Nehemiah 11 (ULB)

1ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಉಳಿದ ಜನರೊಳಗೆ ಹತ್ತು ಜನರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂಭತ್ತು ಜನ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಊರುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು, ಒಬ್ಬನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಪವಿತ್ರನಗರವಾಗಿರುವ ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡಬೇಕು ಎಂದು ಚೀಟು ಹಾಕಿ ಅವನನ್ನು ಗೊತ್ತು ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.Now the leaders of the people settled in Jerusalem, and the rest of the people cast lots to bring one out of ten to live in the holy city of Jerusalem, while the remaining nine were to dwell in their own towns.

(In the villages of Judah, however, each lived on his own property in their towns—the Israelites, priests, Levites, temple servants, and descendants of Solomon’s servants—

From the descendants of Judah: Athaiah son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, a descendant of Perez;

5ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು ಮಾಸೇಯ, ಇವನು ಬಾರೂಕನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಕೊಲ್ಹೋಜೆಯ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಹಜಾಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಅದಾಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಯೋಯಾರೀಬನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಜೆಕರ್ಯನ ಮಗ, ಇವನು ಶೇಲಹನ ಸಂತಾನದವನು.and Maaseiah son of Baruch, the son of Col-hozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, a descendant of Shelah.

6ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಪೆರೆಚ್ ಸಂತಾನದ ರಣವೀರರು ನಾನೂರ ಆರುವತ್ತೆಂಟು ಮಂದಿ.The descendants of Perez who settled in Jerusalem totaled 468 men of valor.

7ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಕುಲದವರಲ್ಲಿ: ಸಲ್ಲು, ಇವನು ಮೆಷುಲ್ಲಾಮನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಯೋವೇದನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಪೆದಾಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಕೋಲಾಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಮಾಸೇಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಈತೀಯೇಲನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಯೆಶಾಯನ ಮಗ.From the descendants of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah;

8ರಣವೀರರಾದ ಗಬ್ಬೈ ಮತ್ತು ಸಲ್ಲೈ ಹಾಗು ಒಂಭೈನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತೆಂಟು ಮಂದಿ.and his followers Gabbai and Sallai—928 men.

9ಜಿಕ್ರಿಯನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೋವೇಲನು ಇವರ ನಾಯಕನು. ಹಸ್ಸೆನೂವನ ಮಗನಾದ ಯೆಹೂದನು ಪಟ್ಟಣದ ಎರಡನೆಯ ಪುರಾಧಿಕಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು.Joel son of Zichri was the officer over them, and Judah son of Hassenuah was over the Second District of the city.

12ಮತ್ತು ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸೇವೆ ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಇವರ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ಒಟ್ಟು ಎಂಟುನೂರ ಇಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ. ಇವರಲ್ಲದೆ ಅದಾಯನೆಂಬುವನು ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬನು. ಇವನು ಯೆರೋಹಾಮನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಪೆಲಲ್ಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಅಮ್ಚೀಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಜೆಕರ್ಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಪಷ್ಹೂರನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಮಲ್ಕೀಯನ ಮಗ.and their associates who did the work at the temple—822 men; Adaiah son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malchijah;

13ಗೋತ್ರಪ್ರಧಾನರಾದ ಈ ಅದಾಯನ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ಇನ್ನೂರ ನಲ್ವತ್ತೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ. ಅಮಷ್ಷೈ ಎಂಬುವನು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು. ಇವನು ಅಜರೇಲನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಅಹಜೈಯನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಮೆಷಿಲ್ಲೇಮೋತನ ಮಗ; ಇವನು ಇಮ್ಮೇರನ ಮಗ.and his associates, the leaders of families—242 men; Amashai son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer;

14ರಣವೀರರಾಗಿದ್ದ ಈ ಅಮಷ್ಷೈಯ ಬಂಧುಗಳು ನೂರಿಪ್ಪತ್ತೆಂಟು ಮಂದಿ. ಹಗ್ಗೆದೋಲೀಮನ ಮಗನಾದ ಜಬ್ದೀಯೇಲನು ಇವರ ನಾಯಕನು.and his associates—128 mighty men of valor. Zabdiel son of Haggedolim was their overseer.

15ಲೇವಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ: ಹಷ್ಷೂಬನ ಮಗನೂ, ಅಜ್ರೀಕಾಮನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಹಷಬ್ಯನ ಮರಿಮಗನೂ, ಬುನ್ನೀ ವಂಶದವನೂ ಆದ ಶೆಮಾಯನು.From the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;

16ಲೇವಿಗೋತ್ರ ಪ್ರಧಾನರಲ್ಲಿ: ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಹೊರಗಿನ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಮೇಲ್ವಿಚಾರಕನಾದ ಶಬ್ಬೆತೈ, ಯೋಜಾಬಾದ್ ಎಂಬುವವರು,Shabbethai and Jozabad, two leaders of the Levites, who supervised the work outside the house of God;

17ಮೀಕನ ಮಗನೂ, ಜಬ್ದೀಯನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಆಸಾಫನ ಮರಿಮಗನೂ, ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿಯನ್ನು ಆರಂಭಿಸುತ್ತಾ ಆರಾಧನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಜನರನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಮತ್ತನ್ಯ, ತನ್ನ ಬಂಧುಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದ್ವಿತೀಯ ಸ್ಥಾನದವನಾದ ಬಕ್ಬುಕ್ಯ, ಶಮ್ಮೂವನ ಮಗನೂ, ಗಾಲಾಲನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಯೆದೂತೂನನ ಮರಿಮಗನೂ ಆದ ಅಬ್ದ ಎಂಬುವವರು,Mattaniah son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, who led in thanksgiving and prayer; Bakbukiah, second among his associates; and Abda son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.

18ಪರಿಶುದ್ಧ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಲೇವಿಯರು ಒಟ್ಟು ಇನ್ನೂರ ಎಂಭತ್ತನಾಲ್ಕು ಮಂದಿ.The Levites in the holy city totaled 284.

19ದ್ವಾರಪಾಲಕರಲ್ಲಿ; ಅಕ್ಕೂಬ್, ಟಲ್ಮೋನರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಬಾಗಿಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಕಾಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಇವರ ಬಂಧುಗಳೂ ಒಟ್ಟು ನೂರ ಎಪ್ಪತ್ತೆರಡು ಮಂದಿ.And the gatekeepers: Akkub, Talmon, and their associates, who kept watch at the gates—172 men.

20ಉಳಿದ ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರೂ, ಯಾಜಕರೂ, ಲೇವಿಯರೂ ತಮ್ಮ ತಮ್ಮ ಸ್ವತ್ತುಗಳಿರುವ ಯೆಹೂದದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಪಟ್ಟಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.The rest of the Israelites, with the priests and Levites, were in all the villages of Judah, each on his own inheritance.

21ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಸೇವಕರು ಓಪೇಲ್ ಗುಡ್ಡದಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು. ಚೀಹ, ಗಿಷ್ಪ ಎಂಬುವವರು ಇವರ ನಾಯಕರಾಗಿದ್ದರು.The temple servants lived on the hill of Ophel, with Ziha and Gishpa over them.

22ದೇವಾಲಯದ ಕೆಲಸದ ಸಂಬಂಧವಾಗಿ ಗಾಯಕರಾದ ಆಸಾಫ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಬಾನೀಯನ ಮಗನೂ, ಹಷಬ್ಯನ ಮೊಮ್ಮಗನೂ, ಮತ್ತನ್ಯನ ಮರಿಮಗನೂ, ಮೀಕನ ವಂಶದವನಾದ ಆದ ಉಜ್ಜೀಯು ಯೆರೂಸಲೇಮಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಲೇವಿಯರ ನಾಯಕನಾಗಿದ್ದನು.Now the overseer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica. He was one of Asaph’s descendants, who were the singers in charge of the service of the house of God.

23ಗಾಯಕರ ಅನುದಿನದ ಖರ್ಚಿಗಾಗಿ ಒಂದು ನಿಯಮ ಇತ್ತು.For there was a command from the king concerning the singers, an ordinance regulating their daily activities.

24ಮೆಷೇಜಬೇಲನ ಮಗನೂ, ಜೆರಹನ ಸಂತಾನದವನೂ, ಯೆಹೂದ ಕುಲದವನೂ ಆದ ಪೆತಹ್ಯನು ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಾರ್ಯಗಳ ಸಂಬಂಧದಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜನ ಕಾರ್ಯಭಾರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದನು.Pethahiah son of Meshezabel, a descendant of Zerah son of Judah, was the king’s agent in every matter concerning the people.

25ಭೂಸ್ವಾಸ್ಥ್ಯವಿದ್ದವರು ವಾಸಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಊರುಗಳು: ಕಿರ್ಯತರ್ಬ, ದೀಬೋನ್, ಯೆಕಬ್ಜೆಯೇಲ್ ಇವುಗಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು,As for the villages with their fields, some of the people of Judah lived in Kiriath-arba, Dibon, Jekabzeel, and their villages;

26ಯೇಷೂವ, ಮೋಲಾದ, ಬೇತ್ಪೆಲೆಟ್ ಇವುಗಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು,in Jeshua, Moladah, and Beth-pelet;

27ಹಚರ್‌ ಷೂವಾಲ್ ಹಾಗು ಬೇರ್ಷೆಬ ಇವುಗಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು,in Hazar-shual; in Beersheba and its villages;

28ಚಿಕ್ಲಗ್, ಮೆಕೋನವೂ ಇವುಗಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು,in Ziklag; in Meconah and its villages;

29ಏನ್ರಿಮ್ಮೋನ್, ಚೊರ್ರ, ಯರ್ಮೂತ್ ಇವುಗಳೂ ಮತ್ತು ಇವುಗಳ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳು,in En-rimmon, Zorah, Jarmuth,

31ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಕುಲದವರು ಗೆಬ ಊರಿನಿಂದ, ಮಿಕ್ಮಾಷ್, ಅಯ್ಯಾ ಹಾಗು ಬೇತೇಲ್ ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳವರೆಗೂ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.The descendants of Benjamin from Geba lived in Michmash, Aija, and Bethel with its villages;

32ಅನಾತೋತ್, ನೋಬ್, ಅನನ್ಯ,in Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,

33ಹಾಚೋರ್, ರಾಮಾ, ಗಿತ್ತಯಿಮ್,Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,

34ಹಾದೀದ್, ಚೆಬೋಯಿಮ್, ನೆಬಲ್ಲಾಟ್,Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,

35ಲೋದ್, ಓನೋ, ಗೇಹರಾಷೀಮ್ ಎಂಬ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳೂ ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ ಕುಲದವರ ನಿವಾಸ ಸ್ಥಾನಗಳಾಗಿದ್ದವು.Lod, and Ono; and in the Valley of the Craftsmen.

36ಲೇವಿಯರಲ್ಲಿ ಕೆಲವು ವರ್ಗಗಳವರು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೂ, ಕೆಲವರು ಬೆನ್ಯಾಮೀನ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೂ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.And some divisions of the Levites of Judah settled in Benjamin.
