもしませんでした。かえってアラビアへ行き、その後ダマスコに戻りました。 BSB BSB: nor did I go up to Jerusalem to the apostles who came before me, but I went into Arabia and later returned to Damascus.
20 JPNM 私があなたがたに書いていることについて、見よ、神の御前で断言しますが、私は偽りを語っていません。 BSB BSB: I assure you before God that what I am writing to you is no lie.
21 JPNM その後、私はシリアとキリキアの地方へ行きました。 BSB BSB: Later I went to the regions of Syria and Cilicia.

23 JPNM ただ、「以前私たちを迫害していた者が、かつて滅ぼそうとしていた信仰を、今は宣べ伝えている」と聞いていただけでした。 BSB BSB: They only heard the account: “The man who formerly persecuted us is now preaching the faith he once tried to destroy.”
24 JPNM そこで彼らは、私のことで神をあがめました。 BSB BSB: And they glorified God because of me.
