35Yesu ngalaka mpeve ya yimbi mpe tubaka: «Vwanda swii, mpe basika na nzutu ya muntu yayi!» Na yina, mpeve ya yimbi losaka muntu yina na ntoto na meso ya bantu nyonso, mpe basikaka ata kutalisa yandi mpasi.But Jesus rebuked the demon. “Be silent!” He said. “Come out of him!” At this, the demon threw the man down before them all and came out without harming him.

38Yesu basikaka na yinzo ya lusambulu ya ba-Zwife, mpe kwendaka na yinzo ya Simoni. Mama ya kento ya Simoni vwandaka na dibawu ya ngolo, mpe bayina vwandaka kuna, lombaka Yesu na kubelusa yandi.After Jesus had left the synagogue, He went to the home of Simon, whose mother-in-law was suffering from a high fever. So they appealed to Jesus on her behalf,

39Yesu kondamaka pene-pene ya yandi, mpe ngalaka dibawu. Dibawu manisaka, kento yina telamaka na nswalu mpe bandaka na kusadila bawu.and He stood over her and rebuked the fever, and it left her. And she got up at once and began to serve them.

40Ntangu bwisi yilaka, bantu nyonso yina vwandaka na bambevo ya mutindu na mutindu nataka bawu na sika ya Yesu. Yesu tulaka bawu maboko, mpe belusaka bawu.At sunset, all who were ill with various diseases were brought to Jesus, and laying His hands on each one, He healed them.

42Ntangu bwisi kutsyaka, Yesu basikaka na mbanza, mpe kwendaka kisika yina vwandaka ve na bantu. Nkonga ya bantu vwandaka sosa yandi. Ntangu ba talaka yandi, ba sosaka na kuyimina yandi na kukwenda samu ti yandi bika bawu ve.At daybreak, Jesus went out to a solitary place, and the crowds were looking for Him. They came to Him and tried to keep Him from leaving.

43Kasi Yesu zabisaka bawu: «Mu fwana kuzabisa mpe Nsangu ya Mbote ya Kimfumu ya Nzambi na bambanza ya nkaka. Ni samu na yawu Nzambi fidisaka munu.»But Jesus told them, “I must preach the good news of the kingdom of God to the other towns as well, because that is why I was sent.”

44Na yina, Yesu vwandaka longisa na bayinzo ya lusambulu ya ba-Zwife na Zude.And He continued to preach in the synagogues of Judea.
