2 ULB ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಿತೃವಾದ ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನನ್ನೂ, ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಹೆತ್ತ ಸಾರಳನ್ನೂ ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿರಿ. ಅಬ್ರಹಾಮನು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ ಇದ್ದಾಗ ನಾನು ಅವನನ್ನು ಕರೆದು, ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸಿ ಅವನ ಸಂತಾನವನ್ನು ಹೆಚ್ಚಿಸಿದೆನು. BSB BSB: Look to Abraham your father, and to Sarah who gave you birth. When I called him, he was but one; then I blessed him and multiplied him.
3 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ಚೀಯೋನನ್ನು ಸಂತೈಸುವನು. ಅಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಾಳು ಪ್ರದೇಶಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಸುಧಾರಿಸಿ, ಕಾಡುನೆಲವನ್ನು ಏದೆನ್ ಉದ್ಯಾನದಂತೆಯೂ, ಬೀಳುಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನು ಯೆಹೋವನ ವನದ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸುವಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವನು. ಹರ್ಷ, ಉಲ್ಲಾಸ, ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ, ಗಾನಧ್ವನಿ ಇವು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವವು. BSB BSB: For the LORD will comfort Zion and will look with compassion on all her ruins; He will make her wilderness like Eden and her desert like the garden of the LORD. BSB BSB: Pay attention to Me, My people, and listen to Me, My nation; for a law will go out from Me, and My justice will become a light to the nations; I will bring it about quickly.
5 ULB ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಧರ್ಮದ ಕಾರ್ಯವು ಸಮೀಪಿಸಿದೆ, ನನ್ನ ವಿಮೋಚನಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ತಲೆದೋರಿದೆ, ನನ್ನ ಹಸ್ತವು ಜನಾಂಗಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವುದು, ದ್ವೀಪನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ನನ್ನ ಹಸ್ತಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾದಿರುವರು. 6 ULB ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳನ್ನು ಮೇಲಕ್ಕೆತ್ತಿ ಆಕಾಶಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ನೋಡಿರಿ, ಕೆಳಗೆ ಭೂಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿರಿ. ಆಕಾಶವು ಹೊಗೆಯಂತೆ ಚದರಿ ಹೋಗುವುದು, ಭೂಮಿಯು ಹಳೆಯ ವಸ್ತ್ರದಂತಾಗುವುದು, ಭೂನಿವಾಸಿಗಳು ಸೊಳ್ಳೆಗಳೋಪಾದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಾಯುವರು. ಆದರೆ ನನ್ನ ವಿಮೋಚನಕ್ರಿಯೆಯೋ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು, ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣಾಧರ್ಮದ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಭಂಗವೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look at the earth below; for the heavens will vanish like smoke, the earth will wear out like a garment, and its people will die like gnats. But My salvation will last forever, and My righteousness will never fail.
7 ULB ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನರಿತು ನನ್ನ ಉಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಜನರೇ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡಿರಿ, ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ದೂರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಬೇಡಿರಿ, ಅವರ ದೂಷಣೆಗೆ ಅಂಜದಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Listen to Me, you who know what is right, you people with My law in your hearts: Do not fear the scorn of men; do not be broken by their insults.
8 ULB ನುಸಿಯು ಅವರನ್ನು ಬಟ್ಟೆಯಂತೆ ತಿಂದುಹಾಕುವುದು, ಹುಳವು ಅವರನ್ನು ಉಣ್ಣೆಯಂತೆ ತಿಂದುಬಿಡುವುದು. ನನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣಧರ್ಮದ ಕಾರ್ಯವೋ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನಿಲ್ಲುವುದು. ನನ್ನ ವಿಮೋಚನ ಕ್ರಿಯೆಯು ತಲತಲಾಂತರಕ್ಕೂ ನೆಲೆಯಾಗಿರುವುದು.>> BSB BSB: For the moth will devour them like a garment, and the worm will eat them like wool. But My righteousness will last forever, My salvation through all generations.”
9 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನ ಭುಜವೇ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಳ್ಳು, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡು, ಬಲವನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೋ! ಪೂರ್ವಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ, ತಲಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಎಚ್ಚರಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ಈಗಲೂ ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೋ, ರಹಬನ್ನು ಛೇದಿಸಿ ಘಟಸರ್ಪವನ್ನು ತಿವಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟವನು ನೀನಲ್ಲವೋ? BSB BSB: Awake, awake, put on strength, O arm of the LORD. Wake up as in days past, as in generations of old. Was it not You who cut Rahab to pieces, who pierced through the dragon?
10 ULB ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನೂ, ಮಹಾಸಾಗರದ ಜಲರಾಶಿಯನ್ನೂ ಬತ್ತಿಸಿ ವಿಮುಕ್ತ ಜನರು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ, ಸಮುದ್ರದ ತಳವನ್ನು ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿದವನು ನೀನಲ್ಲವೋ? BSB BSB: Was it not You who dried up the sea, the waters of the great deep, who made a road in the depths of the sea for the redeemed to cross over?
11 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದವರು ಹಿಂದಿರುಗಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತ ಸಂತೋಷವೆಂಬ ಕಿರೀಟವನ್ನು ಧರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಉತ್ಸಾಹಧ್ವನಿಯೊಡನೆ ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ ಸೇರುವರು. ಹರ್ಷಾನಂದಗಳನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವರು, ಮೊರೆಯೂ ಕರಕರೆಯೂ ತೊಲಗಿಹೋಗುವವು. BSB BSB: So the redeemed of the LORD will return and enter Zion with singing, crowned with everlasting joy. Gladness and joy will overtake them, and sorrow and sighing will flee.
12 ULB ನಾನೇ, ನಾನೇ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಸಂತೈಸುವವನು. ಮರ್ತ್ಯಮನುಷ್ಯನಿಗೆ, ಹುಲ್ಲಿನ ಗತಿಗೆ ಬರುವ ನರಜನ್ಮದವನಿಗೆ ಭಯಪಡುವ ನೀನು ಎಂಥವನು? BSB BSB: “I, even I, am He who comforts you. Why should you be afraid of mortal man, of a son of man who withers like grass?
13 ULB ಆಕಾಶಮಂಡಲವನ್ನು ಹರಡಿ, ಭೂಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಕರ್ತನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟೆಯಾ? ನಾಶಮಾಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಬಾಣವನ್ನು ಹೂಡುವ ಹಿಂಸಕನ ಕ್ರೋಧಕ್ಕೆ ದಿನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ಎಡೆಬಿಡದೆ ಅಂಜುತ್ತೀಯಾ? ಆ ಹಿಂಸಕನ ಕ್ರೋಧವು ಎಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೆ? BSB BSB: But you have forgotten the LORD, your Maker, who stretched out the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth. You live in terror all day long because of the fury of the oppressor who is bent on destruction. But where is the fury of the oppressor?
14 ULB ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಗ್ಗಿರುವವನು ಸಾಯನು, ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಇಳಿಯನು, ಬೇಗನೆ ಬಿಡುಗಡೆಯಾಗುವನು. ಅವನಿಗೆ ಅನ್ನದ ಕೊರತೆಯೇ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: The captive will soon be freed; he will not die in the dungeon, and his bread will not be lacking.
15 ULB ಅಲೆಗಳು ಭೋರ್ಗರೆಯುವಷ್ಟು ಸಮುದ್ರವನ್ನು ರೇಗಿಸುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ನಾನೇ, ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರನಾದ ಯೆಹೋವನೆಂಬುದೇ ನನ್ನ ನಾಮಧೇಯ. BSB BSB: For I am the LORD your God who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar—the LORD of Hosts is His name.
16 ULB ಆಕಾಶವನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ, ಭೂಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಬೇಕೆಂತಲೂ, ಚೀಯೋನಿಗೆ, <<ನೀವು ನನ್ನ ಜನರು>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿನ್ನ ಬಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟು, ನನ್ನ ಕೈಯ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹುದುಗಿಸಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I have put My words in your mouth, and covered you with the shadow of My hand, to establish the heavens, to found the earth, and to say to Zion, ‘You are My people.’”
17 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ತನ್ನ ರೋಷವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿಕೊಟ್ಟ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಿಂದ ಕುಡಿದ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮೇ, ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೋ, ಎಚ್ಚೆತ್ತುಕೋ, ಎದ್ದುನಿಲ್ಲು! ಭ್ರಮಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಆ ಪಾನದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ತೊಟ್ಟನ್ನೂ ಉಳಿಸದೆ ಕುಡಿದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದಿ. BSB BSB: Awake, awake! Rise up, O Jerusalem, you who have drunk from the hand of the LORD the cup of His fury; you who have drained the goblet to the dregs—the cup that makes men stagger.
18 ULB ಅವಳು ಹೆತ್ತ ಮಕ್ಕಳಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವವನು ಯಾರೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. ಸಾಕಿದ ಆ ಸಕಲ ಕುಮಾರರಲ್ಲಿ ಅವಳ ಕೈ ಹಿಡಿಯುವವನು ಒಬ್ಬನೂ ಇಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Among all the sons she bore, there is no one to guide her; among all the sons she brought up, there is no one to take her hand.
19 ULB ನಿನಗೆ ಈ ಎರಡು ಬಾಧೆಗಳು ಬಂದಿವೆ, ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರ ಸಂತಾಪವನ್ನು ತೋರಿಸುವವರು ಯಾರಿದ್ದಾರೆ? ನಾಶವೋ, ಸಂಹಾರವೋ, ಕ್ಷಾಮವೋ, ಶಕ್ತಿಯೋ. ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಂತೈಸಲಿ? BSB BSB: These pairs have befallen you: devastation and destruction, famine and sword. Who will grieve for you? Who can comfort you?
20 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಪ್ರಜ್ಞೆತಪ್ಪಿದವರಾಗಿ ಬಲೆಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿದ ಜಿಂಕೆಗಳಂತೆ ಬೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ಚೌಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನ ರೋಷವನ್ನೂ, ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರ ಗದರಿಕೆಯನ್ನೂ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. BSB BSB: Your sons have fainted; they lie at the head of every street, like an antelope in a net. They are full of the wrath of the LORD, the rebuke of your God.
21 ULB ನೀನು ಹಿಂಸೆಗೊಳಗಾಗಿದ್ದಿ. ಕುಡಿದು ಅಮಲೇರಿದ್ದಿ. ಆದರೆ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸದಿಂದಲ್ಲ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ಈಗ ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳು. BSB BSB: Therefore now hear this, you afflicted one, drunken, but not with wine.
22 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಕರ್ತನೂ, ತನ್ನ ಜನರ ಪಕ್ಷವಾಗಿ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಡುವ ನಿನ್ನ ದೇವರೂ ಆದ ಯೆಹೋವನು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ, <<ಇಗೋ, ಭ್ರಮಣಗೊಳಿಸುವ ಪಾನದ ಪಾತ್ರೆಯನ್ನು ಅಂದರೆ, ನನ್ನ ರೋಷದಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿರುವ ಬಟ್ಟಲನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕುವೆನು. ಅದನ್ನು ನೀನು ತಿರುಗಿ ಕುಡಿಯುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Thus says your Lord, the LORD, even your God, who defends His people: “See, I have removed from your hand the cup of staggering. From that goblet, the cup of My fury, you will never drink again.
23 ULB ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುವವರ ಕೈಗೆ ಅದನ್ನು ಕೊಡುವೆನು. ಅವರು ನಿನಗೆ, <ನೀನು ಬಿದ್ದುಕೋ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತುಳಿಯುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗುವೆವು> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಲು, ನೀನು ಹಾದುಹೋಗುವ ಅವರಿಗೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಬೆನ್ನನ್ನು ನೆಲವನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ, ಬೀದಿಯ ಮಣ್ಣನ್ನಾಗಿಯೂ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡೆಯಲ್ಲಾ.>> BSB BSB: I will place it in the hands of your tormentors, who told you: ‘Lie down, so we can walk over you,’ so that you made your back like the ground, like a street to be traversed.”
