6 ULB ಧರ್ಮವು ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಂತರನ್ನು ಉದ್ಧರಿಸುವುದು, ವಂಚಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಶಾಪಾಶಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬೀಳುವರು. BSB BSB: The righteousness of the upright delivers them, but the faithless are trapped by their own desires.
7 ULB ದುಷ್ಟನು ಸಾಯುವಾಗ ಅವನ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ಹಾಳಾಗುವುದು, ಬಲದ ಮೇಲಣ ನಂಬಿಕೆಯು ಬಿದ್ದುಹೋಗುವುದು. BSB BSB: When the wicked man dies, his hope perishes, and the hope of his strength vanishes.
8 ULB ಶಿಷ್ಟನು ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಪಾರಾಗುವನು, ದುಷ್ಟನು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬದಲಾಗಿ ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಬೀಳುವನು. BSB BSB: The righteous man is delivered from trouble; in his place the wicked man goes in.

11 ULB ಯಥಾರ್ಥವಂತರ ಆಶೀರ್ವಾದದಿಂದ ಪಟ್ಟಣವು ಉನ್ನತಿಗೆ ಬರುವುದು, ಕೆಟ್ಟವರ ಬಾಯಿಂದ ಕೆಡವಲ್ಪಡುವುದು. BSB BSB: By the blessing of the upright a city is built up, but by the mouth of the wicked it is torn down.
12 ULB ನೆರೆಯವನನ್ನು ಹೀನೈಸುವವನು ಬುದ್ಧಿಹೀನನು, ವಿವೇಕಿಯು ಮೌನವಾಗಿರುವನು. BSB BSB: Whoever shows contempt for his neighbor lacks judgment, but a man of understanding remains silent.
13 ULB ಚಾಡಿಕೋರನು ಗುಟ್ಟನ್ನು ರಟ್ಟು ಮಾಡುವನು, ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನು ಸಂಗತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಗುಪ್ತವಾಗಿಡುವನು. BSB BSB: A gossip reveals a secret, but a trustworthy person keeps a confidence.

20 ULB ವಕ್ರಹೃದಯರು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಅಸಹ್ಯರು, ಸನ್ಮಾರ್ಗಿಗಳು ಆತನ ದಯೆಗೆ ಪಾತ್ರರು. BSB BSB: The perverse in heart are an abomination to the LORD, but the blameless in their walk are His delight.
21 ULB ದುಷ್ಟನಿಗೆ ದಂಡನೆ ಖಂಡಿತ, ಶಿಷ್ಟವಂಶಕ್ಕೆ ರಕ್ಷಣೆ. BSB BSB: Be assured that the wicked will not go unpunished, but the offspring of the righteous will escape.
22 ULB ಹಂದಿಯ ಮೂಗಿಗೆ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಮೂಗುತಿಯು ಹೇಗೋ, ಅವಿವೇಕಳಿಗೆ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವು ಹಾಗೆ. BSB BSB: Like a gold ring in a pig’s snout is a beautiful woman who lacks discretion.
23 ULB ಸಜ್ಜನರ ಆಶೆಯು ಮಂಗಳಾಸ್ಪದ, ದುರ್ಜನರ ನಿರೀಕ್ಷೆಯು ರೋಷಾಸ್ಪದ. BSB BSB: The desire of the righteous leads only to good, but the hope of the wicked brings wrath.
24 ULB ಒಬ್ಬನು ತನ್ನ ಧನವನ್ನು ಚೆಲ್ಲಿದರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ವೃದ್ಧಿ, ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನು ನ್ಯಾಯವಾದದ್ದನ್ನು ಬಿಗಿಹಿಡಿದರೂ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬಡತನ. BSB BSB: One gives freely, yet gains even more; another withholds what is right, only to become poor.
25 ULB ಉದಾರಿಯು ಪುಷ್ಟನಾಗುವನು, ನೀರು ಹಾಯಿಸುವವನಿಗೆ ನೀರು ಸಿಕ್ಕುವುದು. BSB BSB: A generous soul will prosper, and he who refreshes others will himself be refreshed.

29 ULB ತನ್ನ ಕುಟುಂಬವನ್ನು ಬಾಧಿಸುವವನಿಗೆ ಗಾಳಿಯೇ ಗಂಟು, ಮೂರ್ಖನು ಜ್ಞಾನವಂತನ ಅಧೀನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿರುವನು; BSB BSB: He who brings trouble on his house will inherit the wind, and the fool will be servant to the wise of heart.
30 ULB ಧರ್ಮಾತ್ಮನ ಫಲ ಜೀವವೃಕ್ಷ, ಜ್ಞಾನಿಯು ಆತ್ಮಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುವನು. BSB BSB: The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life, and he who wins souls is wise.
31 ULB ಶಿಷ್ಟನು ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ತನ್ನ ಕ್ರಿಯಾಫಲವನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವಲ್ಲಿ, ದುಷ್ಟನೂ, ಪಾಪಿಯೂ ದಂಡನೆಯನ್ನು ಅನುಭವಿಸುವರು ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಬೇಕಾಗಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: If the righteous receive their due on earth, how much more the ungodly and the sinner!
