BSB BSB: Paul was accompanied by Sopater son of Pyrrhus from Berea, Aristarchus and Secundus from Thessalonica, Gaius from Derbe, Timothy, and Tychicus and Trophimus from the province of Asia.

9 ULB ಯೂತಿಖನೆಂಬ ಒಬ್ಬ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಕಿಟಿಕಿಯ ಹೊಸ್ತಿಲಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು ಗಾಢನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ತೂಕಡಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದನು. ಪೌಲನು ಇನ್ನೂ ಬೋಧನೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ಆ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಗಾಢವಾದ ನಿದ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ತೂಕಡಿಸಿ ಮೂರನೆಯ ಅಂತಸ್ತಿನಿಂದ ಕೆಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬಿದ್ದುಬಿಟ್ಟನು; ಅವನನ್ನು ಎಬ್ಬಿಸಲು ಹೋದಾಗ ಅವನು ಸತ್ತುಹೋಗಿದ್ದನು. BSB BSB: And a certain young man named Eutychus, seated in the window, was sinking into a deep sleep as Paul talked on and on. When he was sound asleep, he fell from the third story and was picked up dead.
10 ULB ಆದರೆ ಪೌಲನು ಇಳಿದು ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಿದ್ದು ತಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡು; <<ಗೋಳಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಅವನು ಜೀವಂತವಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: But Paul went down, threw himself on the young man, and embraced him. “Do not be alarmed!” he said. “He is still alive!”

12 ULB ಅವರು ಜೀವಿತನಾದ ಆ ಹುಡುಗನನ್ನು ಕರೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬರಲು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬಹಳ ಸಮಾಧಾನವಾಯಿತು. BSB BSB: And the people were greatly relieved to take the boy home alive.

BSB BSB: We went on ahead to the ship and sailed to Assos, where we were to take Paul aboard. He had arranged this because he was going there on foot.
14 ULB ಅಸ್ಸೊಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಕೊಂಡಾಗ ನಾವು ಅವನನ್ನು ಹಡಗಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಮಿತಿಲೇನ ಪಟ್ಟಣಕ್ಕೆ ಹೊರಟೆವು. BSB BSB: And when he met us at Assos, we took him aboard and went on to Mitylene.
15 ULB ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಮರುದಿನ ಖೀಯೊಸ್‍ ದ್ವೀಪಕ್ಕೆ ಎದುರಾಗಿ ಬಂದು ಅದರ ಮರುದಿನ ಸಾಮೊಸಿನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬಂದೆವು. ಮರುದಿನ ಮಿಲೇತಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದೆವು. BSB BSB: Sailing on from there, we arrived the next day opposite Chios. The day after that we arrived at Samos, and on the following day we came to Miletus.
16 ULB ಪೌಲನು ತನಗೆ ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾದರೆ ಪಂಚಾಶತ್ತಮ ದಿನದ ಹಬ್ಬಕ್ಕೆ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿರಬೇಕೆಂದು ಅವಸರಪಡುತ್ತಾ ಇದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಆಸ್ಯಸೀಮೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಾಲವನ್ನು ಕಳೆಯುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಮನಸ್ಸಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಎಫೆಸ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ದಾಟಿಹೋಗಬೇಕೆಂದು ತೀರ್ಮಾನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದನು. BSB BSB: Paul had decided to sail past Ephesus to avoid spending time in the province of Asia, because he was in a hurry to reach Jerusalem, if possible, by the day of Pentecost.

BSB BSB: When they came to him, he said, “You know how I lived the whole time I was with you, from the first day I arrived in the province of Asia.
19 ULB ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರ ಒಳಸಂಚುಗಳಿಂದ ಸಂಭವಿಸಿದ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ನಾನು ಅತಿ ನಮ್ರತೆಯಿಂದಲೂ, ಕಣ್ಣೀರಿನಿಂದಲೂ ಕರ್ತನ ಸೇವೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I served the Lord with great humility and with tears, especially in the trials that came upon me through the plots of the Jews.

21 ULB ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರಿಗೂ, ಗ್ರೀಕರಿಗೂ ಪಶ್ಚಾತ್ತಾಪಪಟ್ಟು ದೇವರ ಕಡೆಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ, ನಮ್ಮ ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಮೇಲೆ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯಿಡಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ ದೃಢವಾಗಿ ಬೋಧಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೆನು, ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮಗೇ ತಿಳಿದಿದೆ. BSB BSB: testifying to Jews and Greeks alike about repentance to God and faith in our Lord Jesus Christ.
22 ULB ಇಗೋ, ನಾನು ಈಗ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನಿಂದ ಬಂಧಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟವನಾಗಿ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿಗೆ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನನಗೆ ಏನು ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದೋ ನಾನರಿಯೆನು. BSB BSB: And now, compelled by the Spirit, I am going to Jerusalem, not knowing what will happen to me there.
23 ULB ನಿನಗೆ ಬೇಡಿಗಳೂ, ಹಿಂಸೆಗಳೂ ಕಾದುಕೊಂಡಿವೆ ಎಂದು ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನಗೆ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. BSB BSB: I only know that in town after town the Holy Spirit warns me that chains and afflictions await me.
24 ULB ಆದರೆ ಪ್ರಾಣವನ್ನು ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದೇ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವೆಂದು ನಾನು ಎಣಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ದೇವರ ಕೃಪೆಯ ವಿಷಯವಾದ ಸುವಾರ್ತೆಯನ್ನು ಆಸಕ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಸಾಕ್ಷ್ಯಪೂರಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾರುವ ನಿಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸುವಿನಿಂದ ನಾನು ಹೊಂದಿದ್ದೇನೆ ಈ ನಿಯೋಗವನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದೊಂದೇ ನನ್ನ ಅಪೇಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಿದೆ. BSB BSB: But I consider my life of no value to me, if only I may finish my course and complete the ministry I have received from the Lord Jesus—the ministry of testifying to the good news of God’s grace.
25 ULB ಇಗೋ, ಇಷ್ಟು ದಿನ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಚಾರಮಾಡಿ ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಸಾರಿದವನಾದ ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನು ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಒಬ್ಬರೂ ನೋಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲವೆಂದು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು. BSB BSB: Now I know that none of you among whom I have preached the kingdom will see my face again.
26 ULB ಆದಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಈ ಹೊತ್ತು ಖಂಡಿತವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾರಾದರೂ ನಾಶವಾದರೆ ಅದು ನನ್ನ ತಪ್ಪಿನಿಂದಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Therefore I testify to you this day that I am innocent of the blood of all men.
27 ULB ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಒಂದನ್ನೂ ಮರೆಮಾಡದೆ ದೇವರ ಸಂಕಲ್ಪವನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: For I did not shrink back from declaring to you the whole will of God.
28 ULB ಕರ್ತನು ತನ್ನ ಸ್ವಂತ ರಕ್ತದಿಂದ ಸಂಪಾದಿಸಿಕೊಂಡ ದೇವರ ಸಭೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಪಾಲಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಪವಿತ್ರಾತ್ಮನು ನಿಮ್ಮನೇ ಆ ಗುಂಪಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭಾಧ್ಯಕ್ಷರಾಗಿ ಇಟ್ಟಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂಡಿನ ವಿಷಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಎಚ್ಚರಿಕೆಯಾಗಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Keep watch over yourselves and the entire flock of which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers. Be shepherds of the church of God, which He purchased with His own blood.
29 ULB ನಾನು ಹೋದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರೂರವಾದ ತೋಳಗಳು ನಿಮ್ಮೊಳಗೆ ಬರುವುದೆಂದು ನಾನು ಬಲ್ಲೆನು; ಅವು ಹಿಂಡನ್ನು ಕನಿಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: I know that after my departure, savage wolves will come in among you and will not spare the flock.
30 ULB ಇದಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲೇ ಕೆಲವರು ಎದ್ದು ಅಸತ್ಯವಾದ ಬೋಧನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿ ಶಿಷ್ಯರನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ಕಡೆಗೆ ಎಳೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. BSB BSB: Even from your own number, men will rise up and distort the truth to draw away disciples after them.
31 ULB ಆದಕಾರಣ ನಾನು ಕಣ್ಣೀರು ಸುರಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಮೂರು ವರುಷ ಹಗಲಿರುಳು ಎಡೆಬಿಡದೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನಿಗೆ ಬುದ್ಧಿ ಹೇಳಿದೆನೆಂಬುದನ್ನು ನೀವು ನೆನಪಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಎಚ್ಚರವಾಗಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Therefore be alert and remember that for three years I never stopped warning each of you night and day with tears.
32 ULB ನಾನೀಗ ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ದೇವರಿಗೂ, ಆತನ ಕೃಪಾವಾಕ್ಯಕ್ಕೂ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. ಆತನು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಭಕ್ತಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡುವುದಕ್ಕೂ, ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧರೊಂದಿಗೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಹಕ್ಕನ್ನು ಅನುಗ್ರಹಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಶಕ್ತನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ. BSB BSB: And now I commit you to God and to the word of His grace, which can build you up and give you an inheritance among all who are sanctified.
33 ULB ನಾನು ಯಾರ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿಬಂಗಾರವನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಉಡಿಗೆತೊಡಿಗೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ ಬಯಸಲಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: I have not coveted anyone’s silver or gold or clothing.
34 ULB ಈ ಕೈಗಳಿಂದಲೇ ಕೆಲಸಮಾಡಿ, ನನ್ನ ಕೊರತೆಗಳನ್ನೂ, ನನ್ನ ಜೊತೆಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದವರ ಕೊರತೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಗಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ನೀವೇ ಬಲ್ಲಿರಿ. BSB BSB: You yourselves know that these hands of mine have ministered to my own needs and those of my companions.
35 ULB ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನಾನು ನಿಮಗೆ ಮಾದರಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನೀವು ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ದುಡಿದು ಬಲವಿಲ್ಲದವರಿಗೆ ಉಪಕಾರಮಾಡಬೇಕು; ಮತ್ತು; <ಪಡೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಕೊಡುವುದೇ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ಭಾಗ್ಯವೆಂಬುದಾಗಿ> ಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೇಸು ತಾನೇ ಹೇಳಿದ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ನೆನಪಿನಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರಬೇಕು>> ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: In everything, I showed you that by this kind of hard work we must help the weak, remembering the words of the Lord Jesus Himself: ‘It is more blessed to give than to receive.’”
36 ULB ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಅವನು ಹೇಳಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಮೊಣಕಾಲೂರಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರ ಸಂಗಡ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಮಾಡಿದನು. BSB BSB: When Paul had said this, he knelt down with all of them and prayed.
37 ULB ಬಳಿಕ ಪೌಲನು; <<ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಇನ್ನೆಂದೂ ಕಾಣಲಾರಿರಿ>> ಅನ್ನಲು, ಅವರೆಲ್ಲರು ವ್ಯಥೆಪಟ್ಟು, ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಅಳುತ್ತಾ, ಅವನ ಕೊರಳನ್ನು ತಬ್ಬಿಕೊಂಡು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮುದ್ದಿಟ್ಟರು. BSB BSB: They all wept openly as they embraced Paul and kissed him.
38 ULB ತರುವಾಯ ಅವರು ಹಡಗಿನವರೆಗೆ ಅವನ ಸಂಗಡ ಹೋಗಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಬೀಳ್ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. BSB BSB: They were especially grieved by his statement that they would never see his face again. Then they accompanied him to the ship.
