8 ULB ಜ್ಞಾನವೆಂಬಾಕೆಯು ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠಳು ಎಂದು ನೀನು ಭಾವಿಸಿದರೆ ಆಕೆಯು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಉನ್ನತಿಗೆ ತರುವಳು, ಆಕೆಯನ್ನು ಅಪ್ಪಿಕೊಂಡರೆ ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಘನಪಡಿಸುವಳು. BSB BSB: Prize her, and she will exalt you; if you embrace her, she will honor you.

10 ULB ಕಂದಾ, ಗಮನಿಸಿ ನನ್ನ ಮಾತುಗಳನ್ನು ಕೇಳು, ಕೇಳಿದರೆ, ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನದ ವರ್ಷಗಳು ಹೆಚ್ಚುವವು. BSB BSB: Listen, my son, and receive my words, and the years of your life will be many.

12 ULB ನೀನು ನಡೆಯುವಾಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಜ್ಜೆಗೆ ಅಡ್ಡಿಯಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ, ಓಡಿದರೆ ಮುಗ್ಗರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: When you walk, your steps will not be impeded; when you run, you will not stumble.
13 ULB ಸದುಪದೇಶವನ್ನು ಗ್ರಹಿಸಿಕೋ, ಸಡಿಲಬಿಡಬೇಡ, ಅದನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡಿಕೋ, ಅದೇ ನಿನ್ನ ಜೀವವು. BSB BSB: Hold on to instruction; do not let go. Guard it, for it is your life.

15 ULB ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ದೂರವಾಗಿರು, ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ನಡೆಯಬೇಡ, ಅದರಿಂದ ಹಿಂತಿರುಗಿ ಮುಂದೆ ನಡೆ. BSB BSB: Avoid it; do not travel on it. Turn from it and pass on by.

17 ULB ದುಷ್ಟತನವೇ ಅವರ ಆಹಾರ; ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರವೇ ಅವರ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸ ಪಾನ. BSB BSB: For they eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence.
18 ULB ನೀತಿವಂತರ ಮಾರ್ಗವು ಮಧ್ಯಾಹ್ನದ ವರೆಗೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾ ಬರುವ ಬೆಳಗಿನ ಬೆಳಕಿನಂತಿದೆ. BSB BSB: The path of the righteous is like the first gleam of dawn, shining brighter and brighter until midday.

22 ULB ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊಂದುವವರಿಗೆ ಅವು ಜೀವವು, ದೇಹಕ್ಕೆಲ್ಲಾ ಅವೇ ಆರೋಗ್ಯವು. BSB BSB: For they are life to those who find them, and health to the whole body.

26 ULB ನೀನು ನಡೆಯುವ ದಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಸಮಮಾಡು, ಆಗ ನಿನ್ನ ಮಾರ್ಗಗಳೆಲ್ಲಾ ದೃಢವಾಗಿರುವವು. BSB BSB: Make a level path for your feet, and all your ways will be sure.
27 ULB ಎಡಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಬಲಕ್ಕಾಗಲಿ ತಿರುಗಬೇಡ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕಾಲನ್ನು ಕೇಡಿಗೆ ದೂರಮಾಡು. BSB BSB: Do not swerve to the right or to the left; turn your feet away from evil.
