2 ULB ದುಷ್ಟರು, ವಂಚಕರು ನನಗೆ ವಿರುದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಬಾಯ್ದೆರೆದಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅವರು ಸುಳ್ಳು ನಾಲಿಗೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನೊಡನೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ. BSB BSB: For wicked and deceitful mouths open against me; they speak against me with lying tongues.

4 ULB ನಾನು ಅವರನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದರೂ, ಅವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿರೋಧಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನಾನಾದರೋ ನಿನಗೆ ಮೊರೆಯಿಡುತ್ತೇನೆ. BSB BSB: In return for my love they accuse me, but I am a man of prayer.
5 ULB ಉಪಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಅಪಕಾರವನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಾನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರತಿಯಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. BSB BSB: They repay me evil for good, and hatred for my love.
6 ULB ದುಷ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಯನ್ನು ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನೇಮಿಸು; ತಪ್ಪು ಹೊರಿಸುವವನನ್ನು ಅವನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸು. BSB BSB: Set over him a wicked man; let an accuser stand at his right hand.
7 ULB ನ್ಯಾಯವಿಚಾರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವನು ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಎಂದು ತೀರ್ಪುಹೊಂದಲಿ; ಅವನ ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥನೆಯೂ ಪಾಪವೆಂದು ಎಣಿಸಲ್ಪಡಲಿ. BSB BSB: When he is tried, let him be found guilty, and may his prayer be regarded as sin.
8 ULB ಅವನ ಜೀವಿತದ ದಿನಗಳು ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾಗಿರಲಿ; ಅವನ ಉದ್ಯೋಗವು ಮತ್ತೊಬ್ಬನಿಗಾಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May his days be few; may another take his position.
9 ULB ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ಅನಾಥರೂ ಮತ್ತು ಹೆಂಡತಿ ವಿಧವೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow.
10 ULB ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಹಾಳಾದ ಸ್ಥಳಗಳನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು, ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದವರಂತೆ ಅಲೆಯುತ್ತಾ ಭಿಕ್ಷೆಬೇಡಲಿ. BSB BSB: May his children wander as beggars, seeking sustenance far from their ruined homes.
11 ULB ಸಾಲಕೊಟ್ಟವನು ಅವನ ಆಸ್ತಿಯನ್ನೆಲ್ಲಾ ಕಸಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ; ಪರರು ಅವನ ಕಷ್ಟಾರ್ಜಿತವನ್ನು ಸುಲಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳಲಿ. BSB BSB: May the creditor seize all he owns, and strangers plunder the fruits of his labor.
12 ULB ಅವನಿಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ಕೃಪೆತೋರಿಸದಿರಲಿ, ದಿಕ್ಕಿಲ್ಲದ ಅವನ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಯಾರೂ ದಯೆತೋರದಿರಲಿ, BSB BSB: May there be no one to extend kindness to him, and no one to favor his fatherless children.
13 ULB ಅವನ ಸಂತತಿಯು ನಿರ್ಮೂಲವಾಗಲಿ; ಎರಡನೆಯ ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅದು ನಿರ್ನಾಮವಾಗಿ ಹೋಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May his descendants be cut off; may their name be blotted out from the next generation.
14 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ಅವನ ಹಿರಿಯರ ಪಾಪವನ್ನು ಮರೆಯದಿರಲಿ; ಅವನ ತಾಯಿಯ ಪಾಪವು ಅಳಿದುಹೋಗದಿರಲಿ. BSB BSB: May the iniquity of his fathers be remembered before the LORD, and the sin of his mother never be blotted out.
15 ULB ಅವು ಯೆಹೋವನ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದ್ದೇ ಇರಲಿ. ಆತನು ಅವರ ಹೆಸರನ್ನು ಭೂಮಿಯಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲಿ. BSB BSB: May their sins always remain before the LORD, that He may cut off their memory from the earth.
16 ULB ಏಕೆಂದರೆ ಅವನು ಕರುಣೆ ತೋರಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಮರೆತುಬಿಟ್ಟನು, ಬಡವನನ್ನು, ದೀನನನ್ನು, ಮನಗುಂದಿದವನನ್ನು ಹಿಂಸಿಸಿ ಕೊಲ್ಲಬೇಕೆಂದು ಯತ್ನಿಸಿದನು. BSB BSB: For he never thought to show kindness, but pursued the poor and needy and brokenhearted, even to their death.
17 ULB ಶಪಿಸುವುದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಾಗಿತ್ತು, ಅದೇ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿ! ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವುದು ಅವನಿಗೆ ಇಷ್ಟವಿರಲ್ಲಿಲ್ಲ, ಅದು ಅವನಿಂದ ದೂರವಿರಲಿ! BSB BSB: The cursing that he loved, may it fall on him; the blessing in which he refused to delight, may it be far from him.

19 ULB ಶಾಪವೇ ಅವನ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಂತೆಯೂ, ನಿತ್ಯವಾದ ನಡುಕಟ್ಟಿನಂತೆಯೂ ಆಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May it be like a robe wrapped about him, like a belt tied forever around him.
20 ULB ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸಿ ಕೀಳುಮಾತನಾಡುವವರಿಗೆ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಂದ ಬರುವ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲವು ಇದೇ ಆಗಿರಲಿ. BSB BSB: May this be the LORD’s reward to my accusers, to those who speak evil against me.
21 ULB ಕರ್ತನೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯು ಹಿತಕರವಾಗಿದೆ; ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ನನ್ನ ಪಕ್ಷವನ್ನು ಹಿಡಿದು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು. BSB BSB: But You, O GOD, the Lord, deal kindly with me for the sake of Your name; deliver me by the goodness of Your loving devotion.
22 ULB ನಾನು ಬಡವನೂ, ದೀನನೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೇನಲ್ಲಾ! ನನ್ನ ಹೃದಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಲಗು ನೆಟ್ಟಂತಾಗಿದೆ. BSB BSB: For I am poor and needy; my heart is wounded within me.
23 ULB ಸಂಜೆಯ ನೆರಳಿನಂತೆ ಗತಿಸಿಹೋಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ಗಾಳಿಯು ಬಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗುವ ಮಿಡತೆಯಂತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I am fading away like a lengthening shadow; I am shaken off like a locust.
24 ULB ಉಪವಾಸದಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಮೊಣಕಾಲುಗಳು ಬಲಹೀನವಾದವು; ನನ್ನ ದೇಹವು ಎಣ್ಣೆಯಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಕ್ಷೀಣವಾಯಿತು. BSB BSB: My knees are weak from fasting, and my body grows lean and gaunt.
25 ULB ನಾನು ಜನರ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನೋಡುವವರು ತಲೆಯಾಡಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. BSB BSB: I am an object of scorn to my accusers; when they see me, they shake their heads.
26 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೇ, ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು; ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಗೆ ತಕ್ಕಂತೆ ರಕ್ಷಿಸು. BSB BSB: Help me, O LORD my God; save me according to Your loving devotion.
27 ULB ಆಗ ಅವರು ಇದು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಕೆಲಸವೆಂದೂ, ಯೆಹೋವನಾದ ನೀನೇ ಇದನ್ನು ಮಾಡಿದೆ ಎಂದು ತಿಳಿದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. BSB BSB: Let them know that this is Your hand, that You, O LORD, have done it.
28 ULB ಅವರು ಶಪಿಸಲಿ, ಚಿಂತೆಯಿಲ್ಲ; ನೀನು ಆಶೀರ್ವದಿಸುವಿ. ಅವರು ಎದ್ದು ಅಪಮಾನ ಹೊಂದುವರು. ಆದರೆ ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನಾದ ನಾನು ಉಲ್ಲಾಸಿಸುವೆನು. BSB BSB: Though they curse, You will bless. When they rise up, they will be put to shame, but Your servant will rejoice.
29 ULB ಮಾನಭಂಗವೇ ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳಿಗೆ ವಸ್ತ್ರವಾಗಲಿ; ನಾಚಿಕೆಯೇ ಅವರ ಹೊದಿಕೆಯಾಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May my accusers be clothed with disgrace; may they wear their shame like a robe.
30 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಬಹಳವಾಗಿ ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಜನಸಮೂಹದ ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೀರ್ತಿಸುವೆನು. BSB BSB: With my mouth I will thank the LORD profusely; I will praise Him in the presence of many.
31 ULB ಆತನು ದೀನನ ಬಲಗಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಂತುಕೊಂಡು, ಪ್ರಾಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆ ವಿಧಿಸುವವರ ಕೈಯಿಂದ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವನು. BSB BSB: For He stands at the right hand of the needy one, to save him from the condemners of his soul.
