BSB BSB: But the commanders of the Philistines were angry with Achish and told him, “Send that man back and let him return to the place you assigned him. He must not go down with us into battle only to become our adversary during the war. What better way for him to regain the favor of his master than with the heads of our men?

6 ULB അപ്പോൾ ആഖീശ് ദാവീദിനെ വിളിച്ച് അവനോട് പറഞ്ഞു; “യഹോവയാണ, നീ പരമാർത്ഥിയും പാളയത്തിൽ എന്നോടുകൂടെയുള്ള നിന്റെ പോക്കും വരവും എനിക്ക് ബോധിച്ചതും ആകുന്നു. നീ എന്റെ അടുക്കൽ വന്ന നാൾമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെയും ഞാൻ നിന്നിൽ ഒരു ദോഷവും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ല; എന്നാൽ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർക്ക് നിന്നെ ഇഷ്ടമല്ല. BSB BSB: So Achish summoned David and told him, “As surely as the LORD lives, you have been upright, and it seems right in my sight that you should march in and out with me in the army, because I have found no fault in you from the day you came to me until this day. But you are not good in the sight of the leaders.
7 ULB ആകയാൽ നീ ചെയ്യുന്നത് ഫെലിസ്ത്യപ്രഭുക്കന്മാർക്ക് അനിഷ്ടമായി തോന്നാതിരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് സമാധാനത്തോടെ മടങ്ങിപ്പൊയ്ക്കൊൾക”. BSB BSB: Therefore turn back now and go in peace, so that you will not do anything to displease the leaders of the Philistines.”
8 ULB ദാവീദ് ആഖീശിനോട് ചോദിച്ചു: “എന്നാൽ ഞാൻ എന്ത് ചെയ്തു? എന്റെ യജമാനനായ രാജാവിന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ നേരെ ഞാൻ ചെന്ന് പൊരുതി കൂടാതവണ്ണം നിന്നോടുകൂടെ ഇരുന്ന നാൾമുതൽ ഇന്നുവരെ നീ അടിയനിൽ എന്ത് കണ്ടിരിക്കുന്നു”. BSB BSB: “But what have I done?” David replied. “What have you found against your servant, from the day I came to you until today, to keep me from going along to fight against the enemies of my lord the king?”
9 ULB ആഖീശ് ദാവീദിനോട് മറുപടി പറഞ്ഞു: “എനിക്കറിയാം; എനിക്ക് നിന്നെ ഒരു ദൈവദൂതനെപ്പോലെ ബോധിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നാൽ ഫെലിസ്ത്യ പ്രഭുക്കന്മാർ:“അവൻ ഞങ്ങളോടുകൂടെ യുദ്ധത്തിന് വരരുത്” എന്നു പറഞ്ഞിരിക്കുന്നു. BSB BSB: Achish replied, “I know that you are as pleasing in my sight as an angel of God. But the commanders of the Philistines have said, ‘He must not go into battle with us.’
10 ULB ആകയാൽ നിന്നോടുകൂടെ വന്നിരിക്കുന്ന നിന്റെ യജമാനന്റെ ഭൃത്യന്മാരുമായി നന്നാ രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേറ്റുകൊൾക; അതികാലത്ത് എഴുന്നേറ്റ് വെളിച്ചം ആയ ഉടനെ പൊയ്ക്കൊൾവിൻ”. BSB BSB: Now then, get up early in the morning, along with your master’s servants who came with you, and go as soon as it is light.”
11 ULB ഇങ്ങനെ ദാവീദും അവന്റെ ആളുകളും ഫെലിസ്ത്യദേശത്തേക്ക് മടങ്ങിപ്പോകുവാൻ രാവിലെ എഴുന്നേറ്റു; ഫെലിസ്ത്യരോ ജെസ്രീലിലേക്ക് പോയി. BSB BSB: So David and his men got up early in the morning to return to the land of the Philistines. And the Philistines went up to Jezreel.
