2 ULB ಕಿವಿಗೊಟ್ಟು ಕೇಳಿ ಬೇಗನೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬಿಡಿಸು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸುವ ಆಶ್ರಯಗಿರಿಯೂ, ದುರ್ಗಸ್ಥಾನವೂ ಆಗಿರು. BSB BSB: Incline Your ear to me; come quickly to my rescue. Be my rock of refuge, the stronghold of my deliverance.
3 ULB ನೀನೇ ನನ್ನ ಬಂಡೆಯೂ, ಕೋಟೆಯೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದೀಯಲ್ಲಾ; ಆದುದರಿಂದ ನಿನ್ನ ಹೆಸರಿನ ನಿಮಿತ್ತ ದಾರಿತೋರಿಸಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಡೆಸು. BSB BSB: For You are my rock and my fortress; lead me and guide me for the sake of Your name.
4 ULB ಶತ್ರುಗಳು ನನಗೆ ರಹಸ್ಯವಾಗಿ ಹಾಕಿದ ಬಲೆಯೊಳಗೆ ಸಿಕ್ಕಿಬೀಳದಂತೆ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡು; BSB BSB: You free me from the net laid out for me, for You are my refuge.
5 ULB ನೀನೇ ನನಗೆ ಆಧಾರವಲ್ಲವೇ; ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಗೆ ಒಪ್ಪಿಸಿಕೊಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತನಾದ ದೇವರೇ, ನನ್ನನ್ನು ವಿಮೋಚಿಸಿದ್ದೀ. BSB BSB: Into Your hands I commit my spirit; You have redeemed me, O LORD, God of truth.
6 ULB ವ್ಯರ್ಥವಾದ ವಿಗ್ರಹಗಳನ್ನೂ ಅವಲಂಬಿಸಿದವರನ್ನು ನಾನು ದ್ವೇಷಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ; ನಾನಾದರೋ ಯೆಹೋವನಲ್ಲಿ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I hate those who cling to worthless idols, but in the LORD I trust.
7 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂತೋಷಿಸಿ ಉಲ್ಲಾಸದಿಂದಿರುವೆನು; ನಾನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಹೋಗಿರುವುದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ, ನನ್ನ ಬಾಧೆಗಳನ್ನು ನೀನು ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡಿಯಲ್ಲಾ. BSB BSB: I will be glad and rejoice in Your loving devotion, for You have seen my affliction; You have known the anguish of my soul.
8 ULB ನೀನು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಶತ್ರುಗಳ ಕೈಕೆಳಗೆ ಬೀಳಿಸಲಿಲ್ಲ; ನಿರಾತಂಕ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದಿ. BSB BSB: You have not delivered me to the enemy; You have set my feet in the open.
9 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಕರುಣಿಸು; ಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಬಿದ್ದಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ನನಗುಂಟಾದ ಬಾಧೆಯ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಕಣ್ಣು ಗುಡ್ಡೆ ಸೇದಿಹೋಗಿದೆ; ದೇಹಾತ್ಮಗಳು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಹೋದವು. BSB BSB: Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am in distress; my eyes fail from sorrow, my soul and body as well.
10 ULB ನನ್ನ ಜೀವಮಾನವೆಲ್ಲಾ ದುಃಖದಲ್ಲಿಯೂ, ನಿಟ್ಟುಸಿರಿನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಕಳೆದುಹೋಗುತ್ತಾ ಇದೆ; ನನ್ನ ಸಂಕಟಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನ ಶಕ್ತಿಯು ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದೆ; ನನ್ನ ಎಲುಬುಗಳು ಸವೆದುಹೋಗಿವೆ. BSB BSB: For my life is consumed with grief and my years with groaning; my iniquity has drained my strength, and my bones are wasting away.
11 ULB ನನ್ನ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಿಂಸಕರ ದೆಸೆಯಿಂದ ದೂಷಣೆಗೆ ಗುರಿಯಾದೆನು; ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿ ನೆರೆಯವರು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿಂದಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ. ನನ್ನ ಪರಿಚಿತರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನಲ್ಲಿ ಭೀತಿಯುಂಟಾಯಿತು; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡವರೆಲ್ಲರು ಓರೆಯಾಗಿ ಹೋಗುತ್ತಾರೆ. BSB BSB: Among all my enemies I am a disgrace, and among my neighbors even more. I am dreaded by my friends—they flee when they see me on the street.
12 ULB ನಾನು ಸತ್ತವರಂತೆ ಯಾರ ಜ್ಞಾಪಕಕ್ಕೂ ಬಾರದವನಾದೆನು; ಒಡೆದ ಬೋಕಿಯಂತಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I am forgotten like a dead man, out of mind. I am like a broken vessel.
13 ULB ಅನೇಕರು ನನ್ನ ಪ್ರಾಣ ತೆಗೆಯಬೇಕೆಂದು ಒಳ ಸಂಚುಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ಅವರು ಪಿಸುಗುಟ್ಟುವ ಮಾತುಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಕಿವಿಗೆ ಬಿದ್ದಿವೆ; ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಕಡೆಯಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ನನಗೆ ಭೀತಿಯುಂಟಾಗಿದೆ. BSB BSB: For I hear the slander of many; there is terror on every side. They conspire against me and plot to take my life.
14 ULB ನಾನಾದರೋ ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನಲ್ಲೇ ಭರವಸವಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನೀನೇ ನನ್ನ ದೇವರೆಂದು ಹೇಳಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: But I trust in You, O LORD; I say, “You are my God.”
15 ULB ನನ್ನ ಆಯುಷ್ಕಾಲವು ನಿನ್ನ ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿದೆ; ಹಿಂದಟ್ಟುವ ಶತ್ರುಗಳಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಿ ಕಾಪಾಡು. BSB BSB: My times are in Your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me.
16 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಸೇವಕನನ್ನು ಪ್ರಸನ್ನಮುಖದಿಂದ ನೋಡು; ಪ್ರೀತಿಯಿಂದ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸು. BSB BSB: Make Your face shine on Your servant; save me by Your loving devotion.
17 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ಮೊರೆಯಿಟ್ಟಿದ್ದೇನೆ; ನನ್ನನ್ನು ನಿರಾಶೆಪಡಿಸಬೇಡ. ದುಷ್ಟರಿಗೇ ಆಶಾಭಂಗವಾಗಲಿ; ಅವರು ಸ್ತಬ್ಧರಾಗಿ ಪಾತಾಳಕ್ಕೆ ಬೀಳಲಿ. BSB BSB: O LORD, let me not be ashamed, for I have called on You. Let the wicked be put to shame; let them lie silent in Sheol.

19 ULB ಸದ್ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀನು ಇಟ್ಟುಕೊಂಡಿರುವ ಮೇಲೂ, ಆಶ್ರಿತರಿಗೋಸ್ಕರ ನೀನು ಎಲ್ಲರ ಮುಂದೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಉಪಕಾರಗಳೂ ಎಷ್ಟೋ ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿವೆ. BSB BSB: How great is Your goodness which You have laid up for those who fear You, which You have bestowed before the sons of men on those who take refuge in You!
20 ULB ಮನುಷ್ಯರ ಒಳಸಂಚುಗಳಿಂದ ಹಾನಿ ಉಂಟಾಗದಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಮರೆಮಾಡುತ್ತೀ; ವಿವಾದಿಸುವ ನಾಲಿಗೆಗಳಿಂದ ಕೇಡಾಗದಂತೆ ಅವರನ್ನು ಗುಪ್ತಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಡಗಿಸುತ್ತೀ. BSB BSB: You hide them in the secret place of Your presence from the schemes of men. You conceal them in Your shelter from accusing tongues.
21 ULB ಮುತ್ತಿಗೆ ಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟಿರುವ ನಗರದಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ನನಗೆ, ತನ್ನ ಕೃಪೆಯನ್ನು ಆಶ್ಚರ್ಯಕರವಾಗಿ ತೋರಿಸಿದ ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರ. BSB BSB: Blessed be the LORD, for He has shown me His loving devotion in a city under siege.
22 ULB ನಾನಂತೂ ಭಯಭ್ರಾಂತನಾಗಿ, <<ನಿನ್ನ ಸಾನ್ನಿಧ್ಯದಿಂದ ತೆಗೆದುಹಾಕಲ್ಪಟ್ಟೆನು>> ಎಂದು ಅಂದುಕೊಂಡೆನು; ಆದರೂ ನಾನು ಮೊರೆಯಿಡಲು ನೀನು ಕೇಳಿದಿ. BSB BSB: In my alarm I said, “I am cut off from Your sight!” But You heard my plea for mercy when I called to You for help.
23 ULB ಭಕ್ತರೇ, ನೀವೆಲ್ಲರೂ ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ಪ್ರೀತಿಸಿರಿ. ಆತನು ನಂಬಿಗಸ್ತರನ್ನು ಕಾಪಾಡುತ್ತಾನೆ; ಅಹಂಕಾರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮುಯ್ಯಿತೀರಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ. BSB BSB: Love the LORD, all His saints. The LORD preserves the faithful, but fully repays the arrogant.
24 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರೇ, ದೃಢವಾಗಿರ್ರಿ; ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೃದಯವು ಧೈರ್ಯದಿಂದಿರಲಿ. BSB BSB: Be strong and courageous, all you who hope in the LORD.
