5ಯೆಫೆತನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ; ಗೋಮೆರ್, ಮಾಗೋಗ್, ಮಾದಯ್, ಯಾವಾನ್, ತೂಬಲ್, ಮೆಷೆಕ್ ಮತ್ತು ತೀರಾಸ್ ಎಂಬವರು.The sons of Japheth: Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech, and Tiras.

6ಗೋಮೆರನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ; ಅಷ್ಕೆನೆಜ್, ರೀಫತ್ ಮತ್ತು ತೋಗರ್ಮ ಎಂಬವರು.The sons of Gomer: Ashkenaz, Riphath, and Togarmah.

7ಯಾವಾನನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ ಎಲೀಷ, ತಾರ್ಷೀಷ್, ಕಿತ್ತೀಮ್, ದೋದಾನೀಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳವರು.And the sons of Javan: Elishah, Tarshish, the Kittites, and the Rodanites.

8ಹಾಮಾನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು ಯಾರೆಂದರೆ ಕೂಷ್, ಮಿಚ್ರಯಿಮ್, ಪೂಟ್, ಕಾನಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.The sons of Ham: Cush, Mizraim, Put, and Canaan.

9ಕೂಷನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಸೆಬಾ, ಹವೀಲ, ಸಬ್ತ, ರಮ್ಮ ಸಬ್ತೆಕ ಎಂಬುವರು. ರಮ್ಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಶೆಬ ಮತ್ತು ದೆದಾನ್ ಎಂಬವರು.The sons of Cush: Seba, Havilah, Sabta, Raamah, and Sabteca. The sons of Raamah: Sheba and Dedan.

18ಅರ್ಪಕ್ಷದನಿಂದ ಶೆಲಹನೂ ಮತ್ತು ಶೆಳಹನಿಂದ ಏಬೆರನೂ ಹುಟ್ಟಿದನು.Arphaxad was the father of Shelah, and Shelah was the father of Eber.

20ಯೋಕ್ತಾನನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಅಲ್ಮೋದಾದ್, ಶೆಲೆಫ್, ಹಚರ್ಮಾವೆತ್, ಯೆರಹ,And Joktan was the father of Almodad, Sheleph, Hazarmaveth, Jerah,

21ಹದೋರಾಮ್, ಊಜಾಲ್, ದಿಕ್ಲ,Hadoram, Uzal, Diklah,

22ಎಬಾಲ್, ಅಬೀಮಾಯೇಲ್, ಶೆಬಾ,Obal, Abimael, Sheba,

23ಓಫೀರ್, ಹವೀಲಾ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಬಾಬ್ ಎಂಬುವರು.Ophir, Havilah, and Jobab. All these were sons of Joktan.

24ಶೇಮನ ಸಂತಾನದವರು: ಅರ್ಪಕ್ಷದ್, ಶೆಲಹ,So from Shem came Arphaxad, Shelah,

25ಏಬೆರ್, ಪೆಲೆಗ್, ರೆಯೂ,Eber, Peleg, Reu,

26ಸೆರೂಗ್, ನಾಹೋರ್, ತೆರಹ,Serug, Nahor, Terah,

27ಅಬ್ರಾಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಹೆಸರು ಹೊಂದಿದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮ ಎಂಬುವರು.and Abram (that is, Abraham).

28ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು: ಇಸಾಕ ಮತ್ತು ಇಷ್ಮಾಯೇಲ್.The sons of Abraham were Isaac and Ishmael.

46ಹುಷಾಮನು ಸತ್ತ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೋವಾಬ್ಯರ ಬೈಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಿದ್ಯಾನರನ್ನು ಸೋಲಿಸಿದ ಬೆದದನ ಮಗನಾದ ಹದದನು ಅರಸನಾದನು. ಅವನ ರಾಜಧಾನಿಯ ಹೆಸರು ಅವೀತ್.When Husham died, Hadad son of Bedad, who defeated Midian in the country of Moab, reigned in his place. And the name of his city was Avith.
