1എന്റെ ബലമായ യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ നിന്നെ സ്നേഹിക്കുന്നു.For the choirmaster. Of David the servant of the LORD, who sang this song to the LORD on the day the LORD had delivered him from the hand of all his enemies and from the hand of Saul. He said: I love You, O LORD, my strength.

2യഹോവ എന്റെ ശൈലവും കോട്ടയും എന്റെ രക്ഷകനും ദൈവവും ഞാൻ ശരണമാക്കുന്ന പാറയും എന്റെ പരിചയും എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ കൊമ്പും ഗോപുരവും ആകുന്നു.The LORD is my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer. My God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.

3സ്തുത്യനായ യഹോവയെ ഞാൻ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിക്കുകയും എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളുടെ കയ്യിൽനിന്ന് രക്ഷപ്രാപിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും.I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised; so shall I be saved from my enemies.

4മരണപാശങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ചുറ്റി; അഗാധപ്രവാഹങ്ങൾ എന്നെ ഭ്രമിപ്പിച്ചു.The cords of death encompassed me; the torrents of chaos overwhelmed me.

5പാതാളപാശങ്ങൾ എന്നെ വളഞ്ഞു; മരണത്തിന്റെ കെണികളും എന്നെ പിൻതുടർന്ന് പിടിച്ചു.The cords of Sheol entangled me; the snares of death confronted me.

6എന്റെ കഷ്ടതയിൽ ഞാൻ യഹോവയെ വിളിച്ചപേക്ഷിച്ചു, എന്റെ ദൈവത്തോട് നിലവിളിച്ചു; അവൻ തന്റെ മന്ദിരത്തിൽ ഇരുന്ന് എന്റെ അപേക്ഷ കേട്ടു; എന്റെ നിലവിളിയും തിരുമുമ്പിൽ ഞാൻ കഴിച്ച പ്രാർത്ഥനയും അവന്റെ ചെവിയിൽ എത്തി.In my distress I called upon the LORD; I cried to my God for help. From His temple He heard my voice, and my cry for His help reached His ears.

7ഭൂമി ഞെട്ടിവിറച്ചു; മലകളുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ ഇളകി; അവൻ കോപിക്കുകയാൽ അവ കുലുങ്ങിപ്പോയി.Then the earth shook and quaked, and the foundations of the mountains trembled; they were shaken because He burned with anger.

8അവന്റെ മൂക്കിൽനിന്ന് പുക പൊങ്ങി; അവന്റെ വായിൽനിന്ന് തീ പുറപ്പെട്ട് ദഹിപ്പിച്ചു; തീക്കനൽ അവനിൽനിന്ന് ജ്വലിച്ചു.Smoke rose from His nostrils, and consuming fire came from His mouth; glowing coals blazed forth.

9അവൻ ആകാശം ചായിച്ചിറങ്ങി; കൂരിരുൾ അവന്റെ കാല്ക്കീഴിലുണ്ടായിരുന്നു.He parted the heavens and came down with dark clouds beneath His feet.

10അവൻ കെരൂബിനെ വാഹനമാക്കി പറന്നു; അവൻ കാറ്റിന്റെ ചിറകിന്മേൽ ഇരുന്നു സഞ്ചരിച്ചു.He mounted a cherub and flew; He soared on the wings of the wind.

11അവൻ അന്ധകാരത്തെ തന്റെ മറവും ജലതമസ്സിനെയും മഴമേഘങ്ങളെയും തനിക്കു ചുറ്റും കൂടാരവുമാക്കി.He made darkness His hiding place, and storm clouds a canopy around Him.

12അവന്റെ മുമ്പിലുള്ള പ്രകാശത്താൽ ആലിപ്പഴവും തീക്കനലും മേഘങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് പൊഴിഞ്ഞു.From the brightness of His presence His clouds advanced—hailstones and coals of fire.

13യഹോവ ആകാശത്തിൽ ഇടി മുഴക്കി, അത്യുന്നതൻ തന്റെ നാദം കേൾപ്പിച്ചു, ആലിപ്പഴവും തീക്കനലും പൊഴിഞ്ഞു.The LORD thundered from heaven; the voice of the Most High resounded—hailstones and coals of fire.

14അവൻ അസ്ത്രം എയ്ത് ശത്രുവിനെ ചിതറിച്ചു; മിന്നൽ അയച്ച് അവരെ തോല്പിച്ചു.He shot His arrows and scattered the foes; He hurled lightning and routed them.

15യഹോവേ, നിന്റെ ശാസനയാലും നിന്റെ മൂക്കിലെ ശ്വാസത്തിന്റെ പ്രവാഹത്തിന്റെ ശക്തിയാലും സമുദ്രപാതകൾ തെളിഞ്ഞുവന്നു; ഭൂമിയുടെ അടിസ്ഥാനങ്ങൾ വെളിപ്പെട്ടു.The channels of the sea appeared, and the foundations of the world were exposed, at Your rebuke, O LORD, at the blast of the breath of Your nostrils.

16അവൻ ഉയരത്തിൽനിന്ന് കൈ നീട്ടി എന്നെ പിടിച്ചു, പെരുവെള്ളത്തിൽനിന്ന് എന്നെ വലിച്ചെടുത്തു.He reached down from on high and took hold of me; He drew me out of deep waters.

17എന്റെ ബലമുള്ള ശത്രുവിന്റെ കയ്യിൽനിന്നും എന്നെ വെറുത്തവരുടെ പക്കൽനിന്നും അവൻ എന്നെ വിടുവിച്ചു; അവർ എന്നിലും ബലവാന്മാരായിരുന്നു.He rescued me from my powerful enemy, from foes too mighty for me.

18എന്റെ അനർത്ഥദിവസത്തിൽ അവർ എന്നെ ആക്രമിച്ചു; എന്നാൽ യഹോവ എനിക്ക് തുണയായിരുന്നു.They confronted me in my day of calamity, but the LORD was my support.

19അവൻ എന്നെ ഒരു വിശാലസ്ഥലത്തേക്ക് കൊണ്ടുവന്നു; എന്നിൽ പ്രമോദിച്ചിരുന്നതുകൊണ്ട് എന്നെ വിടുവിച്ചു.He brought me out into the open; He rescued me because He delighted in me.

20യഹോവ എന്റെ നീതിക്കു തക്കവിധം എനിക്ക് പ്രതിഫലം നല്കി; എന്റെ കൈകളുടെ വെടിപ്പിനൊത്തവിധം എനിക്ക് പകരം തന്നു.The LORD has rewarded me according to my righteousness; He has repaid me according to the cleanness of my hands.

21ഞാൻ യഹോവയുടെ വഴികളിൽ നടന്നു; എന്റെ ദൈവത്തോട് ദ്രോഹം ചെയ്തതുമില്ല.For I have kept the ways of the LORD and have not wickedly departed from my God.

22അവന്റെ വിധികൾ ഒക്കെയും എന്റെ മുമ്പിൽ ഉണ്ട്; അവന്റെ ചട്ടങ്ങൾ വിട്ട് ഞാൻ നടന്നിട്ടുമില്ല.For all His ordinances are before me; I have not disregarded His statutes.

23ഞാൻ അവന്റെ മുമ്പാകെ നിഷ്കളങ്കനായിരുന്നു; അകൃത്യം ചെയ്യാതെ എന്നെത്തന്നെ കാത്തു.And I have been blameless before Him and kept myself from iniquity.

24യഹോവ എന്റെ നീതിക്കു തക്കവണ്ണവും അവന്റെ ദൃഷ്ടിയിൽ എന്റെ കൈകളുടെ വെടിപ്പിൻപ്രകാരവും എനിക്ക് പകരം നല്കി.So the LORD has repaid me according to my righteousness, according to the cleanness of my hands in His sight.

25ദയാലുവോട് നീ ദയാലു ആകുന്നു; നഷ്കളങ്കനോട് നീ നിഷ്കളങ്കൻ;To the faithful You show Yourself faithful, to the blameless You show Yourself blameless;

26നിർമ്മലനോട് നീ നിർമ്മലനാകുന്നു; വക്രനോട് നീ വക്രത കാണിക്കുന്നു.to the pure You show Yourself pure, but to the crooked You show Yourself shrewd.

27എളിയജനത്തെ നീ രക്ഷിക്കും; നിഗളിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നവരെ നീ താഴ്ത്തും.For You save an afflicted people, but You humble those with haughty eyes.

28നീ എന്റെ ദീപം കത്തിക്കും; എന്റെ ദൈവമായ യഹോവ എന്റെ അന്ധകാരത്തെ പ്രകാശമാക്കും.For You, O LORD, light my lamp; my God lights up my darkness.

29നിന്നാൽ ഞാൻ പടക്കൂട്ടത്തിന്റെ നേരെ പാഞ്ഞുചെല്ലും; എന്റെ ദൈവത്താൽ ഞാൻ മതിൽ ചാടിക്കടക്കും.For in You I can charge an army, and with my God I can scale a wall.

30ദൈവത്തിന്റെ വഴി തികവുള്ളത്; യഹോവയുടെ വചനം നിർമലമായത്; തന്നെ ശരണമാക്കുന്ന ഏവർക്കും അവൻ പരിചയാകുന്നു.As for God, His way is perfect; the word of the LORD is flawless. He is a shield to all who take refuge in Him.

31യഹോവയല്ലാതെ ദൈവം ആരുണ്ട്? നമ്മുടെ ദൈവം ഒഴികെ പാറ ആരുണ്ട്?For who is God besides the LORD? And who is the Rock except our God?

32എന്നെ ശക്തികൊണ്ട് അരമുറുക്കുകയും എന്റെ വഴി സുരക്ഷിതമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്ന ദൈവം തന്നെ.It is God who arms me with strength and makes my way clear.

33അവൻ എന്റെ കാലുകളെ പേടമാന്റെ കാലുകൾക്ക് തുല്യമാക്കി, ഉന്നതങ്ങളിൽ എന്നെ നിർത്തുന്നു.He makes my feet like those of a deer and stations me upon the heights.

34അവൻ എന്റെ കൈകളെ യുദ്ധം അഭ്യസിപ്പിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ ഭുജങ്ങൾ താമ്രചാപം കുലയ്ക്കുന്നു.He trains my hands for battle; my arms can bend a bow of bronze.

35നിന്റെ രക്ഷ എന്ന പരിച നീ എനിക്ക് തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു; നിന്റെ വലങ്കൈ എന്നെ താങ്ങി നിന്റെ സൗമ്യത എന്നെ വലിയവനാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു.You have given me Your shield of salvation; Your right hand upholds me, and Your gentleness exalts me.

36ഞാൻ കാലടി വയ്ക്കേണ്ടതിന് നീ എന്റെ വഴികൾക്ക് വിശാലതവരുത്തി; എന്റെ നരിയാണികൾ വഴുതിപ്പോയതുമില്ല.You broaden the path beneath me so that my ankles do not give way.

37ഞാൻ എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ പിന്തുടർന്ന് പിടിച്ചു; അവരെ നശിപ്പിക്കുവോളം ഞാൻ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞില്ല.I pursued my enemies and overtook them; I did not turn back until they were consumed.

38അവർ എഴുന്നേല്ക്കാത്തവണ്ണം ഞാൻ അവരെ തകർത്തു; അവർ എന്റെ കാല്ക്കീഴിൽ വീണിരിക്കുന്നു.I crushed them so they could not rise; they have fallen under my feet.

39യുദ്ധത്തിനായി നീ എന്റെ അരയ്ക്ക് ശക്തി കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നു; എന്നോട് എതിർത്തവരെ എനിക്കു കീഴടക്കിത്തന്നിരിക്കുന്നു.You have armed me with strength for battle; You have subdued my foes beneath me.

40എന്നെ വെറുക്കുന്നവരെ ഞാൻ സംഹരിക്കേണ്ടതിന് നീ എന്റെ ശത്രുക്കളെ പിന്തിരിഞ്ഞ് ഓടുമാറാക്കി.You have made my enemies retreat before me; I destroyed those who hated me.

41അവർ നിലവിളിച്ചു; രക്ഷിക്കുവാൻ ആരും ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നില്ല; യഹോവയോട് നിലവിളിച്ചു; അവൻ ഉത്തരം അരുളിയതുമില്ല.They cried for help, but there was no one to save them—to the LORD, but He did not answer.

42ഞാൻ അവരെ കാറ്റിൽ പറക്കുന്ന പൊടിപോലെ പൊടിച്ചു; വീഥികളിലെ ചെളി പോലെ ഞാൻ അവരെ എറിഞ്ഞുകളഞ്ഞു.I ground them as dust in the face of the wind; I trampled them like mud in the streets.

43ജനത്തിന്റെ കലഹങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് നീ എന്നെ വിടുവിച്ചു; ജനതതികൾക്ക് എന്നെ തലവനാക്കിയിരിക്കുന്നു; ഞാൻ അറിയാത്ത ജനം എന്നെ സേവിക്കുന്നു.You have delivered me from the strife of the people; You have made me the head of nations; a people I had not known shall serve me.

44അവർ എന്നെക്കുറിച്ച് കേൾക്കുമ്പോൾ തന്നെ അനുസരിക്കും; അന്യജനതകൾ എന്നോട് വിധേയത്വം കാണിക്കും.When they hear me, they obey me; foreigners cower before me.

45അന്യജനതകൾ ക്ഷയിച്ചുപോകുന്നു; അവരുടെ ഒളിയിടങ്ങളിൽനിന്ന് അവർ വിറച്ചുകൊണ്ട് വരുന്നു.Foreigners lose heart and come trembling from their strongholds.

46യഹോവ ജീവിക്കുന്നു; എന്റെ പാറ വാഴ്ത്തപ്പെട്ടവൻ; എന്റെ രക്ഷയുടെ ദൈവം ഉന്നതൻ തന്നെ.The LORD lives, and blessed be my Rock! And may the God of my salvation be exalted—

47ദൈവം എനിക്കു വേണ്ടി പ്രതികാരം ചെയ്യുകയും ജനതകളെ എനിക്കു കീഴടക്കിത്തരുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.the God who avenges me and subdues nations beneath me,

48അവൻ ശത്രുവിന്റെ കൈയിൽ നിന്ന് എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കുന്നു; എന്നോട് എതിർക്കുന്നവർക്കുമേൽ നീ എന്നെ ഉയർത്തുന്നു; സാഹസക്കാരന്റെ കയ്യിൽ നിന്ന് നീ എന്നെ വിടുവിക്കുന്നു.who delivers me from my enemies. You exalt me above my foes; You rescue me from violent men.

49അതുകൊണ്ടു യഹോവേ, ഞാൻ ജനതതികളുടെ മദ്ധ്യത്തിൽ നിനക്കു സ്തോത്രം ചെയ്യും; നിന്റെ നാമത്തെ ഞാൻ കീർത്തിക്കും.Therefore I will praise You, O LORD, among the nations; I will sing praises to Your name.

50അവൻ തന്റെ രാജാവിന് മഹാരക്ഷ നല്കുന്നു; തന്റെ അഭിഷിക്തനോട് ദയ കാണിക്കുന്നു; ദാവീദിനും അവന്റെ സന്തതിക്കും എന്നെന്നേക്കും തന്നെ.Great salvation He brings to His king. He shows loving devotion to His anointed, to David and his descendants forever.
