Ezekiel 40 (ULB)

4ആ പുരുഷൻ എന്നോട്: “മനുഷ്യപുത്രാ, നീ കണ്ണുകൊണ്ടു നോക്കി, ചെവികൊണ്ടു കേട്ട്, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ കാണിക്കുവാൻ പോകുന്നതെല്ലാം ശ്രദ്ധിച്ചുകൊള്ളുക; അവ നിനക്കു കാണിച്ചുതരുവാനായിട്ടാകുന്നു ഞാൻ നിന്നെ ഇവിടെ കൊണ്ടുവന്നത്; നീ കാണുന്നത് സകലവും യിസ്രായേൽഗൃഹത്തോട് അറിയിക്കുക” എന്നു കല്പിച്ചു.“Son of man,” he said to me, “look with your eyes, hear with your ears, and pay attention to everything I am going to show you, for that is why you have been brought here. Report to the house of Israel everything you see.”

Now the length of the measuring rod in the man’s hand was six long cubits (each measuring a cubit and a handbreadth), and he measured the wall to be one rod thick and one rod high.

The inner threshold of the gate by the portico facing inward was one rod deep.

The porticos also had windows all around on the inside. Each side pillar was decorated with palm trees.

Thirty chambers faced the pavement,

On these were placed the utensils used to slaughter the burnt offerings and the other sacrifices.

46വടക്കോട്ടു ദർശനമുള്ള മണ്ഡപം യാഗപീഠത്തിന്റെ ചുമതലക്കാരായ പുരോഹിതന്മാർക്കുള്ളത്; ഇവർ യഹോവയ്ക്കു ശുശ്രൂഷ ചെയ്യേണ്ടതിന് അടുത്തുചെല്ലുന്ന ലേവ്യരിൽ സാദോക്കിന്റെ പുത്രന്മാരാകുന്നു.and the chamber that faces north is for the priests who keep charge of the altar. These are the sons of Zadok, the only Levites who may approach the LORD to minister before Him.”

The width of the gateway was fourteen cubits and its sidewalls were three cubits on either side.
