6ശെമയ്യാവ്, യോയാരീബ്, യെദായാവ്,Shemaiah, Joiarib, Jedaiah,

16ഇദ്ദോകുലത്തിന് സെഖര്യാവ്; ഗിന്നെഥോൻകുലത്തിന് മെശുല്ലാം;of Iddo, Zechariah; of Ginnethon, Meshullam;

17അബീയാകുലത്തിന് സിക്രി; മിന്യാമീൻകുലത്തിനും മോവദ്യാകുലത്തിനും പിൽതായി;of Abijah, Zichri; of Miniamin and of Moadiah, Piltai;

18ബിൽഗാകുലത്തിന് ശമ്മൂവ; ശെമയ്യാകുലത്തിന് യെഹോനാഥാൻ;of Bilgah, Shammua; of Shemaiah, Jonathan;

24ലേവ്യരുടെ തലവന്മാർ: ഹശബ്യാവ്, ശേരെബ്യാവ്, കദ്മീയേലിന്റെ മകൻ യേശുവ എന്നിവരും അവരുടെ സഹകാരികളായ സഹോദരന്മാരും ദൈവപുരുഷനായ ദാവീദിന്റെ കല്പനപ്രകാരം തരംതരമായി നിന്ന് സ്തുതിയും സ്തോത്രവും ചെയ്തുവന്നു.The leaders of the Levites were Hashabiah, Sherebiah, and Jeshua son of Kadmiel, along with their associates, who stood across from them to give praise and thanksgiving as one section alternated with the other, as prescribed by David the man of God.

25മത്ഥന്യാവും ബക്ക്ബൂക്ക്യാവ്, ഓബദ്യാവ്, മെശുല്ലാം, തല്മോൻ, അക്കൂബ്, എന്നിവർ വാതിലുകൾക്കരികെയുള്ള ഭണ്ഡാരഗൃഹങ്ങൾ കാക്കുന്ന വാതിൽകാവല്ക്കാർ ആയിരുന്നു.Mattaniah, Bakbukiah, Obadiah, Meshullam, Talmon, and Akkub were gatekeepers who guarded the storerooms at the gates.

29ബേത്ത്-ഗിൽഗാലിൽനിന്നും ഗേബയുടെയും അസ്മാവെത്തിന്റെയും നാട്ടിൻപുറങ്ങളിൽനിന്നും വന്നുകൂടി; സംഗീതക്കാർ യെരൂശലേമിന്റെ ചുറ്റും തങ്ങൾക്ക് ഗ്രാമങ്ങൾ പണിതിരുന്നു.from Beth-gilgal, and from the fields of Geba and Azmaveth, for they had built villages for themselves around Jerusalem.

30പുരോഹിതന്മാരും ലേവ്യരും തങ്ങളെത്തന്നെ ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചതിനുശേഷം ജനത്തെയും വാതിലുകളെയും മതിലിനെയും ശുദ്ധീകരിച്ചു.After the priests and Levites had purified themselves, they purified the people, the gates, and the wall.

One was to proceed along the top of the wall to the right, toward the Dung Gate.

Ezra the scribe led the procession.

42ശെമയ്യാവ്, എലെയാസാർ, ഉസ്സി, യെഹോഹാനാൻ മല്ക്കീയാവ്, ഏലാം, ഏസെർ എന്നിവരും ദൈവാലയത്തിനരികെ വന്നുനിന്നു; സംഗീതക്കാർ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ പാട്ടുപാടി; യിസ്രഹ്യാവ് അവരുടെ പ്രമാണിയായിരുന്നു.and also Maaseiah, Shemaiah, Eleazar, Uzzi, Jehohanan, Malchijah, Elam, and Ezer. Then the choirs sang out under the direction of Jezrahiah.

The portions specified by the Law for the priests and Levites were gathered into these storerooms from the fields of the villages, because Judah rejoiced over the priests and Levites who were serving.

They also set aside daily portions for the Levites, and the Levites set aside daily portions for the descendants of Aaron.
