1. 1LUG“Mu nnaku ezo, era mu biseera ebyo, Yuda n’ekibuga Yerusaalemi ndibiddiza emikisa gyabyo nga bwe gyabanga edda.BSBBSB: “Yes, in those days and at that time, when I restore Judah and Jerusalem from captivity,
2. 2LUGNdikuŋŋaanya abamawanga bonna ne mbaserengesa mu kiwonvu Yekosafaati, ne mbasalira omusango olwa byonna bye baakola abantu bange Abayisirayiri ab’obusika bwange. Kubanga baasaasaanya Abayisirayiri mu mawanga, ne bagabana ensi yange.BSBBSB: I will gather all the nations and bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat. There I will enter into judgment against them concerning My people, My inheritance, Israel, whom they have scattered among the nations as they divided up My land.
3. 3LUGBaagabana abantu bange nga babakubirako obululu; ne batunda abalenzi olw’abakazi bamalaaya, n’abawala ne babatundamu omwenge ne beenywera.BSBBSB: They cast lots for My people; they bartered a boy for a prostitute and sold a girl for wine to drink.
4. 4LUG“Mwe Ttuulo ne Sidoni n’enjuyi zonna ez’Abafirisuuti, mmwe b’ani ku Nze? Nnina kye nabakola kye mugezaako okwesasuza? Bwe munaaba nga mugezaako kwesasuza, ebikolwa byammwe nzija kubibakyusizaako mangwago.BSBBSB: Now what do you have against Me, O Tyre, Sidon, and all the regions of Philistia? Are you rendering against Me a recompense? If you retaliate against Me, I will swiftly and speedily return your recompense upon your heads.
5. 5LUGKubanga mwatwala effeeza yange ne zaabu yange n’ebintu byange eby’omuwendo omungi ne mubissa mu masabo gammwe.BSBBSB: For you took My silver and gold and carried off My finest treasures to your temples.
6. 6LUGMwatwala abantu b’omu Yuda ne mu Yerusaalemi ne mubatunza Abayonaani.BSBBSB: You sold the people of Judah and Jerusalem to the Greeks, to send them far from their homeland.
7. 7LUG“Laba, ndibaggyayo mu mawanga gye mwabatunda; mmwe mbakole nga bwe mwabakola.BSBBSB: Behold, I will rouse them from the places to which you sold them; I will return your recompense upon your heads.
8. 8LUGBatabani bammwe ne bawala bammwe ndibaguza batabani ba Yuda, nabo balibaguza abantu ab’omu ggwanga ery’ewala ennyo, ery’e Seba.” Ebyo Mukama y’abyogedde.BSBBSB: I will sell your sons and daughters into the hands of the people of Judah, and they will sell them to the Sabeans—to a distant nation.” Indeed, the LORD has spoken.
9. 9LUGBakabona mulangirire mu mawanga bwe muti nti, Mwetegekere olutalo! Muyite abalwanyi bammwe ab’amaanyi, buli mulwanyi yenna asembere ajje mu lutalo.BSBBSB: Proclaim this among the nations: “Prepare for war; rouse the mighty men; let all the men of war advance and attack!
10. 10LUGEnkumbi zammwe muziweeseemu ebitala, n’obwambe bwammwe mubuweeseemu amafumu; omunafu agambe nti, “Ndi wa maanyi.”BSBBSB: Beat your plowshares into swords and your pruning hooks into spears. Let the weak say, ‘I am strong!’
11. 11LUGMujje mangu mwe mwenna abamawanga agatwetoolodde, mukuŋŋaanire mu kiwonvu. Ayi Mukama, weereza eggye lyo libalumbe.BSBBSB: Come quickly, all you surrounding nations, and gather yourselves. Bring down Your mighty ones, O LORD.
12. 12LUG“Amawanga geeteeketeeke gajje mu kiwonvu ekya Yekosafaati; kubanga eyo gye ndisinzira ne nsalira amawanga gonna ageetoolodde wano omusango.BSBBSB: Let the nations be roused and advance to the Valley of Jehoshaphat, for there I will sit down to judge all the nations on every side.
13. 13LUGKozesa oluwabyo lwo, kubanga ekiseera eky’amakungula kituuse. Mujje mubabetente nga bwe mulinnyirira emizabbibu mu ssogolero okutuusa envinnyo lw’ekulukuta, ekibi kyabwe kinene nnyo.”BSBBSB: Swing the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, trample the grapes, for the winepress is full; the wine vats overflow because their wickedness is great.
14. 14LUGAbantu bukadde na bukadde abali mu kiwonvu eky’okusalirwamu omusango! Kubanga olunaku lwa Mukama lusembedde lwaliramulirako mu kiwonvu eky’okusalirwamu omusango.BSBBSB: Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision! For the Day of the LORD is near in the valley of decision.
15. 15LUGEkizikiza kibuutikidde enjuba n’omwezi, n’emmunyeenye tezikyayaka.BSBBSB: The sun and moon will grow dark, and the stars will no longer shine.
16. 16LUGMukama aliwuluguma ng’ayima ku Sayuuni; alibwatuka n’eddoboozi lye ng’asinziira mu Yerusaalemi. Eggulu n’ensi birikankana. Naye Mukama aliba ekiddukiro ky’abantu be, era ekigo ky’abaana ba Isirayiri eky’amaanyi.BSBBSB: The LORD will roar from Zion and raise His voice from Jerusalem; heaven and earth will tremble. But the LORD will be a refuge for His people, a stronghold for the people of Israel.
17. 17LUG“Kale mulimanya nga Nze Mukama Katonda wammwe, abeera ku lusozi lwange olutukuvu Sayuuni. Era Yerusaalemi kinaabeeranga kitukuvu, nga ne bannamawanga tebakyakirumba.BSBBSB: Then you will know that I am the LORD your God, who dwells in Zion, My holy mountain. Jerusalem will be holy, never again to be overrun by foreigners.
18. 18LUG“Olunaku luli bwe lulituuka, ensozi ziritonnyesa wayini omuggya, n’obusozi bulikulukusa amata, n’emigga gyonna egya Yuda emikalu girikulukusa amazzi. Ensulo eriva mu nnyumba ya Mukama n’efukirira ekiwonvu kya Sittimu.BSBBSB: And in that day the mountains will drip with sweet wine, and the hills will flow with milk. All the streams of Judah will run with water, and a spring will flow from the house of the LORD to water the Valley of Acacias.
19. 19LUGMisiri erifuuka amatongo n’ensi ya Edomu erifuuka ddungu jjereere olw’ebikolobero bye baakola ku bantu ba Yuda, ensi mwe battira abantu abatalina musango.BSBBSB: Egypt will become desolate, and Edom a desert wasteland, because of the violence done to the people of Judah, in whose land they shed innocent blood.
20. 20LUGNaye mu Yuda mulibeeramu abantu ennaku zonna, ne Yerusaalemi kiribeerawo emirembe gyonna.BSBBSB: But Judah will be inhabited forever, and Jerusalem from generation to generation.
21. 21LUGNdyesasuza olw’omusaayi ogw’abo abattibwa, era teriba mutemu asonyiyibwa.BSBBSB: For I will avenge their blood, which I have not yet avenged.” For the LORD dwells in Zion.
