1 UDB ଏହି ତୃତୀୟ ଥର ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଯାଉଅଛି। “ଦୁଇ ବା ତିନି ସାକ୍ଷୀଙ୍କ ମୁଖରେ ସମସ୍ତ କଥା ସ୍ଥିର କରାଯିବ।” BSB BSB: This is the third time I am coming to you. “Every matter must be established by the testimony of two or three witnesses.”
2 UDB ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପୂର୍ବରେ ପାପ କରିଥିଲେ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଓ ଅବଶିଷ୍ଟ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ମୁଁ ଯେପରି ପୂର୍ବେ ଦ୍ୱିତୀୟ ଥର ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିବା ସମୟରେ କହିଥିଲି, ଏବେ ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତ ଥାଇ ସେହିପରି ପୂର୍ବରୁ କହୁଅଛି ଯେ, ଯଦି ମୁଁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଯାଏ, ତାହାହେଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଛାଡ଼ିବି ନାହିଁ; BSB BSB: I already warned you the second time I was with you. So now in my absence I warn those who sinned earlier and everyone else: If I return, I will not spare anyone,
3 UDB ଯେଣୁ ଯେଉଁ ଖ୍ରୀଷ୍ଟ ମୋ'ଠାରେ କଥା କହୁଅଛନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରମାଣ ଖୋଜୁଅଛ; BSB BSB: since you are demanding proof that Christ is speaking through me. He is not weak in dealing with you but is powerful among you.
4 UDB ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଦୁର୍ବଳ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଶକ୍ତିମାନ ଅଟନ୍ତି। କାରଣ ଯଦ୍ୟପି ସେ ଦୁର୍ବଳତା ହେତୁ କ୍ରୁଶାର୍ପିତ ହେଲେ, ତଥାପି ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଶକ୍ତି ହେତୁ ସେ ଜୀବିତ। ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ତାହାଙ୍କଠାରେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ, ମାତ୍ର ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ଶକ୍ତି ହେତୁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ତାହାଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଜୀବିତ ହେବା। BSB BSB: For He was indeed crucified in weakness, yet He lives by God’s power. For we are also weak in Him, yet by God’s power we will live with Him concerning you.
6 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ମୁଁ ଭରସା କରେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେ ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣିବ। BSB BSB: And I hope you will realize that we have not failed the test.
7 UDB ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି କୌଣସି ମନ୍ଦ କର୍ମ ନ କର, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଅଛୁ; ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ ବୋଲି ଦେଖାଯାଉ, ଏଥି ନିମନ୍ତେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁ ନାହୁଁ, ମାତ୍ର ପରୀକ୍ଷାସିଦ୍ଧ ନ ହେବା ପରି ଦେଖାଗଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଯେପରି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଉତ୍ତମ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କର, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: Now we pray to God that you will not do anything wrong—not that we will appear to have stood the test, but that you will do what is right, even if we appear to have failed.
8 UDB କାରଣ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସତ୍ୟ ବିପକ୍ଷରେ କିଛି କରି ପାରୁ ନାହୁଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସତ୍ୟ ପକ୍ଷରେ କରି ପାରୁ। BSB BSB: For we cannot do anything against the truth, but only for the truth.
9 UDB ଯେଣୁ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେତେବେଳେ ଦୁର୍ବଳ ଓ ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସବଳ, ସେତେବେଳେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆନନ୍ଦ କରୁ; ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯେପରି ସିଦ୍ଧ ହୁଅ, ଏହା ମଧ୍ୟ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରୁ। BSB BSB: In fact, we rejoice when we are weak but you are strong, and our prayer is for your perfection.
10 UDB ଏଥି ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅନୁପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇ ମୁଁ ଏହି ସବୁ ଲେଖୁଅଛି, ଯେପରି ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ହୋଇ, ପ୍ରଭୁ ମୋତେ ଯେଉଁ ଅଧିକାର ଭଗ୍ନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ନ ଦେଇ ଗଠନ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି, ସେହି ଅଧିକାର ଅନୁସାରେ କଠୋର ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାକୁ ମୋତେ ନ ହୁଏ। BSB BSB: This is why I write these things while absent, so that when I am present I will not need to be severe in my use of the authority that the Lord gave me for building you up, not for tearing you down.
11 UDB ଶେଷରେ, ହେ ଭାଇମାନେ, ଆନନ୍ଦ କର, ସିଦ୍ଧ ହୁଅ, ପରସ୍ପରକୁ ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କର, ଏକମନା ହୁଅ, ଶାନ୍ତିରେ ବାସ କର, ଆଉ ପ୍ରେମ ଓ ଶାନ୍ତିର ଈଶ୍ୱର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ରହିବେ। BSB BSB: Finally, brothers, rejoice! Aim for perfect harmony, encourage one another, be of one mind, live in peace. And the God of love and peace will be with you.
12 UDB ପବିତ୍ର ଚୁମ୍ବନ ଦେଇ ପରସ୍ପରକୁ ନମସ୍କାର କର। ସମସ୍ତ ସାଧୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମସ୍କାର ଜଣାଉଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Greet one another with a holy kiss.
13 UDB ଏଠାରେ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତେ ଯାହାଙ୍କୁ ଈଶ୍ୱର ନିଜ ନିମନ୍ତେ ପୃଥକୀକୃତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ନମସ୍କାର ଜଣାଏ। BSB BSB: All the saints send you greetings.
