1कुछ दिनो बाद यीशु वापस कफरनहूम आयो, अऊर खबर फैल गयी की ऊ घर म हय।A few days later Jesus went back to Capernaum. And when the people heard that He was home,

2तब इतनो लोग जमा भयो कि द्वार को जवर भी जागा नहीं होती। अऊर यीशु उन्ख सन्देश सुनाय रह्यो होतो।they gathered in such large numbers that there was no more room, not even outside the door, as Jesus spoke the word to them.

3अऊर लोग एक लकवा को रोगी ख चार आदमी सी उठाय क यीशु को जवर लायो।Then a paralytic was brought to Him, carried by four men.

4पर जब हि भीड़ को वजह सी ओको जवर नहीं पहुंच सक्यो। त उन्न ऊ घर को ऊपर को छत ख जित यीशु होतो खोल दियो। अऊर जब हि छत ख उधड़ दियो, त वा खटिया ख जेको म लकवा को रोगी पड़यो होतो, ओख छत पर सी जमीन पर उतार दियो।Since they were unable to get to Jesus through the crowd, they uncovered the roof above Him, made an opening, and lowered the paralytic on his mat.

5यीशु न, उन्को विश्वास देख क ऊ लकवा को रोगी सी कह्यो, “हे बेटा, तोरो पाप माफ भयो।”When Jesus saw their faith, He said to the paralytic, “Son, your sins are forgiven.”

6तब बहुत सो धर्मशास्त्री जो उत बैठ्यो होतो, अपनो-अपनो मन म बिचार करन लग्यो,But some of the scribes were sitting there and thinking in their hearts,

7“यो आदमी कसो बात करन की हिम्मत करय हय? यो त परमेश्वर की निन्दा करय हय! परमेश्वर को अलावा अऊर कौन पाप माफ कर सकय हय?”“Why does this man speak like this? He is blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?”

8यीशु न खुद अपनी आत्मा म जान लियो कि हि अपनो-अपनो मन सी असो बिचार कर रह्यो हय, अऊर उन्को सी कह्यो, “तुम अपनो-अपनो मन म यो बिचार कहाली कर रह्यो हय?At once Jesus knew in His spirit that they were thinking this way within themselves. “Why are you thinking these things in your hearts?” He asked.

9का यो कहनो सहज हय? लकवा को रोगी सी कि ‘तोरो पाप माफ भयो, यां यो कहनो कि उठ अपनी खटिया उठाय क चल फिर?’“Which is easier: to say to a paralytic, ‘Your sins are forgiven,’ or to say, ‘Get up, pick up your mat, and walk’?

10यीशु न लकवा को रोगी सी कह्यो, तुम जान लेवो कि आदमी को बेटा ख धरती पर पाप माफ करन को भी अधिकार हय।”But so that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins...” He said to the paralytic,

11“मय तोरो सी कहूं हय, उठ, अपनी खटिया उठाय क अपनो घर चली जा।”“I tell you, get up, pick up your mat, and go home.”

12ऊ उठ्यो अऊर तुरतच खटिया उठाय क सब को सामने सी निकल क चली गयो; येको पर सब अचम्भित भयो, अऊर परमेश्वर कि बड़ायी कर क् कहन लग्यो, “हम न असो कभी नहीं देख्यो!”And immediately the man got up, picked up his mat, and walked out in front of them all. As a result, they were all astounded and glorified God, saying, “We have never seen anything like this!”

13यीशु निकल क गलील की झील को किनारा पर गयो, अऊर बहुत भीड़ ओको जवर आयी, अऊर ऊ उन्ख शिक्षा देन लग्यो।Once again Jesus went out beside the sea. All the people came to Him, and He taught them there.

14जातो हुयो ओन हलफई को टुरा लेवी ख कर वसुली की चौकी पर बैठ्यो देख्यो, यीशु न ओको सी कह्यो, “मोरो पीछू चली आव।” अऊर ऊ उठ क ओको पीछू चली गयो।As He was walking along, He saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax booth. “Follow Me,” He told him, and Levi got up and followed Him.

15जब यीशु लेवी को घर म जेवन करन गयो, तब बहुत सो कर लेनवालो अऊर दूसरों लोग भी, यीशु अऊर ओको चेलावों को संग जेवन करन बैठ्यो; कहालीकि हि बहुत सो होतो, अऊर ओको पीछू चल रह्यो होतो।While Jesus was dining at Levi’s house, many tax collectors and sinners were eating with Him and His disciples—for there were many who followed Him.

16धर्मशास्त्रियों अऊर फरीसियों न यो देख क कि ऊ त पापियों अऊर कर लेनवालो को संग जेवन कर रह्यो हय, उन्न अपनो चेलावों सी कह्यो, “ऊ त कर लेनवालो अऊर पापियों को संग कहाली खावय पीवय हय?”When the scribes who were Pharisees saw Jesus eating with these people, they asked His disciples, “Why does He eat with tax collectors and sinners?”

17यीशु न यो सुन क उन्को सी कह्यो, “भलो चंगो ख डाक्टर की जरूरत नहाय, पर बीमारों ख हय: मय धर्मियों ख नहीं, पर पापियों को स्विकार करन आयो हय।”On hearing this, Jesus told them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”

18बपतिस्मा देन वालो यूहन्ना को चेला, अऊर फरीसियों को चेला उपवास करत होतो। कुछ लोग आय क यीशु सी पुच्छ्यो, “यूहन्ना अऊर फरीसियों को चेला कहालीकि उपवास रखय हंय, पर तोरो चेला उपवास नहीं रखय?”Now John’s disciples and the Pharisees were often fasting. So people came to Jesus and asked, “Why don’t Your disciples fast like John’s disciples and those of the Pharisees?”

19यीशु न उन्को सी कह्यो, “जब तक दूल्हा बरातियों को संग रह्य हय, का हि बिना खायो जाय सकय हंय? बिल्कुल नहीं! जब तक दूल्हा उन्को संग हय, तब तक हि नहीं खाय सकय।Jesus replied, “How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while He is with them? As long as He is with them, they cannot fast.

20पर ऊ दिन आयेंन, जब दूल्हा उन्को सी अलग कर दियो जायेंन; ऊ समय हि उपवास करेंन।But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them; then they will fast.

21“नयो कपड़ा को थेगड़ पुरानो कपड़ा पर कोयी नहीं लगावय; नहीं त धोवन को बाद ऊ थेगड़ ओको म सी कुछ सुकड़ जायेंन, यानेकि नयो, पुरानो सी, अऊर ऊ पहिलो सी जादा फट जायेंन।No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the new piece will pull away from the old, and a worse tear will result.

22नयो अंगूररस ख पुरानो चमड़ा को मशकों म कोयी नहीं रखय, नहीं त अंगूररस ऊ मशकों ख फाड़ देयेंन, अऊर अंगूररस अऊर मशकों दोयी नाश होय जायेंन; पर नयो अंगूररस नयो झोली म भरयो जावय हय।”And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. Instead, new wine is poured into new wineskins.”

23असो भयो कि यीशु आराम दिन ख गहूं को खेतो म सी होय क जाय रह्यो होतो, अऊर ओको चेला चलतो हुयो गहूं को लोम्बा तोड़न लग्यो।One Sabbath Jesus was passing through the grainfields, and His disciples began to pick the heads of grain as they walked along.

24तब फरीसियों न यीशु सी कह्यो, “देखो; यो आराम को दिन ऊ काम कहाली करय हय जो उचित नहाय?”So the Pharisees said to Him, “Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?”

25यीशु न उन्को सी कह्यो, “का तुम न यो कभी नहीं पढ़्यो कि जब दाऊद ख जरूरत पड़ी, अऊर जब ऊ अऊर ओको संगी ख भूख लगी, तब ओन का करयो होतो?Jesus replied, “Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need?

26ओन कसो अबियातार महायाजक को समय म, परमेश्वर को मन्दिर म जाय क अर्पन करी हुयी रोटी खायी, पर नियम को अनुसार याजक लोगों ख छोड़ कोयी भी नहीं खाय सकय होतो, पर दाऊद न खायी अऊर अपनो संगियों ख भी दियो?”During the high priesthood of Abiathar, he entered the house of God and ate the consecrated bread, which was lawful only for the priests. And he gave some to his companions as well.”

27अऊर यीशु न उन्को सी कह्यो, “आराम दिन आदमी लायी बनायो गयो हय, नहीं कि आदमी आराम दिन को लायी।Then Jesus declared, “The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.

28येकोलायी आदमी को बेटा आराम दिन को भी प्रभु आय।”Therefore, the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath.”
