1Yesu bokilaka bilandi ya yandi kumi na zole. Yandi pesaka bawu lutumu ya kubingisa bampeve ya yimbi, mpe ya kubelusa bantu na bimbevo nyonso mpe bifuuma nyonso.And calling His twelve disciples to Him, Jesus gave them authority over unclean spirits, so that they could drive them out and heal every disease and sickness.

2Bankumbu ya bantumwa kumi na zole kele ni yayi: kilandi ya ntete Simoni, yina ba ke bokilaka dyaka Pyele, mpe Andele leki ya yandi; Zaki na leki ya yandi Yowane, bawu zole bana ya Zebede;These are the names of the twelve apostles: first Simon, called Peter, and his brother Andrew; James son of Zebedee, and his brother John;

3Filipe mpe Baatelemi; Toma mpe Matayi yina kele kilokoti-mpaku; Zaki mwana ya Alefe; Tade;Philip and Bartholomew; Thomas and Matthew the tax collector; James son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus;

4Simoni yina vwandaka na ntama muntu ya kimvuka ya Zeloti; mpe Yuda Isekayote yina yekulaka Yesu.Simon the Zealot, and Judas Iscariot, who betrayed Jesus.

5Yesu fidisaka bilandi kumi na zole yina, mpe zabisa bawu: «Beno kwenda ve na bizunga ya bayina kele ve ba-Zwife, mpe beno kota ve na bambanza ya kizunga ya Samaliya.These twelve Jesus sent out with the following instructions: “Do not go onto the road of the Gentiles or enter any town of the Samaritans.

6Kasi beno kwenda kisika kele mameme ya kuzimbana ya dikanda ya Isayeli.Go rather to the lost sheep of Israel.

7Na banzila yina beno ke luta, beno zabisa ti Kimfumu ya Mazulu me kuma pene-pene.As you go, preach this message: ‘The kingdom of heaven is near.’

8Beno belusa bambevo, mpe beno vumbula bantu yina me kufwa. Beno vedisa bantu ya bwazi, mpe beno bingisa bampeve ya yimbi. Ata kupesa mbongo, beno me kuzwa lutumu ya kusala yawu. Na yina, beno mpe, beno pesa ata kulomba mbongo.Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, drive out demons. Freely you have received; freely give.

9Beno nata ve wolo, mbongo, to bapata ya nsongo na baposi ya beno.Do not take along any gold or silver or copper in your belts.

10Ntangu beno ke kwenda na nzyetolo, beno nata ve nkutu, binkuti zole, mapapa, to yinti. Ya tsyelika, kisadi fwana kuzwa madya na kisalu ya yandi.Take no bag for the road, or second tunic, or sandals, or staff; for the worker is worthy of his provisions.

11«Na mbanza to bwala yina beno ke kuma, beno sosa nani kele ya kukubama na kuyamba beno, mpe beno vwanda kuna tii ntangu beno ke katuka kuna.Whatever town or village you enter, find out who is worthy there and stay at his house until you move on.

12Ntangu beno ke kota na yinzo, beno pesa mbote na kutuba: “Kizunu vwanda na beno!”As you enter the home, greet its occupants.

13Kana bantu ya yinzo yina yamba beno, kizunu ke vwanda na bawu. Kana bawu yamba beno ve, kizunu ke vutukila beno.If the home is worthy, let your peace rest on it, but if it is not, let your peace return to you.

14Kana ba yamba beno ve to manga na kuwa beno, beno katuka kuna mpe beno ningisa fundu-fundu ya makulu ya beno.And if anyone will not welcome you or heed your words, shake the dust off your feet when you leave that home or town.

15Ya tsyelika, mu ke na kuzabisa beno: Na kilumbu yina Nzambi ke fundisa bantu, kitumbu yina ke kuzwa bantu yina ke lutila kitumbu yina ke kuzwa bantu ya mbanza Sodomi mpe mbanza Ngomole.»Truly I tell you, it will be more bearable for Sodom and Gomorrah on the day of judgment than for that town.

16«Beno kuwa! Mu ke na kufidisa beno mutindu mameme na kati-kati ya bayingo. Na yina, beno vwanda na nkebolo mutindu banyoka, mpe beno vwanda ya kuvedila mutindu mabembe.Behold, I am sending you out like sheep among wolves; therefore be as shrewd as snakes and as innocent as doves.

17Beno sala keba samu ti bantu ke nata beno na bayinzo ya lufundusu, mpe ke bula beno bikoti na kati ya bayinzo ya lusambulu ya ba-Zwife.But beware of men, for they will hand you over to their councils and flog you in their synagogues.

18Bawu ke nata beno na ntwala ya bamfumu mpe bantinu samu na munu. Na yina, beno ke vwanda bambangi ya munu na ntwala ya bawu, mpe ya bayina kele ve ba-Zwife.On My account you will be brought before governors and kings as witnesses to them and to the Gentiles.

19Ntangu ba ke yekula beno, beno vwanda na boma ve na yina me tadila mambu yina beno ke zonza to wapi mutindu beno ke zabisa yawu. Ya tsyelika, kaka na ntangu yina, Nzambi ke pesa beno mambu yina beno ke tuba.But when they hand you over, do not worry about how to respond or what to say. In that hour you will be given what to say.

20Mambu yina beno ke tuba ke katuka ve na beno mosi. Kasi ni Mpeve ya Tata ya beno ke zonza na kati ya beno.For it will not be you speaking, but the Spirit of your Father speaking through you.

21«Bantu ke yekula bampangi ya bawu mosi samu na kuzengila bawu lufwa. Batata ke sala mpe mutindu mosi samu na bana ya bawu. Bana ke kuma bambeni ya bibuti ya bawu, mpe ke kufwa bawu.Brother will betray brother to death, and a father his child; children will rise against their parents and have them put to death.

22Bantu nyonso ke yina beno samu na munu. Kasi muntu yina ke tatamana tii na nsuka ke kuzwa mpulusu.You will be hated by everyone because of My name, but the one who perseveres to the end will be saved.

23Kana bantu talisa beno mpasi na mbanza yina beno kele, beno kima na mbanza ya nkaka. Ya tsyelika, mu ke na kuzabisa beno: Mwana ya Muntu ke kwiza ntete beno manisa na kuluta na bambanza nyonso ya yinsi ya Isayeli.When they persecute you in one town, flee to the next. Truly I tell you, you will not reach all the towns of Israel before the Son of Man comes.

24«Ata mulongoki me lutila mulongisi ya yandi, mpe ata kisadi me lutila mfumu ya yandi.A disciple is not above his teacher, nor a servant above his master.

25Ya me lunga na mulongoki na kuvwanda mutindu mulongisi ya yandi, mpe kisadi mutindu mfumu ya yandi. Kana ba pesaka mfumu ya yinzo nkumbu Bezebule, bawu ke pesa bantu ya dikanda ya yandi bankumbu yina me lutila dyaka yimbi.»It is enough for a disciple to be like his teacher, and a servant like his master. If the head of the house has been called Beelzebul, how much more the members of his household!

26«Na yina, beno vwanda ve na boma ya bantu yina. Mambu nyonso yina kele ya kubumbama ke talana, mpe mambu nyonso ya mansweki ke zabana.So do not be afraid of them. For there is nothing concealed that will not be disclosed, and nothing hidden that will not be made known.

27Mambu yina mu ke na kuzabisa beno na mpimpa, beno tuba yawu na ntangu, mpe mambu yina beno ke na kuwa na makutu, beno zabisa yawu na ngolo nyonso na ntwala ya bantu.What I tell you in the dark, speak in the daylight; what is whispered in your ear, proclaim from the housetops.

28Beno tala ve boma ya bayina lenda kufwa nzutu ya muntu ata kufwa mwela. Kasi beno vwanda na boma ya Nzambi yina lenda kufwa na mbala mosi nzutu na mwela na kati ya mbungulu.Do not be afraid of those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul. Instead, fear the One who can destroy both soul and body in hell.

29Ba ke tekisaka ve banswini zole na ntalu ya fyoti mingi? Kasi ata mosi na kati ya bawu lenda kubwa na ntoto kana Tata ya beno zaba yawu ve.Are not two sparrows sold for a penny? Yet not one of them will fall to the ground apart from the will of your Father.

30Kasi na yina me tadila beno, ata bansuki ya beno ya yintu, Nzambi zaba lutangu ya yawu.And even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.

31Na yina, beno vwanda ve na boma samu ti beno me lutila banswini mingi mfunu.»So do not be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows.

32«Konso muntu yina ke ndima na ntwala ya bantu ti yandi kele kilandi ya munu, munu mpe ke ndima yandi na ntwala ya Tata ya munu yina kele na mazulu.Therefore everyone who confesses Me before men, I will also confess him before My Father in heaven.

33Kasi muntu yina ke manga munu na ntwala ya bantu, munu mpe ke manga yandi na ntwala ya Tata ya munu yina kele na mazulu.»But whoever denies Me before men, I will also deny him before My Father in heaven.

34«Beno banza ve ti mu kwizaka awa na ntoto samu na kutula kizunu. Mu kwizaka awa na ntoto samu na kutula ve kizunu, kasi muzingu.Do not assume that I have come to bring peace to the earth; I have not come to bring peace, but a sword.

35Mu kwizaka samu na kukabula mwana ya bakala na tata ya yandi, mwana ya kento na mama ya yandi, mpe kento na bokilo ya yandi ya kento.For I have come to turn ‘a man against his father, a daughter against her mother, a daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law.

36Bambeni ya beno ke vwanda bantu ya dikanda ya beno.A man’s enemies will be the members of his own household.’

37«Muntu yina ke zolaka tata to mama ya yandi kulutila munu, kele ya kulunga ve na kuvwanda kilandi ya munu. Muntu yina ke zolaka mwana ya yandi ya bakala to ya kento kulutila munu, kele ya kulunga ve na kuvwanda kilandi ya munu.Anyone who loves his father or mother more than Me is not worthy of Me; anyone who loves his son or daughter more than Me is not worthy of Me;

38Muntu yina ke baka ve kulunsi ya yandi, mpe ke landa munu ve, kele ya kulunga ve na kuvwanda kilandi ya munu.and anyone who does not take up his cross and follow Me is not worthy of Me.

39Muntu yina ke sosa na kuvuukisa luzingu ya yandi, ke bebisa yawu. Kasi muntu yina ke bebisa luzingu ya yandi samu na munu, ke vuukisa yawu.»Whoever finds his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life for My sake will find it.

40«Muntu yina ke yamba beno, ke yamba munu, mpe muntu yina ke yamba munu, ke yamba Nzambi yina fidisaka munu.He who receives you receives Me, and he who receives Me receives the One who sent Me.

41Muntu yina ke yamba mumbikudi samu ti ya ke mumbikudi, ke kuzwa musendo yina ke kuzwa mumbikudi. Muntu yina ke yamba muntu yina kele ya kudedama samu ti ya ke muntu ya kudedama, ke kuzwa musendo yina ke kuzwa muntu ya kudedama.Whoever receives a prophet because he is a prophet will receive a prophet’s reward, and whoever receives a righteous man because he is a righteous man will receive a righteous man’s reward.

42Ya tsyelika, mu ke na kuzabisa beno: Konso muntu yina ke pesa ata mwa kopo ya maza ya madidi na mosi na bantu ya mpamba yayi samu ti ya kele kilandi ya munu, ke kondwa ve na kuzwa musendo ya yandi.»And if anyone gives even a cup of cold water to one of these little ones because he is My disciple, truly I tell you, he will never lose his reward.”
