23 ULB ക്രിസ്തു ശരീരത്തിന്റെ രക്ഷിതാവായി സഭയ്ക്കു് തലയാകുന്നതുപോലെ ഭർത്താവ് ഭാര്യയ്ക്കു തലയാകുന്നു. BSB BSB: For the husband is the head of the wife as Christ is the head of the church, His body, of which He is the Savior.
24 ULB എന്നാൽ സഭ ക്രിസ്തുവിന് കീഴടങ്ങിയിരിക്കുന്നതുപോലെ ഭാര്യമാരും ഭർത്താക്കന്മാർക്കു സകലത്തിലും കീഴടങ്ങിയിരിക്കേണം. BSB BSB: Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit to their husbands in everything.
26 ULB അവൻ അവളെ വചനത്തോടുകൂടിയ ജലസ്നാനത്താൽ വെടിപ്പാക്കി വിശുദ്ധീകരിക്കേണ്ടതിനും BSB BSB: to sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word,
