39Beno tala maboko mpe makulu ya munu. Ya ke munu! Beno simba munu! Mukuyu kele ve na musuni mpe mikwa. Kasi munu, mu kele na yawu mutindu beno ke na kutala.»Look at My hands and My feet. It is I Myself. Touch Me and see—for a spirit does not have flesh and bones, as you see I have.”

41Kasi mutindu bawu vwandaka kwikila ntete ve, samu ti bawu vwandaka ya kufuluka na kyese, mpe ya kuyituka mingi, Yesu yufulaka bawu: «Beno kele awa na kima ya kudya?»While they were still in disbelief because of their joy and amazement, He asked them, “Do you have anything here to eat?”

42Bawu pesaka yandi kibuku ya mbisi ya maza ya kukalinga.So they gave Him a piece of broiled fish,

43Yandi bakaka yawu mpe kudyaka yawu na ntwala ya bawu.and He took it and ate it in front of them.

44Na manima, yandi zabisaka bawu: «Ntangu mu vwandaka ntete na kati ya beno, mu zabisaka beno mutindu yayi: Mambu yina sonamaka samu na munu na kati ya Misiku ya Moyize, dibuku ya Mimbikudi, mpe dibuku ya Mikunga fwana kusalama.»Jesus said to them, “These are the words I spoke to you while I was still with you: Everything must be fulfilled that is written about Me in the Law of Moses, the Prophets, and the Psalms.”

45Na yina, yandi pesaka bawu mayela ya kubakula mambu yina kele ya kusonama na Dibuku ya Nzambi.Then He opened their minds to understand the Scriptures.

46Yesu zabisaka bawu: «Ba sonikaka mutindu yayi: Masiya fwana kutala mpasi, mpe ke vumbuka na lufwa na kilumbu ya tatu.And He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,

47Kubanda na Yelusalemi tii na bayinsi nyonso, ba ke longisa bantu na Nkumbu ya yandi ti ba fwana kusoba nkadulu samu na kuzwa mulemvo ya masumu.and in His name repentance and forgiveness of sins will be proclaimed to all nations, beginning in Jerusalem.

48Beno kele bambangi ya mambu yayi.You are witnesses of these things.

49Munu mosi ke fidisa beno dikabu yina Tata ya munu pesaka nsilulu. Kasi beno fwana kuvwanda na kati ya mbanza tii ntangu lulendo ya mazulu ke kulumuka na beno.»And behold, I am sending the promise of My Father upon you. But remain in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high.”

50Na manima, Yesu nataka bawu pene-pene ya mbanza Betani. Kuna, yandi nangunaka maboko, mpe sakumunaka bawu.When Jesus had led them out as far as Bethany, He lifted up His hands and blessed them.

52Bilandi siikaka yandi, mpe vutukaka na Yelusalemi ya kufuluka na kilengi.And they worshiped Him and returned to Jerusalem with great joy,

53Ntangu nyonso, bawu vwandaka na Yinzo ya Nzambi, mpe bawu vwandaka kembila Nzambi.praising God continually in the temple.
