Luke 17 (MAL10)

1അവൻ തന്റെ ശിഷ്യന്മാരോടു പറഞ്ഞതു: ഇടർച്ചകൾ വരാതിരിക്കുന്നതു അസാദ്ധ്യം; എങ്കിലും അവ വരുത്തുന്നവന്നു അയ്യോ കഷ്ടം.Jesus said to His disciples, “It is inevitable that stumbling blocks will come, but woe to the one through whom they come!

10അവ്വണ്ണം നിങ്ങളോടു കല്പിച്ചതു ഒക്കെയും ചെയ്തശേഷം: ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രയോജനം ഇല്ലാത്ത ദാസന്മാർ; ചെയ്യേണ്ടതേ ചെയ്തിട്ടുള്ളു എന്നു നിങ്ങളും പറവിൻ.So you also, when you have done everything commanded of you, should say, ‘We are unworthy servants; we have only done our duty.’”

16അവനോ ശമര്യക്കാരൻ ആയിരുന്നുHe fell facedown at Jesus’ feet in thanksgiving to Him—and he was a Samaritan.

19എഴുന്നേറ്റു പൊയ്ക്കൊൾക; നിന്റെ വിശ്വാസം നിന്നെ രക്ഷിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു പറഞ്ഞു.Then Jesus said to him, “Rise and go; your faith has made you well!”

24മിന്നൽ ആകാശത്തിങ്കീഴെ ദിക്കോടുദിക്കെല്ലാം തിളങ്ങി മിന്നുന്നതുപോലെ മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ തന്റെ ദിവസത്തിൽ ആകും.For just as the lightning flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other, so will be the Son of Man in His day.

Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

30മനുഷ്യപുത്രൻ വെളിപ്പെടുന്ന നാളിൽ അവ്വണ്ണം തന്നേ ആകും.It will be just like that on the day the Son of Man is revealed.

31അന്നു വീട്ടിന്മേൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവൻ വീട്ടിന്നകത്തുള്ള സാധനം എടുപ്പാൻ ഇറങ്ങിപ്പോകരുതു; അവ്വണ്ണം വയലിൽ ഇരിക്കുന്നവനും പിന്നോക്കം തിരിയരുതു.On that day, let no one on the housetop come down to retrieve his possessions. Likewise, let no one in the field return for anything he has left behind.

32ലോത്തിന്റെ ഭാര്യയെ ഓർത്തുകൊൾവിൻ.Remember Lot’s wife!

33തന്റെ ജീവനെ നേടുവാൻ നോക്കുന്നവനെല്ലാം അതിനെ കളയും; അതിനെ കളയുന്നവനെല്ലാം അതിനെ രക്ഷിക്കും.Whoever tries to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life will preserve it.

34ആ രാത്രിയിൽ രണ്ടുപേർ ഒരു കിടക്കമേൽ ആയിരിക്കും; ഒരുത്തനെ കൈക്കൊള്ളും; മറ്റവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കും.I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed: one will be taken and the other left.

35രണ്ടുപേർ ഒന്നിച്ചു പൊടിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കും; ഒരുത്തിയെ കൈക്കൊള്ളും;Two women will be grinding grain together: one will be taken and the other left.”

36മറ്റവളെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കും രണ്ടുപേർ വയലിൽ ഇരിക്കും; ഒരുത്തനെ കൈക്കൊള്ളും; മറ്റവനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കും എന്നു ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളോടു പറയുന്നു.Not in the BSB

37അവർ അവനോടു: കർത്താവേ, എവിടെ എന്നു ചോദിച്ചതിന്നു:ശവം ഉള്ളേടത്തു കഴുക്കൾ കൂടും എന്നു അവൻ പറഞ്ഞു.“Where, Lord?” they asked. Jesus answered, “Wherever there is a carcass, there the vultures will gather.”
