1. 1NPIULBरगतले भरिएको सहरलाई धिक्कार! त्यो झूट र लूटको सम्पत्तिले भरिएको छ । त्यसका शिकारहरू सधैँ त्यहीँभित्र छन् ।BSBBSB: Woe to the city of blood, full of lies, full of plunder, never without prey.

3. 3NPIULBआक्रमण गर्ने घोडचढीहरू, टल्कने तरवारहरू, चम्कने भालाहरू, लास र मुर्दाहरूको थुप्रो त्यहाँ छन् । त्यहाँ अनगिन्ती लाशहरू छन् । त्यसलाई आक्रमण गर्नेहरू लाशमा ठोकर खाँदै हिँड्छन् ।BSBBSB: Charging horseman, flashing sword, shining spear; heaps of slain, mounds of corpses, dead bodies without end—they stumble over their dead—

I will show your nakedness to the nations and your shame to the kingdoms.
6. 6NPIULBम तँमाथि घिनलाग्दो फोहोर फ्याँक्नेछु र तँलाई घृणित बनाइदिनेछु । म तँलाई यस्तो बनाउनेछु, कि सबैले तँलाई हेर्नेछन् ।BSBBSB: I will pelt you with filth and treat you with contempt; I will make a spectacle of you.
7. 7NPIULBतँलाई हेर्ने सबै तँबाट टाढा भाग्नेछन् र भन्नेछन्, ‘निनवे नष्ट भएको छ, त्यसको निम्ति कसले विलौना गर्ला?’ तँलाई शान्त्वना दिने मैले कहाँ पाउन सक्छु?”BSBBSB: Then all who see you will recoil from you and say, ‘Nineveh is devastated; who will grieve for her?’ Where can I find comforters for you?”

11. 11NPIULBतँ मतवाला हुनेछस्, तँ लुक्न कोसिस गर्नेछस्, र तैँले आफ्नो शत्रुबाट भाग्नलाई शरणस्थान खोज्नेछस् ।BSBBSB: You too will become drunk; you will go into hiding and seek refuge from the enemy.
12. 12NPIULBतेरा सबै किल्लाहरू पहिले नै फल पाकेका अन्जिरका रूखहरूझैँ हुनेछन् । ती हल्लाइए भने, त्यसका सबै फल खानेवालाको मुखमा झर्नेछन् ।BSBBSB: All your fortresses are fig trees with the first ripe figs; when shaken, they fall into the mouth of the eater!
13. 13NPIULBहेर्, तेरा बिचमा भएका मानिसहरू स्त्रीहरू मात्र छन् । तेरो देशका प्रवेशद्धारहरु शत्रुहरूका निम्ति खुला भएका छन् । आगोले त्यसका गजबारहरू भस्म पारेको छ ।BSBBSB: Look at your troops—they are like your women! The gates of your land are wide open to your enemies; fire consumes their bars.
14. 14NPIULBघेरावन्दीको दिनको निम्ति पानी भर्, आफ्ना किल्लाहरू बलियो पार् । हिलोमा जा, र त्यसलाई कुल्ची । इट बनाउने भाँडो बोक् ।BSBBSB: Draw your water for the siege; strengthen your fortresses. Work the clay and tread the mortar; repair the brick kiln!
15. 15NPIULBआगोले तँलाई त्यहाँ भस्म पार्नेछ, र तरवारले तँलाई नाश गर्नेछ । सलहहरूले सबै कुरा सखाप पारेझैँ त्यसले तँलाई सखाप पार्नेछ । फटेङ्ग्राहरू जस्ता अनगिन्ती हो, र सलाहहरूझैँ संख्यामा बढ् ।BSBBSB: There the fire will devour you; the sword will cut you down and consume you like a young locust. Make yourself many like the young locust; make yourself many like the swarming locust!
16. 16NPIULBतैँले आफ्ना व्यापारीहरूलाई आकाशका ताराहरूभन्दा पनि धेरै बनाएको छस्, तर तिनीहरू सलहहरूझैँ हुन्, तिनीहरूले भुमिलाई लुटेर उडिजान्छन् ।BSBBSB: You have multiplied your merchants more than the stars of the sky. The young locust strips the land and flies away.
17. 17NPIULBतेरा राजकुमारहरू सलहहरूझैँ धेरै छन्, र तेरा अधिकारीहरू सलहका बथानझैँ छन्, जो चिसो दिनमा पर्खालहरूमा बस्छन् । तर घाम उदाएपछि ती कहाँ उडेर जान्छन् भन्ने नै थाहा हुँदैन ।BSBBSB: Your guards are like the swarming locust, and your scribes like clouds of locusts that settle on the walls on a cold day. When the sun rises, they fly away, and no one knows where.
18. 18NPIULBअश्शूरको राजा, तेरा गोठालाहरू सुतेका छन्, तेरा शासकहरू विश्राम गर्दै पल्टेका छन् । तेरा मानिसहरू पर्वतहरूमा छरिएका छन्, र तिनीहरूलाई त्यहाँ भेला गर्ने कोही छैन ।BSBBSB: O king of Assyria, your shepherds slumber; your officers sleep. Your people are scattered on the mountains with no one to gather them.
19. 19NPIULBतेरा घाउहरू निको हुँदैनन् । ती गहिरा छन् । तेरो विषयमा सुन्ने सबैले रमाहटले ताली बजाउँछन् । तेरो लगातारको दुष्टताबाट को भागेको छ र?BSBBSB: There is no healing for your injury; your wound is severe. All who hear the news of you applaud your downfall, for who has not experienced your constant cruelty?
