BSB BSB: Truly, truly, I tell you, we speak of what we know, and we testify to what we have seen, and yet you people do not accept our testimony.

14 ULB മോശെ മരുഭൂമിയിൽ സർപ്പത്തെ ഉയർത്തിയതുപോലെ മനുഷ്യപുത്രനെയും ഉയർത്തേണ്ടതാകുന്നു. BSB BSB: Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up,

BSB BSB: Whoever believes in Him is not condemned, but whoever does not believe has already been condemned, because he has not believed in the name of God’s one and only Son.

BSB BSB: And this is the verdict: The Light has come into the world, but men loved the darkness rather than the Light because their deeds were evil.

29 ULB മണവാട്ടി ഉള്ളവൻ മണവാളൻ ആകുന്നു; മണവാളന്റെ സ്നേഹിതനോ നിന്നു മണവാളന്റെ സ്വരം കേട്ടിട്ട് അത്യന്തം സന്തോഷിക്കുന്നു; ഈ എന്റെ സന്തോഷം പൂർത്തിയായിരിക്കുന്നു. BSB BSB: The bride belongs to the bridegroom. The friend of the bridegroom stands and listens for him, and is overjoyed to hear the bridegroom’s voice. That joy is mine, and it is now complete.
30 ULB അവൻ വളരണം, ഞാനോ കുറയേണം എന്നു ഉത്തരം പറഞ്ഞു. BSB BSB: He must increase; I must decrease.
31 ULB ഉയരത്തിൽനിന്ന് വരുന്നവൻ എല്ലാവർക്കും മീതെയുള്ളവനാകുന്നു. ഭൂമിയിൽ നിന്നുള്ളവൻ ഭൗമികൻ ആകുന്നു; ഭൗമികമായതു സംസാരിക്കുന്നു; സ്വർഗ്ഗത്തിൽനിന്ന് വരുന്നവൻ എല്ലാവർക്കും മീതെയുള്ളവനായി താൻ കാണുകയും കേൾക്കുകയും ചെയ്തതു സാക്ഷീകരിക്കുന്നു; BSB BSB: The One who comes from above is above all. The one who is from the earth belongs to the earth and speaks as one from the earth. The One who comes from heaven is above all.
32 ULB എങ്കിലും അവന്റെ സാക്ഷ്യം ആരും സ്വീകരിക്കുന്നില്ല. BSB BSB: He testifies to what He has seen and heard, yet no one accepts His testimony.

34 ULB ദൈവം അയച്ചവൻ ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വചനം പ്രസ്താവിക്കുന്നു; അവൻ ആത്മാവിനെ അളവുകൂടാതെയല്ലോ കൊടുക്കുന്നത്. BSB BSB: For the One whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God gives the Spirit without limit.
35 ULB പിതാവ് പുത്രനെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു; സകലവും അവന്റെ കയ്യിൽ കൊടുത്തുമിരിക്കുന്നു. BSB BSB: The Father loves the Son and has placed all things in His hands.
