BSB BSB: Hanani, one of my brothers, arrived with men from Judah. So I questioned them about the remnant of the Jews who had survived the exile, and also about Jerusalem.

BSB BSB: let Your eyes be open and Your ears attentive to hear the prayer that I, Your servant, now pray before You day and night for Your servants, the Israelites. I confess the sins that we Israelites have committed against You. Both I and my father’s house have sinned.
7 ULB ഞങ്ങൾ അങ്ങയോട് കഠിനദോഷം പ്രവർത്തിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു; അങ്ങയുടെ ദാസനായ മോശെയോട് അങ്ങ് കല്പിച്ച കല്പനകളും ചട്ടങ്ങളും വിധികളും ഞങ്ങൾ പ്രമാണിച്ചിട്ടുമില്ല. BSB BSB: We have behaved corruptly against You and have not kept the commandments, statutes, and ordinances that You gave Your servant Moses.
8 ULB ‘നിങ്ങൾ ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്താൽ ഞാൻ നിങ്ങളെ ജാതികളുടെ ഇടയിൽ ചിതറിച്ചുകളയും; BSB BSB: Remember, I pray, the word that You commanded Your servant Moses when You said, ‘If you are unfaithful, I will scatter you among the nations,

BSB BSB: but if you return to Me and keep and practice My commandments, then even if your exiles have been banished to the farthest horizon, I will gather them from there and bring them to the place I have chosen as a dwelling for My Name.’
10 ULB അവർ അങ്ങയുടെ മഹാശക്തികൊണ്ടും ബലമുള്ള കൈകൊണ്ടും അങ്ങ് വീണ്ടെടുത്ത അങ്ങയുടെ ദാസന്മാരും ജനവുമല്ലോ. BSB BSB: They are Your servants and Your people. You redeemed them by Your great power and mighty hand.
11 ULB കർത്താവേ, അങ്ങ് അടിയന്റെയും അങ്ങയുടെ നാമത്തെ ഭയപ്പെടുവാൻ താല്പര്യപ്പെടുന്ന അങ്ങയുടെ ദാസന്മാരുടെയും പ്രാർത്ഥന ശ്രദ്ധിക്കേണമേ. ഇന്ന് അടിയന് കാര്യം സാധിപ്പിച്ച് ഈ മനുഷ്യന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ എനിക്ക് ദയ ലഭിക്കുമാറാക്കേണമേ”. ഞാൻ രാജാവിന്റെ പാനപാത്രവാഹകനായിരുന്നു. BSB BSB: O Lord, may Your ear be attentive to my prayer and to the prayers of Your servants who delight to revere Your name. Give Your servant success this day, I pray, and grant him mercy in the sight of this man.” (At that time I was the cupbearer to the king.)
