1पण शेवटच्या दिवसात याहवेहच्या मंदिराचे पर्वत बळकट व उंच असे स्थापित केले जातील; सर्व पर्वतांपेक्षा ते उंचावले जातील, आणि लोकांचा लोंढा त्याकडे एकत्र येईल.In the last days the mountain of the house of the LORD will be established as the chief of the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and the peoples will stream to it.

2अनेक राष्ट्रे येतील आणि म्हणतील, “चला, आपण याहवेहच्या पर्वताकडे, याकोबाच्या परमेश्वराच्या मंदिराला जाऊ. ते आपले मार्ग आम्हाला शिकवतील, म्हणजे आम्ही त्या मार्गावर चालू.” कारण सीयोनमधून नियमशास्त्र, यरुशलेमातून याहवेहचे वचन बाहेर जाईल.And many nations will come and say: “Come, let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob. He will teach us His ways, so that we may walk in His paths.” For the law will go forth from Zion and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem.

Then they will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks. Nation will no longer take up the sword against nation, nor will they train anymore for war.

8आणि तू, कळपाच्या टेहळणीच्या बुरुजा, सीयोन कन्येच्या मजबूत किल्ल्या, तुझे पूर्वीचे राज्य तुला परत देण्यात येईल; यरुशलेमच्या कन्येला सिंहासन दिले जाईल.”And you, O watchtower of the flock, O stronghold of the Daughter of Zion—the former dominion will be restored to you; sovereignty will come to the Daughter of Jerusalem.”

9तू आता मोठ्याने का रडत आहेस— तुला राजा नाही काय? तुमचा अधिकारी नष्ट झाला आहे काय, म्हणून तुम्ही स्त्रीच्या प्रसूती वेदनांप्रमाणे व्याकूळ झाला आहात काय?Why do you now cry aloud? Is there no king among you? Has your counselor perished so that anguish grips you like a woman in labor?

10हे सीयोनच्या कन्ये, बाळंतपणाच्या प्रसूती वेदनांनी कण्हत राहा, कारण तू आता शहर सोडून मोकळ्या मैदानात तळ ठोकला पाहिजे. तू बाबेलला जाशील; आणि तिथे तुझी सुटका होईल आणि याहवेह तिथून तुम्हाला तुमच्या शत्रूंच्या हातातून मुक्त करतील.Writhe in agony, O Daughter of Zion, like a woman in labor. For now you will leave the city and camp in the open fields. You will go to Babylon; there you will be rescued; there the LORD will redeem you from the hand of your enemies!

11पण आता पुष्कळ राष्ट्रे तुमच्याविरुद्ध एकत्र झाली आहेत. ते म्हणतात, “तिला अशुद्ध होऊ द्या, आपण सीयोनेवर दुष्ट नजर टाकून आनंद करू!”But now many nations have assembled against you, saying, “Let her be defiled, and let us feast our eyes on Zion.”

12पण त्यांना याहवेहचे विचार माहीत नाहीत; त्यांना याहवेहच्या योजना समजत नाही, खळ्यातील पेंढ्यांप्रमाणे याहवेहने त्यांना गोळा केले आहे.But they do not know the thoughts of the LORD or understand His plan, for He has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor.

13“अगे सीयोनकन्ये, ऊठ, मळणी कर; कारण मी तुला लोखंडाची शिंगे व कास्याचे खूर देईन, आणि तू अनेक राष्ट्रांचे तुकडे करशील.” त्यांची लूट तू याहवेहला, त्यांची संपत्ती सर्व पृथ्वीच्या प्रभूला अर्पण करशील.Rise and thresh, O Daughter of Zion, for I will give you horns of iron and hooves of bronze to break to pieces many peoples. Then you will devote their gain to the LORD, their wealth to the Lord of all the earth.
