BSB BSB: The portico at the front of the main hall of the temple was twenty cubits long, extending across the width of the temple and projecting out ten cubits in front of the temple.

He also placed offset ledges around the outside of the temple, so that nothing would be inserted into its walls.

BSB BSB: “As for this temple you are building, if you walk in My statutes, carry out My ordinances, and keep all My commandments by walking in them, I will fulfill through you the promise I made to your father David.
13 ULB ഞാൻ യിസ്രായേൽമക്കളുടെ മദ്ധ്യേ വസിക്കും; എന്റെ ജനമായ യിസ്രായേലിനെ ഉപേക്ഷിക്കയില്ല. BSB BSB: And I will dwell among the Israelites and will not abandon My people Israel.”
14 ULB അങ്ങനെ ശലോമോൻ ആലയം പണിതുതീർത്തു. BSB BSB: So Solomon built the temple and finished it.

BSB BSB: The cedar paneling inside the temple was carved with gourds and open flowers. Everything was cedar; not a stone could be seen.
19 ULB ആലയത്തിന്റെ അകത്ത് യഹോവയുടെ നിയമപെട്ടകം വെക്കേണ്ടതിന് അവൻ ഒരു അന്തർമ്മന്ദിരം ഒരുക്കി. BSB BSB: Solomon also prepared the inner sanctuary within the temple to set the ark of the covenant of the LORD there.
20 ULB അന്തർമ്മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ അകത്തെ നീളവും വീതിയും ഉയരവും ഇരുപത് മുഴം വീതം ആയിരുന്നു; അവൻ അന്തർമ്മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ അകവും ദേവദാ‍ാരുനിർമ്മിതമായ ധൂപപീഠവും തങ്കം കൊണ്ട് പൊതിഞ്ഞു. BSB BSB: The inner sanctuary was twenty cubits long, twenty cubits wide, and twenty cubits high. He overlaid the inside with pure gold, and he also overlaid the altar of cedar.
21 ULB ആലയത്തിന്റെ അകം ശലോമോൻ തങ്കംകൊണ്ട് പൊതിഞ്ഞു; അന്തർമ്മന്ദിരത്തിന്റെ മുൻവശത്ത് വിലങ്ങനെ പൊൻചങ്ങല കൊളുത്തി, അന്തർമ്മന്ദിരം പൊന്നുകൊണ്ട് പൊതിഞ്ഞു. BSB BSB: So Solomon overlaid the inside of the temple with pure gold, and he extended gold chains across the front of the inner sanctuary, which was overlaid with gold.

Since their wings were spread out, the wing of the first cherub touched one wall, while the wing of the second cherub touched the other wall, and in the middle of the room their wingtips touched.

BSB BSB: Then he carved the walls all around the temple, in both the inner and outer sanctuaries, with carved engravings of cherubim, palm trees, and open flowers.

37 ULB നാലാം ആണ്ട് സീവ് മാസത്തിൽ യഹോവയുടെ ആലയത്തിന് അടിസ്ഥാനം ഇടുകയും BSB BSB: The foundation of the house of the LORD was laid in the fourth year of Solomon’s reign, in the month of Ziv.
38 ULB പതിനൊന്നാം ആണ്ട് എട്ടാം മാസമായ ബൂൽമാസത്തിൽ ആലയം സകലഭാഗങ്ങളുമായി അതിന്റെ മാതൃക അനുസരിച്ച് തന്നെ പണിതുതീർക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു. അങ്ങനെ ആലയം പണിക്ക് ഏഴ് വർഷം വേണ്ടി വന്നു. BSB BSB: In the eleventh year, in the month of Bul, the eighth month, the temple was finished in every detail and according to every specification. So he built the temple in seven years.
