4 ULB ದುಷ್ಟನು ಸೊಕ್ಕಿನ ಮುಖದಿಂದ, <<ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡು, ದೇವರಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬುದಾಗಿ ಸದಾ ಯೋಚಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: In his pride the wicked man does not seek Him; in all his schemes there is no God.
5 ULB ಅವನ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನಗಳು ಯಾವಾಗಲೂ ಕೈಗೂಡುತ್ತವೆ; ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ನ್ಯಾಯತೀರ್ಪು ಮಹೋನ್ನತವಾಗಿರುವುದರಿಂದ ಅದು ಅವನ ಗ್ರಹಿಕೆಗೆ ಬರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ; ವೈರಿಗಳ ಗುಂಪನ್ನಾದರೋ ತಾತ್ಸಾರಮಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: He is secure in his ways at all times; Your lofty judgments are far from him; he sneers at all his foes.
6 ULB ಅವನು, <<ನಾನು ಕದಲುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ; ನನಗೆ ವಿಪತ್ತು ಎಂದೆಂದಿಗೂ ಸಂಭವಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ>> ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದಾನೆ. BSB BSB: He says to himself, “I will not be moved; from age to age I am free of distress.”
7 ULB ಅವನ ಬಾಯಿಯು ಶಾಪ, ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರ ಮತ್ತು ವಂಚನೆಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದೆ; ಅವನ ನಾಲಿಗೆಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಹಾನಿಯೂ, ನಾಶನವೂ ಇವೆ. BSB BSB: His mouth is full of cursing, deceit, and violence; trouble and malice are under his tongue.

10 ULB ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವನು ಜಜ್ಜಲ್ಪಟ್ಟು ಉರುಳಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನು ಅವನ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಬಿದ್ದು ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: They are crushed and beaten down; the helpless fall prey to his strength.
11 ULB ಆ ದುಷ್ಟನು ತನ್ನೊಳಗೆ, <<ದೇವರು ಇವನನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ವಿಮುಖನಾಗಿದ್ದಾನೆ; ಆತನು ನೋಡುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ>> ಅಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: He says to himself, “God has forgotten; He hides His face and never sees.”
12 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಏಳು; ದೇವರೇ, ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವನನ್ನು ಮರೆಯಬೇಡ; ಅವನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕೈಚಾಚು. BSB BSB: Arise, O LORD! Lift up Your hand, O God! Do not forget the helpless.
13 ULB <<ದೇವರು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುವುದೇ ಇಲ್ಲ>> ಎಂದು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಾ, ದುಷ್ಟನು ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ಏಕೆ ಅಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಮಾಡಬೇಕು? BSB BSB: Why has the wicked man renounced God? He says to himself, “You will never call me to account.”
14 ULB ನೀನು ಅವರ ಅನ್ಯಾಯ ಹಾಗು ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಡಿದ್ದಿ; ಅವುಗಳನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತೀ, ಗತಿಯಿಲ್ಲದವನು ತನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿನಗೇ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸುವನು; ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವನಿಗೆ ನೀನೇ ದಿಕ್ಕು. BSB BSB: But You have regarded trouble and grief; You see to repay it by Your hand. The victim entrusts himself to You; You are the helper of the fatherless.
15 ULB ದುಷ್ಟನ ಭುಜಬಲವನ್ನು ಮುರಿದುಹಾಕು, ಕೆಡುಕನ ದುಷ್ಟತ್ವವನ್ನು ಶೋಧಿಸಿ ನಿರ್ಮೂಲಮಾಡಿಬಿಡು. BSB BSB: Break the arm of the wicked and evildoer; call him to account for his wickedness until none is left to be found.
16 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ಯುಗಯುಗಾಂತರಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅರಸನಾಗಿರುವನು; ಆತನ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನ್ಯಜನಗಳು ನಿಶ್ಶೇಷರಾದರು. BSB BSB: The LORD is King forever and ever; the nations perish from His land.
17 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನೀನು ದೀನರ ಕೋರಿಕೆಯನ್ನು ನೆರವೇರಿಸುವವನೇ ಆಗಿದ್ದಿ; ಅವರ ಹೃದಯವನ್ನು ಧೈರ್ಯಪಡಿಸುತ್ತಿ; ಅವರ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಕಿವಿಗೊಡುತ್ತಿ. BSB BSB: You have heard, O LORD, the desire of the humble; You will strengthen their hearts. You will incline Your ear,
18 ULB ನೀನು ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರ ಮತ್ತು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವರ ನ್ಯಾಯವನ್ನು ವಿಚಾರಿಸುತ್ತಿ. ಹೀಗಿರುವಲ್ಲಿ ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಮಣ್ಣಿನಿಂದಾದ ಮನುಷ್ಯರಿಂದ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಹೆದರಿಕೆ ಉಂಟಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: to vindicate the fatherless and oppressed, that the men of the earth may strike terror no more.
