4 ULB ನಿಷ್ಕಾರಣ ದ್ವೇಷಿಗಳು ನನ್ನ ತಲೆಗೂದಲುಗಳಿಗಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ; ನಿರಾಕಾರಣವಾಗಿ ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಮುಗಿಸಿಬಿಡಬೇಕೆಂದಿರುವ ವೈರಿಗಳು ಬಲಿಷ್ಠರಾಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ನಾನು ಅಪಹರಿಸದಿದ್ದರೂ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ದಂಡ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡರಲ್ಲಾ. 6 ULB ಸೇನಾಧೀಶ್ವರನೇ, ಯೆಹೋವನೇ, ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ನಂಬಿದವರಿಗೆ ನನ್ನಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶೆಯಾಗದಿರಲಿ; ಇಸ್ರಾಯೇಲರ ದೇವರೇ, ನಿನ್ನ ದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಬಯಸುವವರು ನನ್ನಿಂದ ಅಪಮಾನಕ್ಕೆ ಗುರಿಯಾಗದಿರಲಿ. BSB BSB: May those who hope in You not be ashamed through me, O Lord GOD of Hosts; may those who seek You not be dishonored through me, O God of Israel.
7 ULB ನಿನಗೋಸ್ಕರವಾಗಿ ನಿಂದೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾದೆನಲ್ಲಾ; ನಾಚಿಕೆಯು ನನ್ನ ಮುಖವನ್ನು ಕವಿದಿದೆ. BSB BSB: For I have endured scorn for Your sake, and shame has covered my face.
8 ULB ನನ್ನ ಅಣ್ಣತಮ್ಮಂದಿರಿಗೆ ಅಪರಿಚಿತನಂತಾದೆನು; ಒಡಹುಟ್ಟಿದವರಿಗೆ ಪರದೇಶಿಯಂತೆ ಇದ್ದೇನೆ. BSB BSB: I have become a stranger to my brothers and a foreigner to my mother’s sons,
9 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ಆಲಯದ ಅಭಿಮಾನವು ನನ್ನನ್ನು ಬೆಂಕಿಯಂತೆ ದಹಿಸಿದೆ. ನಿನ್ನನ್ನು ದೂಷಿಸುವವರ ದೂಷಣೆಗಳು ನನ್ನ ಮೇಲೆ ಬಂದಿವೆ. BSB BSB: because zeal for Your house has consumed me, and the insults of those who insult You have fallen on me.
10 ULB ನಾನು ದುಃಖದಿಂದ ಅತ್ತು ಉಪವಾಸ ಮಾಡಿ ನನ್ನ ಆತ್ಮವನ್ನು ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಯಿತು. BSB BSB: I wept and fasted, but it brought me reproach.

17 ULB ನಿನ್ನ ದಾಸನಿಗೆ ವಿಮುಖನಾಗಬೇಡ, ಇಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ತಡಮಾಡದೆ ಸಹಾಯಮಾಡು. BSB BSB: Hide not Your face from Your servant, for I am in distress. Answer me quickly!

19 ULB ನನಗುಂಟಾದ ನಿಂದೆ, ಲಜ್ಜೆ, ಅಪಮಾನ ಇವು ನಿನಗೇ ಗೊತ್ತು; ನನ್ನ ವಿರೋಧಿಗಳು ನಿನಗೆ ಮರೆಯಾಗಿಲ್ಲವಲ್ಲಾ. BSB BSB: You know my reproach, my shame and disgrace. All my adversaries are before You.
20 ULB ನಿಂದೆಯಿಂದ ನಿರಾಶೆಗೊಂಡು ಕುಂದಿಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇನೆ. ಕರುಣಾಳುಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರೀಕ್ಷಿಸಿದೆ; ದೊರೆಯಲಿಲ್ಲ. ಸಂತೈಸುವವರನ್ನು ಹಾರೈಸಿದೆ; ಸಿಕ್ಕಲಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: Insults have broken my heart, and I am in despair. I looked for sympathy, but there was none, for comforters, but I found no one.
21 ULB ನನಗೆ ಉಣ್ಣುವುದಕ್ಕೆ ಕಹಿಯಾದ ವಸ್ತುವನ್ನೂ, ಬಾಯಾರಿದಾಗ, ಹುಳಿ ದ್ರಾಕ್ಷಾರಸವನ್ನೂ ಕೊಟ್ಟರು. BSB BSB: They poisoned my food with gall and gave me vinegar to quench my thirst.
22 ULB ಅವರ ಸಂಪತ್ತು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಉರುಲಾಗಲಿ; ನಿಶ್ಚಿಂತರಾಗಿರುವಾಗಲೇ ಅದು ಅವರಿಗೆ ಬೋನಾಗಲಿ. BSB BSB: May their table become a snare; may it be a retribution and a trap.

26 ULB ನೀನು ಹೊಡೆದವನನ್ನು ಅವರು ಹಿಂಸಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ; ನೀನು ಗಾಯಮಾಡಿದವರ ನೋವು ಅವರ ಪರಿಹಾಸ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಕಾರಣವಾಗಿದೆ. BSB BSB: For they persecute the one You struck and recount the pain of those You wounded.
27 ULB ಅವರ ಅಪರಾಧಗಳು ಒಂದೊಂದಾಗಿ ಹೆಚ್ಚುತ್ತಾ ಬರಲಿ. ನಿನ್ನ ನೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಪಾಲುಕೊಡಬೇಡ. BSB BSB: Add iniquity to their iniquity; let them not share in Your righteousness.
28 ULB ಜೀವಿತರ ಪಟ್ಟಿಯಿಂದ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ತೆಗೆದು ಹಾಕು, ಸದ್ಭಕ್ತರ ಹೆಸರಿನ ಸಂಗಡ ಅವರ ಹೆಸರು ಬರೆಯಲ್ಪಡದಿರಲಿ. BSB BSB: May they be blotted out of the Book of Life and not listed with the righteous.
29 ULB ದೇವರೇ, ನೊಂದು ಕುಗ್ಗಿದವನಾದ ನನ್ನನ್ನಾದರೋ, ನಿನ್ನ ರಕ್ಷಣೆಯು ಭದ್ರಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲಿರಿಸುವುದು. BSB BSB: But I am in pain and distress; let Your salvation protect me, O God.
30 ULB ನಾನು ಸಂಕೀರ್ತಿಸುತ್ತಾ ದೇವರ ನಾಮವನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡುವೆನು; ಕೃತಜ್ಞತಾಸ್ತುತಿಯಿಂದ ಘನಪಡಿಸುವೆನು. BSB BSB: I will praise God’s name in song and exalt Him with thanksgiving.
31 ULB ಇದು ಯೆಹೋವನಿಗೆ ಕೊಂಬುಗೊರಸುಗಳುಳ್ಳ, ಎಳೇ ಹೋರಿಗಳ ಯಜ್ಞಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಬಹು ಪ್ರಿಯವಾದದ್ದು. BSB BSB: And this will please the LORD more than an ox, more than a bull with horns and hooves.
32 ULB ದೀನರು ಇದನ್ನು ನೋಡಿ ಹರ್ಷಿಸುವರು. ದೇವದರ್ಶನವನ್ನು ಅಪೇಕ್ಷಿಸುವವರೇ, ನಿಮ್ಮ ಆತ್ಮವು ಉಜ್ಜೀವಿಸಲಿ. BSB BSB: The humble will see and rejoice. You who seek God, let your hearts be revived!
33 ULB ಯೆಹೋವನು ಬಡವರ ಮೊರೆಗೆ ಲಕ್ಷ್ಯಕೊಡುವನು; ಸೆರೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ತನ್ನವರನ್ನು ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ. BSB BSB: For the LORD listens to the needy and does not despise His captive people.
34 ULB ಭೂಮ್ಯಾಕಾಶಗಳೂ, ಸಮುದ್ರಗಳೂ, ಜಲಚರಗಳೂ ಆತನನ್ನು ಕೊಂಡಾಡಲಿ. BSB BSB: Let heaven and earth praise Him, the seas and everything that moves in them.
35 ULB ದೇವರು ಚೀಯೋನ್ ಪಟ್ಟಣವನ್ನು ರಕ್ಷಿಸಿ, ಯೆಹೂದ ದೇಶದ ನಗರಗಳನ್ನು ಕಟ್ಟಿಸುವನು; ಆತನ ಪ್ರಜೆಗಳು ಅಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಮಾಡುತ್ತಾ ಅದನ್ನು ಸ್ವದೇಶವನ್ನಾಗಿ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವರು. BSB BSB: For God will save Zion and rebuild the cities of Judah, that they may dwell there and possess it.
