BSB BSB: And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed in the sun, with the moon under her feet and a crown of twelve stars on her head.

BSB BSB: Then another sign appeared in heaven: a huge red dragon with seven heads, ten horns, and seven royal crowns on his heads.
4 IEV സര്‍പ്പത്തിന്‍റെ വാൽ നക്ഷത്രങ്ങളിൽ മൂന്നിലൊന്ന് ആകാശത്തുനിന്നു വലിച്ച് ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് എറിഞ്ഞു. സ്ത്രീ അവളുടെ കുട്ടിയെ പ്രസവിച്ചാല്‍ ഉടനെ തിന്നേണ്ടതിനു സ്ത്രീയുടെ മുന്നിൽ സർപ്പം നിന്നു. BSB BSB: His tail swept a third of the stars from the sky, hurling them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was about to give birth, ready to devour her child as soon as she gave birth.
5 IEV അപ്പോള്‍ അവള്‍ ഒരു മകനെ പ്രസവിച്ചു, അവന്‍ ഇരുമ്പുവടികൊണ്ടെന്നപോലെ പൂർണ്ണ അധികാരത്തോടെ എല്ലാ വിഭാഗങ്ങളിലുമുള്ള ആളുകളെ ഭരിക്കുവാൻ നിയോഗിക്കപ്പെട്ടു. ദൈവം അവളുടെ കുട്ടിയെ അവന്‍റെ സിംഹാസനത്തിലേക്കു വലിച്ചെടുത്തു. BSB BSB: And she gave birth to a son, a male child, who will rule all the nations with an iron scepter. And her child was caught up to God and to His throne.
6 IEV എന്നാൽ സ്ത്രീ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് ഓടിപ്പോയി. 1,260 ദിവസം അവളെ പരിപാലിക്കുന്നതിനായി ദൈവം അവൾക്കായി ഒരു സ്ഥലം ഒരുക്കിയിരുന്നു. BSB BSB: And the woman fled into the wilderness, where God had prepared a place for her to be nourished for 1,260 days.

BSB BSB: Then a war broke out in heaven: Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back.
8 IEV എന്നാൽ സർപ്പം യുദ്ധത്തിൽ വിജയിച്ചില്ല; സർപ്പത്തെയും ദൂതന്മാരെയും ഇനി സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ തുടരുവാൻ ദൈവം അനുവദിച്ചില്ല. BSB BSB: But the dragon was not strong enough, and no longer was any place found in heaven for him and his angels.
9 IEV പകരം, ദൈവം ആ വലിയ സർപ്പത്തെ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ നിന്ന് എറിഞ്ഞു. ആ സര്‍പ്പം പിശാച്, സാത്താൻ എന്നീ പേരുകളുള്ള പുരാതന സർപ്പം ആകുന്നു. ഭൂമിയിലെങ്ങുമുള്ള മനുഷ്യരെ വഞ്ചിക്കുന്നവന്‍ അവനാണ്. അവന്‍റെ എല്ലാ ദൂതന്മാരോടൊപ്പം അവനെ ഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് എറിഞ്ഞു. BSB BSB: And the great dragon was hurled down—that ancient serpent called the devil and Satan, the deceiver of the whole world. He was hurled to the earth, and his angels with him.
10 IEV പിന്നെ സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽ ഒരുവന്‍ ഉച്ചത്തില്‍ ആർക്കുന്നത് ഞാൻ കേട്ടു. "ഇപ്പോൾ നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം തന്‍റെ ശക്തിയാൽ എല്ലാവരേയും രക്ഷിക്കുകയും അവന്‍ എല്ലാവരേയും ഭരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു! ഇപ്പോൾ മശിഹ ഭരിക്കുവാന്‍ ആരംഭിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു! നമ്മുടെ സഹവിശ്വാസികളെ കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തുന്നവനെ ദൈവം സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്ന് എറിഞ്ഞു കളഞ്ഞതിനാലാണിത് സംഭവിച്ചത്. ദൈവമുമ്പാകെ പകലും രാത്രിയിലും നിന്നതും അവർ ചെയ്ത തെറ്റുകള്‍ അവനോടു പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നവന്‍ അവനാണ്. BSB BSB: And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying: “Now have come the salvation and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of His Christ. For the accuser of our brothers has been thrown down—he who accuses them day and night before our God.
11 IEV കുഞ്ഞാട് തന്‍റെ രക്തം ചൊരിയുകയും അവർക്കുവേണ്ടി മരിക്കുകയും അവർ അവനെക്കുറിച്ച് മറ്റുള്ളവരോട് സത്യം സംസാരിച്ചതു നിമിത്തവും നമ്മുടെ സഹവിശ്വാസികൾ അവനെ ജയിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു. അവര്‍ ജീവനെ കരുതിയില്ല, എന്നാൽ അവനെക്കുറിച്ചുള്ള സത്യം ആളുകളോടു പറഞ്ഞുകൊണ്ട് മനുഷ്യരാല്‍ മരിക്കുവാന്‍ തയ്യാറായിരുന്നു. But woe to the earth and the sea; with great fury the devil has come down to you, knowing he has only a short time.”
13 IEV തന്നെ ഭൂമിയിലേക്കു തള്ളിയിട്ടതായി സർപ്പം തിരിച്ചറിഞ്ഞപ്പോൾ, ഒരു ആണ്‍കുട്ടിയെ പ്രസവിച്ച സ്ത്രീയെ അവൻ പിന്തുടർന്നു. BSB BSB: And when the dragon saw that he had been thrown to the earth, he pursued the woman who had given birth to the male child.
14 IEV എന്നാൽ മരുഭൂമിയിലേക്ക് പറന്നു പോകേണ്ടതിനു വലിയ കഴുകന്‍റെ ചിറകുകള്‍പോലെ രണ്ടു ചിറകുകൾ ദൈവം സ്ത്രീക്ക് നല്‍കി. ദൈവം അവൾക്കായി ഒരു സ്ഥലം ഒരുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. അവിടെ ദൈവം അവളെ മൂന്നര വർഷത്തോളം പരിപാലിക്കും. സർപ്പം എന്ന പിശാചിന് അവിടെ അവളുടെ അടുത്തു എത്തുവാന്‍ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ല. BSB BSB: But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle to fly from the presence of the serpent to her place in the wilderness, where she was nourished for a time, and times, and half a time.
15 IEV അപ്പോൾ അവളെ ഒഴുക്കി കളയേണ്ടതിനു സർപ്പം തന്‍റെ വായിൽ നിന്ന് ഒരു നദിപോലെ വെള്ളം സ്ത്രീയുടെ നേരേ ഒഴുക്കി. BSB BSB: Then from his mouth the serpent spewed water like a river to overtake the woman and sweep her away in the torrent.
16 IEV എന്നാൽ ഭൂമി തന്‍റെ വായ്‌ തുറന്നു മഹാസർപ്പം വായിൽനിന്ന് ഒഴുക്കിയ വെള്ളം വിഴുങ്ങി സ്ത്രീയെ സഹായിച്ചു. BSB BSB: But the earth helped the woman and opened its mouth to swallow up the river that the dragon had poured from his mouth.
17 IEV അപ്പോൾ സർപ്പം സ്ത്രീയോടു വളരെ കോപിക്കുകയും, അതിനാൽ അവൻ അവളുടെ ശേഷമുള്ള സന്തതികള്‍ക്കെതിരായി യുദ്ധം ചെയ്യുവാന്‍ പുറപ്പെട്ടുപോയി. അവര്‍ ദൈവത്തിന്‍റെ കൽപ്പനകൾ അനുസരിക്കുന്നവരും യേശുവിനെക്കുറിച്ച് സത്യം സംസാരിക്കുന്നവരുമാണ്. അപ്പോൾ മഹാസർപ്പം കടൽത്തീരത്ത് നിന്നു. BSB BSB: And the dragon was enraged at the woman and went to make war with the rest of her children, who keep the commandments of God and hold to the testimony of Jesus. And the dragon stood on the shore of the sea.
