1 ULB ಹೀಗಿರುವಾಗ ಯೇಸು ಈ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿದ ಮೇಲೆ ಗಲಿಲಾಯವನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಯೊರ್ದನ್ ಹೊಳೆಯ ಆಚೆಯಿರುವ ಯೂದಾಯ ಪ್ರಾಂತ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ಹೋದನು. BSB BSB: When Jesus had finished saying these things, He left Galilee and went into the region of Judea beyond the Jordan.
2 ULB ಜನರ ದೊಡ್ಡ ಗುಂಪುಗಳು ಆತನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದವು, ಆತನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಸ್ವಸ್ಥಮಾಡಿದನು. BSB BSB: Large crowds followed Him, and He healed them there.

5 ULB <ಈ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲೇ ಪುರುಷನು ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವನು. ಅವರಿಬ್ಬರು ಒಂದೇ ಶರೀರವಾಗಿರುವರು ಎಂದು ನೀವು ಓದಲಿಲ್ಲವೋ?> BSB BSB: and said, ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two will become one flesh’?
6 ULB ಹೀಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅವರು ಇನ್ನು ಇಬ್ಬರಲ್ಲ ಒಂದೇ ಶರೀರವಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಆದುದರಿಂದ ದೇವರು ಕೂಡಿಸಿದ್ದನ್ನು ಮನುಷ್ಯನು ಅಗಲಿಸಬಾರದು>> ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.”
7 ULB ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರು ಆತನನ್ನು, <<ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ವಿಚ್ಛೇದನ ಪತ್ರವನ್ನು ಕೊಟ್ಟು ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟುಬಿಡಬಹುದೆಂದು ಮೋಶೆಯು ಏಕೆ ಆಜ್ಞೆ ಕೊಟ್ಟನು?>> ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು. BSB BSB: “Why then,” they asked, “did Moses order a man to give his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away?”
9 ULB ಮತ್ತು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರದ ಕಾರಣದಿಂದಲ್ಲದೆ ತನ್ನ ಹೆಂಡತಿಯನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವವನು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ; ಮತ್ತು ಗಂಡ ಬಿಟ್ಟವಳನ್ನು ಮದುವೆಯಾಗುವವನು ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ>> ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: Now I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
11 ULB ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, <<ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸಲಾರರು ಆದರೆ ಯಾರಿಗೆ ಆ ವರವು ಕೊಡಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿದೆಯೋ ಅವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಅದನ್ನು ಅಂಗೀಕರಿಸುವರು. BSB BSB: “Not everyone can accept this word,” He replied, “but only those to whom it has been given.
13 ULB ಕೆಲವರು ತಮ್ಮ ಚಿಕ್ಕ ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಕರೆತಂದು, ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಆತನು ಕೈಗಳನ್ನಿಟ್ಟು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುವಂತೆ ಕೇಳಿದರು. ಆದರೆ ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಅವರನ್ನು ಗದರಿಸಿದರು. BSB BSB: Then little children were brought to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them and pray for them. And the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14 ULB ಆದರೆ ಯೇಸು, <<ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿರಿ. ನನ್ನ ಹತ್ತಿರ ಬರುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಮಾಡಬೇಡಿರಿ. ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಪರಲೋಕ ರಾಜ್ಯವು ಇಂಥವರದೇ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: But Jesus said, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these.”
15 ULB ಮತ್ತು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕೈಯಿಟ್ಟು ಅನಂತರ ಅಲ್ಲಿಂದ ಹೊರಟು ಹೋದನು. BSB BSB: And after He had placed His hands on them, He went on from there.
16 ULB ಇಗೋ ಒಬ್ಬನು ಯೇಸುವಿನ ಬಳಿಗೆ ಬಂದು, <<ಬೋಧಕನೇ ನಾನು ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವವನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಯಾವ ಒಳ್ಳೆ ಕಾರ್ಯವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಬೇಕು?>> ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: Just then a man came up to Jesus and inquired, “Teacher, what good thing must I do to obtain eternal life?”
17 ULB ಆತನು ಅವನಿಗೆ, <<ಒಳ್ಳೆಯದನ್ನು ಕುರಿತು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಕೇಳುತ್ತೀಯಾ? ಒಳ್ಳೆಯವನು ಒಬ್ಬನೇ. ಆ ಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಬೇಕೆಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ದೇವರಾಜ್ಞೆಗಳಿಗೆ ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗಿ ನಡೆದುಕೊ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: “Why do you ask Me about what is good?” Jesus replied. “There is only One who is good. If you want to enter life, keep the commandments.”
18 ULB ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಅವನು, <<ಅವು ಯಾವುವು?>> ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಲು ಯೇಸು, <<ನರಹತ್ಯ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು, ವ್ಯಭಿಚಾರ ಮಾಡಬಾರದು, ಕದಿಯಬಾರದು, ಸುಳ್ಳು ಸಾಕ್ಷಿ ಹೇಳಬಾರದು. BSB BSB: “Which ones?” the man asked. Jesus answered, “‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness,
19 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ತಂದೆತಾಯಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸನ್ಮಾನಿಸಬೇಕು ಮತ್ತು ನಿನ್ನಂತೆಯೇ ನಿನ್ನ ನೆರೆಯವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಬೇಕು.>> ಇವುಗಳೇ ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: honor your father and mother, and love your neighbor as yourself.’”
20 ULB ಆ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಆತನಿಗೆ, <<ಇವೆಲ್ಲಕ್ಕೂ ವಿಧೇಯನಾಗಿ ನಾನು ನಡೆದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಇನ್ನೂ ನನಗೇನು ಕೊರತೆಯಾಗಿರಬಹುದು?>> ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: “All these I have kept,” said the young man. “What do I still lack?”
21 ULB ಯೇಸು ಅವನಿಗೆ, <<ನೀನು ಪೂರ್ಣನಾಗುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಬಯಸುವುದಾದರೆ, ಹೋಗಿ ನಿನಗಿರುವುದನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾರಿ, ಬಡವರಿಗೆ ಕೊಡು, ಆಗ ನಿನಗೆ ಪರಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿರುವುದು. ಅನಂತರ ನೀನು ಬಂದು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸು>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: Jesus told him, “If you want to be perfect, go, sell your possessions and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me.”
22 ULB ಆದರೆ ಆ ಯೌವನಸ್ಥನು ಬಹಳ ಆಸ್ತಿಯುಳ್ಳವನಾಗಿದ್ದುದರಿಂದ ಈ ಮಾತನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಹೊರಟುಹೋದನು. BSB BSB: When the young man heard this, he went away in sorrow, because he had great wealth.
23 ULB ಆಗ ಯೇಸು ತನ್ನ ಶಿಷ್ಯರಿಗೆ,<< ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತನು ಪರಲೋಕ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವುದು ಕಷ್ಟ>> ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ. BSB BSB: Then Jesus said to His disciples, “Truly I tell you, it is hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of heaven.
24 ULB <<ಐಶ್ವರ್ಯವಂತನು ದೇವರ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರುವುದಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಒಂಟೆಯು ಸೂಜಿಯ ಕಣ್ಣಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನುಗ್ಗುವುದು ಸುಲಭ ಎಂದು ನಿಮಗೆ ತಿರುಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ>> ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: Again I tell you, it is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
25 ULB ಶಿಷ್ಯರು ಇದನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ಅತ್ಯಾಶ್ಚರ್ಯಪಟ್ಟು, <<ಹೀಗಿದ್ದರೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ ಹೊಂದಲು ಯಾರಿಂದಾದೀತು?>> ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದರು. BSB BSB: When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?”
26 ULB ಯೇಸು ಅವರನ್ನು ದೃಷ್ಟಿಸಿ ನೋಡಿ <<ಇದು ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ಅಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಆದರೆ ದೇವರಿಗೆ ಎಲ್ಲವು ಸಾಧ್ಯವೇ>> ಅಂದನು. BSB BSB: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
27 ULB ಆಗ ಪೇತ್ರನು ಆತನನ್ನು, ಇಗೋ, ನಾವು ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದೆವು; ಇದರಿಂದ ನಮಗೆ ಏನು ದೊರಕುವುದು? ಎಂದು ಕೇಳಿದನು. BSB BSB: “Look,” Peter replied, “we have left everything to follow You. What then will there be for us?”
28 ULB ಯೇಸು ಅವರಿಗೆ, <<ನಿಮಗೆ ಸತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಹೊಸ ಸೃಷ್ಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಮನುಷ್ಯಕುಮಾರನು ತನ್ನ ಮಹಿಮೆಯ ಸಿಂಹಾಸನದ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಳ್ಳುವಾಗ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಬಾಲಿಸಿದವರಾದ ನೀವು ಸಹ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಸಿಂಹಾಸನಗಳ ಮೇಲೆ ಕುಳಿತುಕೊಂಡು, ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲಿನ ಹನ್ನೆರಡು ಕುಲಗಳಿಗೆ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರಿಸುವಿರಿ. BSB BSB: Jesus said to them, “Truly I tell you, in the renewal of all things, when the Son of Man sits on His glorious throne, you who have followed Me will also sit on twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel.
29 ULB ಮತ್ತು ನನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಸಹೋದರರನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಸಹೋದರಿಯರನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ತಂದೆಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ತಾಯಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಮಕ್ಕಳನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ಭೂಮಿಯನ್ನಾಗಲಿ, ತೊರೆದುಬಿಟ್ಟಿರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಯೊಬ್ಬನೂ ಎಲ್ಲವನ್ನೂ ನೂರರಷ್ಟು ಹೊಂದುವನು. ಅಲ್ಲದೆ ನಿತ್ಯಜೀವಕ್ಕೆ ಬಾಧ್ಯನಾಗುವನು. BSB BSB: And everyone who has left houses or brothers or sisters or father or mother or wife or children or fields for the sake of My name will receive a hundredfold and will inherit eternal life.
30 ULB ಆದರೆ ಈಗ ಮೊದಲಿನವರಾದ ಬಹು ಮಂದಿ ಕಡೆಯವರಾಗುವರು ಮತ್ತು ಕಡೆಯವರಾದ ಬಹು ಮಂದಿ ಮೊದಲಿನವರಾಗುವರು. BSB BSB: But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.
