BSB BSB: But take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt; put them in a single container and make them into bread for yourself. This is what you are to eat during the 390 days you lie on your side.
10 ULB നീ ഭക്ഷിക്കുന്ന ആഹാരം ഒരു ദിവസത്തേക്ക് ഇരുപതു ശേക്കെൽ തൂക്കമായിരിക്കണം; നേരത്തോടു നേരം നീ അതുകൊണ്ട് ഉപജീവിച്ചുകൊള്ളണം. BSB BSB: You are to weigh out twenty shekels of food to eat each day, and you are to eat it at set times.
11 ULB ഹീനിന്റെ ആറിൽ ഒരു ഭാഗം വെള്ളവും നീ കുടിക്കണം; നേരത്തോടുനേരം നീ അത് കുടിക്കണം. BSB BSB: You are also to measure out a sixth of a hin of water to drink, and you are to drink it at set times.
12 ULB നീ അത് യവദോശപോലെ തിന്നണം; അവരുടെ മുമ്പിൽ നീ മാനുഷമലം കത്തിച്ച് അത് ചുടണം. BSB BSB: And you shall eat the food as you would a barley cake, after you bake it over dried human excrement in the sight of the people.”

BSB BSB: “Ah, Lord GOD,” I said, “I have never defiled myself. From my youth until now I have not eaten anything found dead or mauled by wild beasts. No unclean meat has ever entered my mouth.”

16 ULB “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ,അവർക്ക് അപ്പവും വെള്ളവും ഇല്ലാതാകേണ്ടതിനും ഓരോരുത്തൻ സ്തംഭിച്ച് അകൃത്യം നിമിത്തം ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകേണ്ടതിനും BSB BSB: Then He told me, “Son of man, I am going to cut off the supply of food in Jerusalem. They will anxiously eat bread rationed by weight, and in despair they will drink water by measure.
17 ULB ഞാൻ യെരൂശലേമിൽ അപ്പം എന്ന കോൽ ഒടിച്ചുകളയും; അവർ തൂക്കപ്രകാരവും ഭയത്തോടെയും അപ്പം തിന്നും; അവർ അളവു പ്രകാരവും സ്തംഭനത്തോടെയും വെള്ളം കുടിക്കും” എന്ന് അവിടുന്ന് എന്നോട് അരുളിച്ചെയ്തു. BSB BSB: So they will lack food and water; they will be appalled at the sight of one another wasting away in their iniquity.
