2 ULB ಇವರು ಸಮಾಧಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದ್ದಾರಲ್ಲಾ; ನೀತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿ ನಡೆಯುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ತನ್ನ ದೀರ್ಘನಿದ್ರಾಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ವಿಶ್ರಮಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾನೆ. BSB BSB: Those who walk uprightly enter into peace; they find rest, lying down in death.
3 ULB ಮಾಟಗಾತಿಯ ಮಕ್ಕಳೇ, ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರಿಯ ಸಂತಾನದವರೇ, ನೀವು ಇಲ್ಲಿಗೆ ಬನ್ನಿರಿ! BSB BSB: “But come here, you sons of a sorceress, you offspring of adulterers and prostitutes!

5 ULB ಏಲಾ ಮರಗಳ ತೋಪುಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಸೊಂಪಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆದಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಂದು ಮರದ ನೆರಳಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮದವೇರಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು, ಕಣಿವೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ಬೆಟ್ಟದ ಗವಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಕೊಂದುಹಾಕುವ ನೀವು ದ್ರೋಹದ ಸಂತಾನವೂ, ಸುಳ್ಳಿನ ಸಂತತಿಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀರಿ. 6 ULB ಕೆಟ್ಟ ಸಂತಾನವೇ, ಹೊಳೆಯ ನುಣುಪಾದ ಕಲ್ಲುಗಳೇ ನಿನಗೆ ಗತಿ, ಅವುಗಳೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾಲು; ಅವುಗಳಿಗೆ ನೀನು ಪಾನದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನು ನೈವೇದ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಸುರಿದು, ಧಾನ್ಯದ್ರವ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅರ್ಪಿಸಿದ್ದಿ. ನಾನು ಇದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ನೋಡಿ ಕೋಪವನ್ನು ಅಡಗಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಲು ಆಗುವುದೇ? BSB BSB: Your portion is among the smooth stones of the valley; indeed, they are your lot. Even to them you have poured out a drink offering and offered a grain offering. Should I relent because of these?
7 ULB ಮಹೋನ್ನತ ಪರ್ವತದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ಮಂಚವನ್ನು ಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ, ಯಜ್ಞಮಾಡಲು ಆ ಬೆಟ್ಟವನ್ನೇರಿದ್ದಿ. BSB BSB: On a high and lofty hill you have made your bed, and there you went up to offer sacrifices.
8 ULB ಬಾಗಿಲಿನ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಲುವಿನ ಹಿಂಭಾಗದಲ್ಲಿ ನೀನು ವಿಗ್ರಹವನ್ನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಟ್ಟು, ನಿನ್ನ ಮಂಚದ ಗವಸಣಿಗೆಯನ್ನು ತೆಗೆದು, ಅದನ್ನು ಹತ್ತಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸ್ಥಳಕೊಟ್ಟು ಅವರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಂದ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ. ಅವರ ಸಂಗಮವನ್ನು ಆಶಿಸಿ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ತೋರ್ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ. BSB BSB: Behind the door and doorpost you have set up your memorial. Forsaking Me, you uncovered your bed; you climbed up and opened it wide. And you have made a pact with those whose bed you have loved; you have gazed upon their nakedness.
9 ULB ಬಹು ಸುಗಂಧದ್ರವ್ಯಗಳನ್ನು ಕೂಡಿಸಿ, ತೈಲವನ್ನೂ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು, ಪರರಾಜನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಪ್ರಯಾಣಮಾಡಿದ್ದಿ; ನಿನ್ನ ರಾಯಭಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ದೂರ ದೂರ ಕಳುಹಿಸಿದ್ದಿ; ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಪಾತಾಳದವರೆಗೂ ತಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಿ. BSB BSB: You went to Molech with oil and multiplied your perfumes. You have sent your envoys a great distance; you have descended even to Sheol itself.
10 ULB ನೀನು ನಡೆದು ನಡೆದು ಆಯಾಸಗೊಂಡರೂ ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿಲ್ಲ; ಹೊಸ ಬಲವನ್ನು ತಂದುಕೊಂಡಿ; ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನೀನು ಸೋತುಹೋಗಲಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: You are wearied by your many journeys, but you did not say, “There is no hope!” You found renewal of your strength; therefore you did not grow weak.
11 ULB ನೀನು ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮರೆತು ನನಗೆ ಮೋಸಮಾಡಿದಿ? ಈ ದ್ರೋಹಕ್ಕೂ ಹಿಂದೆಗೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ! ನೀನು ನನಗೆ ಅಂಜದೆ ಇರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ನಾನು ಬಹುಕಾಲದಿಂದ ಸುಮ್ಮನೆ ಇದ್ದದ್ದೇ ಕಾರಣವಲ್ಲವೇ?. BSB BSB: Whom have you dreaded and feared, so that you lied and failed to remember Me or take this to heart? Is it not because I have long been silent that you do not fear Me?
12 ULB ನಾನು ನಿನ್ನ ಧರ್ಮವನ್ನು ಬಯಲಿಗೆ ತರುವೆನು, ನಿನ್ನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ನಿಷ್ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ. BSB BSB: I will expose your righteousness and your works, and they will not profit you.
13 ULB ನೀನು ಕೂಗಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ ನೀನು ಕೂಡಿಹಾಕಿಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನುದ್ಧರಿಸಲಿ. ಆದರೆ ಇವುಗಳನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಗಾಳಿಯು ಬಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವುದು, ಉಸಿರು ಅದನ್ನು ಒಯ್ಯುವುದು. ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಆಶ್ರಯಿಸುವವನೋ ದೇಶವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ಪರ್ವತವನ್ನು ಬಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೊಂದುವನು. BSB BSB: When you cry out, let your companies of idols deliver you! Yet the wind will carry off all of them, a breath will take them away. But he who seeks refuge in Me will inherit the land and possess My holy mountain.”
14 ULB <<ಮಣ್ಣು ಹಾಕಿರಿ, ಹಾಕಿರಿ, ಮಾರ್ಗವನ್ನು ಸರಿಮಾಡಿರಿ; ನನ್ನ ಜನರ ದಾರಿಯೊಳಗಿಂದ ಅಡಚಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲಮಾಡಿರಿ>> ಎಂದು ಒಂದು ವಾಣಿಯು ನುಡಿಯುತ್ತದೆ. BSB BSB: And it will be said, “Build it up, build it up, prepare the way, take every obstacle out of the way of My people.”
15 ULB ಸದಮಲನೆನಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಶಾಶ್ವತಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿತ್ಯನಿವಾಸಿಯಾದ ಮಹೋನ್ನತನು ಹೀಗೆನ್ನುತ್ತಾನೆ, <<ಉನ್ನತಲೋಕವೆಂಬ ಪವಿತ್ರಾಲಯದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ ನಾನು, ಜಜ್ಜಿಹೋದ ದೀನಮನದೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇದ್ದುಕೊಂಡು, ದೀನನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನೂ ಜಜ್ಜಿಹೋದವನ ಮನಸ್ಸನ್ನೂ ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸುವವನಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: For thus says the One who is high and lifted up, who inhabits eternity, whose name is Holy: “I dwell in a high and holy place, and with the oppressed and humble in spirit, to restore the spirit of the lowly and revive the heart of the contrite.
16 ULB ನಾನು ಸರ್ವದಾ ವ್ಯಾಜ್ಯವಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಕಡೆಯ ತನಕ ಕೋಪಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳೆನು, ಹೀಗೆ ಮಾಡಿದರೆ ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ಆತ್ಮವೂ, ನಾನು ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿದ ಜೀವವೂ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಕುಂದಿಹೋದಾವು. BSB BSB: For I will not accuse you forever, nor will I always be angry; for then the spirit of man would grow weak before Me—the breath of life I have made.
17 ULB ನನ್ನ ಜನರು ಲಾಭವನ್ನು ದೋಚಿಕೊಂಡ ಅನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ನಾನು ನೋಡಿ ಕೋಪಗೊಂಡು ಅವರನ್ನು ಹೊಡೆದೆನು, ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಮುಚ್ಚಿಕೊಂಡು ರೋಷಭರಿತನಾಗಿದ್ದೆನು; ಅವರೋ ತಿರುಗಿಕೊಂಡು ಮನಸ್ಸಿಗೆ ತೋರಿದ ಹಾಗೆಯೇ ನಡೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಬಂದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. BSB BSB: I was enraged by his sinful greed, so I struck him and hid My face in anger; yet he kept turning back to the desires of his heart.
18 ULB ಅವರ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಾ ಅವರಿಗೆ, ಅವರಲ್ಲಿನ ದುಃಖಿತರಿಗೆ, ಆದರಣೆಯನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವಾಗಿ ಕೊಡುವೆನು.>> BSB BSB: I have seen his ways, but I will heal him; I will guide him and restore comfort to him and his mourners,
19 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಬಾಯಿಯ ಯೋಗ್ಯಫಲವಾಗಿರುವ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವನ್ನು ಉಂಟುಮಾಡುವವನಾಗಿ, <<ದೂರದವನಿಗೂ ಸಮೀಪದವನಿಗೂ ಕ್ಷೇಮವಿರಲಿ, ಸುಕ್ಷೇಮವಿರಲಿ, ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡುವೆನು>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: bringing praise to their lips. Peace, peace to those far and near,” says the LORD, “and I will heal them.”
20 ULB ದುಷ್ಟರಾದರೋ ಅಲ್ಲೋಲಕಲ್ಲೋಲವಾದ ಸಮುದ್ರದಂತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅದು ಸುಮ್ಮನಿರದು, ಅದರ ತೆರೆಗಳು ಕೆಸರನ್ನೂ, ಹೊಲಸನ್ನೂ ಕಾರುತ್ತಲಿರುತ್ತವೆ. BSB BSB: But the wicked are like the storm-tossed sea, for it cannot be still, and its waves churn up mire and muck.
21 ULB <<ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೆ ಸಮಾಧಾನವೇ ಇಲ್ಲ>> ಎಂದು ನನ್ನ ದೇವರು ನುಡಿಯುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: “There is no peace,” says my God, “for the wicked.”
