1. 1ULBഞാൻ യഹോവയോട് ഉറക്കെ നിലവിളിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ ഉച്ചത്തിൽ യഹോവയോട് പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കുന്നു.BSBBSB: A Maskil of David, when he was in the cave. A prayer. I cry aloud to the LORD; I lift my voice to the LORD for mercy.
2. 2ULBഅവന്റെ സന്നിധിയിൽ ഞാൻ എന്റെ സങ്കടം പകരുന്നു; എന്റെ കഷ്ടത ഞാൻ അവനെ ബോധിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.BSBBSB: I pour out my complaint before Him; I reveal my trouble to Him.
3. 3ULBഎന്റെ ആത്മാവ് എന്റെ ഉള്ളിൽ വിഷാദിച്ചിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ നീ എന്റെ പാത അറിയുന്നു. ഞാൻ നടക്കുന്ന പാതയിൽ അവർ എനിക്ക് ഒരു കെണി ഒളിച്ചുവച്ചിരിക്കുന്നു.BSBBSB: Although my spirit grows faint within me, You know my way. Along the path I travel they have hidden a snare for me.
4. 4ULBഎന്റെ വലത്തുഭാഗത്തേക്ക് നോക്കി കാണണമേ; എന്നെ ശ്രദ്ധിക്കുന്നവൻ ആരുമില്ലല്ലോ. ശരണം എനിക്ക് നഷ്ടമായിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പ്രാണനു വേണ്ടി ആരും കരുതുന്നില്ല.BSBBSB: Look to my right and see; no one attends to me. There is no refuge for me; no one cares for my soul.
5. 5ULBയഹോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നോടു നിലവിളിച്ചു; “നീ എന്റെ സങ്കേതവും ജീവനുള്ളവരുടെ ദേശത്ത് എന്റെ ഓഹരിയും ആകുന്നു” എന്ന് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞു.BSBBSB: I cry to You, O LORD: “You are my refuge, my portion in the land of the living.”
6. 6ULBഎന്റെ നിലവിളിക്ക് ചെവി തരണമേ. ഞാൻ ഏറ്റവും എളിമപ്പെട്ടിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നെ ഉപദ്രവിക്കുന്നവർ എന്നിലും ബലവാന്മാരാകയാൽ അവരുടെ കൈയിൽനിന്ന് എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കണമേ.BSBBSB: Listen to my cry, for I am brought quite low. Rescue me from my pursuers, for they are too strong for me.
7. 7ULBഞാൻ നിന്റെ നാമത്തിനു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യുവാൻ എന്റെ പ്രാണനെ കാരാഗൃഹത്തിൽനിന്നു പുറപ്പെടുവിക്കണമേ; നീ എനിക്ക് ഉപകാരം ചെയ്തിരിക്കുകയാൽ നീതിമാന്മാർ എന്റെ ചുറ്റം വന്നുകൂടും.BSBBSB: Free my soul from prison, that I may praise Your name. The righteous will gather around me because of Your goodness to me.
