5 PBDB Makai sara isa sameh, naun isa labis ia, tunukleh ma isa labis matueh. 6 PBDB Daya sabab yeru, ranahleh tenga nu hang ime tangan Alatalla nelang hante himpan ahanye kaiyuh ngampamau naun hang wayak katika isa pas. BSB BSB: Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, so that in due time He may exalt you.
7 PBDB Sarahleh katuluh kuatir naun ma Hanye, Daya Hanye ngarawah naun. BSB BSB: Cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.
8 PBDB Sadarleh, nelang bajaga-jaga. Musuh naun, iblis, yalah sunga isa mangaum ngawiriung naun, ngantara sunah erang kaulun isa tau nasangkamni. BSB BSB: Be sober-minded and alert. Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.
9 PBDB Mindri nawan hanye. Jarileh gansang hang wuang imannu. Rasa naun pulaknai hang dunia yena rahat naan panyakit sampar isa sameh. BSB BSB: Resist him, standing firm in your faith and in the knowledge that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kinds of suffering.
10 PBDB Udi naun kaingkam mahanang erang tumat, Alatalla Alatalla sumber katuluh ahilelu karunia, isa haut nerau naun ma kamuliaen Ni isa kakal hang wuang Kristus, sagar ngampi paruna naun, ngampitaguh naun. BSB BSB: And after you have suffered for a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to His eternal glory in Christ, will Himself restore you, secure you, strengthen you, and establish you.
