1 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ସେହି ସ୍ଥାନରୁ ପ୍ରସ୍ଥାନ କରି ଯିହୂଦା ସୀମା ଓ ଯର୍ଦ୍ଦନର ଅପରପାରିକୁ ଆସିଲେ; ଆଉ ଲୋକସମୂହ ପୁନର୍ବାର ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ଏକତ୍ର ହୁଅନ୍ତେ ସେ ନିଜ ରୀତି ଅନୁସାରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁଣି, ଶିକ୍ଷା ଦେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: Then Jesus left that place and went into the region of Judea, beyond the Jordan. Again the crowds came to Him and He taught them, as was His custom.
2 UDB ଇତିମଧ୍ୟରେ ଫାରୂଶୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରି ପଚାରିଲେ, ଆପଣା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବା କଅଣ ପୁରୁଷ ପକ୍ଷରେ ନ୍ୟାୟସଙ୍ଗତ? BSB BSB: Some Pharisees came to test Him. “Is it lawful for a man to divorce his wife?” they inquired.
3 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମୋଶା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ କି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି? BSB BSB: “What did Moses command you?” He replied.
4 UDB ସେମାନେ କହିଲେ, ତ୍ୟାଗପତ୍ର ଲେଖି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୋଶା ଅନୁମତି ଦେଇଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: They answered, “Moses permitted a man to write his wife a certificate of divorce and send her away.”
5 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ହୃଦୟର କଠିନତା ଦେଖି ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଏହି ଆଜ୍ଞା ଲେଖିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: But Jesus told them, “Moses wrote this commandment for you because of your hardness of heart.
6 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ସୃଷ୍ଟିର ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ ଈଶ୍ୱର ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପୁରୁଷ ଓ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ କରି ସୃଷ୍ଟି କଲେ। BSB BSB: However, from the beginning of creation, ‘God made them male and female.’
7 UDB ଏହି କାରଣରୁ ପୁରୁଷ ଆପଣା ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଅଲଗା ହେବ, ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ଦୁହେଁ ଏକାଙ୍ଗ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: ‘For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife,
8 UDB ଏଣୁ ସେମାନେ ଆଉ ଦୁଇ ନୁହଁନ୍ତି, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏକାଙ୍ଗ ଅଟନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: and the two will become one flesh.’ So they are no longer two, but one flesh.
9 UDB ଅତଏବ, ଈଶ୍ୱର ଯାହା ସଂଯୁକ୍ତ କରିଅଛନ୍ତି, ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ତାହା ଭିନ୍ନ ନ କରୁ। BSB BSB: Therefore what God has joined together, let man not separate.”
10 UDB ପରେ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ଘରେ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କୁ ଏ ବିଷୟ ପୁନର୍ବାର ପଚାରିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: When they were back inside the house, the disciples asked Jesus about this matter.
11 UDB ସେଥିରେ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଯେ କେହି ଆପଣା ସ୍ତ୍ରୀକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ବିବାହ କରେ, ସେ ତାହା ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରେ; BSB BSB: So He told them, “Whoever divorces his wife and marries another woman commits adultery against her.
12 UDB ଆଉ, ଯଦି ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆପଣା ସ୍ୱାମୀକୁ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ଅନ୍ୟକୁ ବିବାହ କରେ, ତେବେ ସେ ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କରେ। BSB BSB: And if a woman divorces her husband and marries another man, she commits adultery.”
13 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ଯେପରି ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କରନ୍ତି, ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଲୋକେ ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆଣିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ; ମାତ୍ର ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଧମକ ଦେଲେ। BSB BSB: Now people were bringing the little children to Jesus for Him to place His hands on them, and the disciples rebuked those who brought them.
14 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ତାହା ଦେଖି ବିରକ୍ତ ହୋଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୋ' ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିବାକୁ ଦିଅ, ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମନା କର ନାହିଁ; କାରଣ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏହି ପ୍ରକାର ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କର। BSB BSB: But when Jesus saw this, He was indignant and told them, “Let the little children come to Me, and do not hinder them! For the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
15 UDB ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ଯେ କେହି ଶିଶୁ ପରି ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟ ଗ୍ରହଣ ନ କରେ, ସେ କୌଣସି ପ୍ରକାରେ ସେଥିରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବ ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: Truly I tell you, anyone who does not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it.”
16 UDB ପୁଣି, ଯୀଶୁ ଶିଶୁମାନଙ୍କୁ କୋଳରେ ଘେନି ଓ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ହାତ ଥୋଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆଶୀର୍ବାଦ କଲେ। BSB BSB: And He took the children in His arms, placed His hands on them, and blessed them.
17 UDB ସେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ଯାତ୍ରା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରିବା ସମୟରେ ଜଣେ ଦୌଡ଼ିଆସି ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁରେ ଆଣ୍ଠୁପାତି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ହେ ସଦ୍ଗୁରୁ, ଅନନ୍ତ ଜୀବନର ଅଧିକାରୀ ହେବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୁଁ କ'ଣ କରିବି? BSB BSB: As Jesus started on His way, a man ran up and knelt before Him. “Good Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life?”
18 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମୋତେ ଉତ୍ତମ ବୋଲି କାହିଁକି କହୁଅଛ? ଜଣଙ୍କ ବିନା, ଅର୍ଥାତ୍ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ବିନା ଅନ୍ୟ କେହି ଉତ୍ତମ ନୁହେଁ। BSB BSB: “Why do you call Me good?” Jesus replied. “No one is good except God alone.
19 UDB ଆଜ୍ଞାଗୁଡ଼ିକ ତ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଜାଣ, ନରହତ୍ୟା କର ନାହିଁ, ବ୍ୟଭିଚାର କର ନାହିଁ, ଚୋରି କର ନାହିଁ, ମିଥ୍ୟା ସାକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଦିଅ ନାହିଁ, ପ୍ରବଞ୍ଚନା କର ନାହିଁ, ଆପଣା ପିତାମାତାଙ୍କୁ ସମାଦର କର। BSB BSB: You know the commandments: ‘Do not murder, do not commit adultery, do not steal, do not bear false witness, do not cheat others, honor your father and mother.’”
20 UDB ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ହେ ଗୁରୁ, ଏହି ସମସ୍ତ ମୁଁ ଯୌବନକାଳରୁ ପାଳନ କରି ଆସିଅଛି। BSB BSB: “Teacher,” he replied, “all these I have kept from my youth.”
21 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ସ୍ନେହରେ ଏକଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଚାହିଁ ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ଗୋଟିଏ ବିଷୟ ଊଣା ଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଯାଇ ଆପଣାର ସର୍ବସ୍ୱ ବିକ୍ରୟ କରି ଦରିଦ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦାନ କର, ଆଉ ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଗରେ ଧନ ପାଇବ; ପୁଣି, ଆସି ମୋହର ଅନୁଗମନ କର। BSB BSB: Jesus looked at him, loved him, and said to him, “There is one thing you lack: Go, sell everything you own and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow Me.”
22 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହି କଥାରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ମୁଖ ମଳିନ ହୋଇଗଲା ଓ ସେ ଦୁଃଖିତ ହୋଇ ଚାଲିଗଲେ, କାରଣ ତାହାଙ୍କର ବହୁତ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତି ଥିଲା। BSB BSB: But the man was saddened by these words and went away in sorrow, because he had great wealth.
23 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଚତୁର୍ଦ୍ଦିଗକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିପାତ କରି ଆପଣା ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କର ଧନ ଅଛି, ସେମାନେ କେଡ଼େ କଷ୍ଟରେ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବେ! BSB BSB: Then Jesus looked around and said to His disciples, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!”
24 UDB ତାହାଙ୍କ କଥା ଶୁଣି ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ବିସ୍ମୟାନ୍ୱିତ ହେଲେ। କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁ ପୁନର୍ବାର ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ବତ୍ସଗଣ, ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା କେଡ଼େ କଷ୍ଟକର! BSB BSB: And the disciples were amazed at His words. But Jesus said to them again, “Children, how hard it is to enter the kingdom of God!
25 UDB ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଧନୀ ଲୋକର ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ଅପେକ୍ଷା ବରଂ ଛୁଞ୍ଚିର ଛିଦ୍ର ଦେଇ ଓଟର ଯିବାର ସହଜ। BSB BSB: It is easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.”
26 UDB ଏଥିରେ ସେମାନେ ଅତିଶୟ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟାନ୍ୱିତ ହୋଇ ପରସ୍ପରକୁ କହିଲେ, ତେବେ କିଏ ପରିତ୍ରାଣ ପାଇପାରେ? BSB BSB: They were even more astonished and said to one another, “Who then can be saved?”
27 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏକଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ଚାହିଁ କହିଲେ, ଏହା ମନୁଷ୍ୟ ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅସାଧ୍ୟ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ନୁହେଁ; କାରଣ ଈଶ୍ୱରଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମସ୍ତ ସାଧ୍ୟ। BSB BSB: Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but not with God. For all things are possible with God.”
28 UDB ପିତର ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, ଦେଖନ୍ତୁ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସମସ୍ତ ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଅନୁଗାମୀ ହୋଇଅଛୁ। BSB BSB: Peter began to say to Him, “Look, we have left everything and followed You.”
29 UDB ଯୀଶୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ସତ୍ୟ କହୁଅଛି, ଯେଉଁ ଲୋକ ମୋହର ଓ ସୁସମାଚାର ନିମନ୍ତେ ଗୃହ କିମ୍ବା ଭାଇ କି ଭଉଣୀ କି ମାତା କି ପିତା କି ସନ୍ତାନସନ୍ତତି କି ଭୂମି ପରିତ୍ୟାଗ କରିଅଛି, BSB BSB: “Truly I tell you,” Jesus replied, “no one who has left home or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for My sake and for the gospel
30 UDB ଆଉ ଏବେ ଇହକାଳରେ ତାଡ଼ନା ସଙ୍ଗେ ସଙ୍ଗେ ଶତ ଗୁଣରେ ଗୃହ, ଭାଇ, ଭଉଣୀ, ମାତା, ସନ୍ତାନସନ୍ତତି ଓ ଭୂମି, ପୁଣି, ପରକାଳରେ ଅନନ୍ତ ଜୀବନ ନ ପାଇବ, ଏପରିଲୋକ କେହି ନାହିଁ। BSB BSB: will fail to receive a hundredfold in the present age—houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and fields, along with persecutions—and in the age to come, eternal life.
31 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ପ୍ରଥମରେ ଥିବା ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ଶେଷରେ ପଡ଼ିବେ ଓ ଶେଷରେ ଥିବା ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ପ୍ରଥମ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: But many who are first will be last, and the last will be first.”
32 UDB ସେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଥିବା ସମୟରେ ପଥ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିଲେ ଓ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଆଗେ ଆଗେ ଯାଉଥିଲେ, ଆଉ ଶିଷ୍ୟମାନେ ବିସ୍ମୟାନ୍ୱିତ ଓ ପଛରେ ଆସୁଥିବା ଲୋକେ ଭୀତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ। ଏଣୁ ସେ ପୁନର୍ବାର ବାର ଶିଷ୍ୟଙ୍କୁ ଅନ୍ତର କରି, ତାହାଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଯାହା ଯାହା ଘଟିବାକୁ ଯାଉଅଛି, ସେହି ସବୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଜଣାଇବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: As they were going up the road to Jerusalem, Jesus was walking ahead of them. The disciples were amazed, but those who followed were afraid. Again Jesus took the Twelve aside and began to tell them what was going to happen to Him:
33 UDB ଯୀଶୁ କହିଲେ, ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଅଛୁ; ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହେବେ, ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାଣ ଦଣ୍ଡାଦେଶ ଦେଇ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବେ, BSB BSB: “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and scribes. They will condemn Him to death and will deliver Him over to the Gentiles,
34 UDB ପୁଣି, ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପରିହାସ କରିବେ, ତାହାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ଛେପ ପକାଇବେ, ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କୋରଡ଼ା ମାରିବେ ଓ ବଧ କରିବେ, ଆଉ ତିନି ଦିନ ପରେ ସେ ପୁନରୁତ୍ଥିତ ହେବେ। BSB BSB: who will mock Him and spit on Him and flog Him and kill Him. And after three days He will rise again.”
35 UDB ପରେ ଜେବଦୀଙ୍କ ପୁତ୍ରମାନେ ଯାକୁବ ଓ ଯୋହନ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁକୁ ଆସି କହିଲେ, ହେ ଗୁରୁ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଇଚ୍ଛା ଯେ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଆପଣଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଯାହା କିଛି ମାଗିବୁ, ତାହା ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ଆପଣ କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: Then James and John, the sons of Zebedee, came to Jesus and declared, “Teacher, we want You to do for us whatever we ask.”
36 UDB ତହୁଁ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କଅଣ କରିବି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରୁଅଛ? BSB BSB: “What do you want Me to do for you?” He inquired.
37 UDB ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଆପଣ ମହିମାପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ହେଲେ ଯେପରି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣକ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ବସିବ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ବର ଦିଅନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: They answered, “Grant that one of us may sit at Your right hand and the other at Your left in Your glory.”
38 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କ'ଣ ମାଗୁଅଛ, ତାହା ଜାଣୁ ନାହଁ। ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ପାତ୍ରରେ ପାନ କରୁଅଛି, ସେଥିରେ କି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାନ କରି ପାର? ଅବା ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମରେ ବାପ୍ତିଜିତ ହେଉଅଛି, ସେଥିରେ କି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ବାପ୍ତିଜିତ ହୋଇ ପାର? BSB BSB: “You do not know what you are asking,” Jesus replied. “Can you drink the cup I will drink, or be baptized with the baptism I will undergo?”
39 UDB ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, “ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାରୁ।” ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ପାତ୍ରରେ ପାନ କରୁଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେଥିରେ ପାନ କରିବ, ପୁଣି, ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ବାପ୍ତିସ୍ମରେ ବାପ୍ତିଜିତ ହେଉଅଛି, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସେଥିରେ ବାପ୍ତିଜିତ ହେବ; BSB BSB: “We can,” the brothers answered. “You will drink the cup that I drink,” Jesus said, “and you will be baptized with the baptism that I undergo.
40 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋହର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଅବା ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ବସିବାକୁ ଦେବା ମୋହର ଅଧିକାରର ବିଷୟ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଅଛି, ସେମାନେ ବସିବେ। BSB BSB: But to sit at My right or left is not Mine to grant. These seats belong to those for whom they have been prepared.”
41 UDB ଅନ୍ୟ ଦଶ ଜଣ ଏହା ଶୁଣି ଯାକୁବ ଓ ଯୋହନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବିରକ୍ତ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: When the ten heard about this, they became indignant with James and John.
42 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଖକୁ ଡାକି କହିଲେ, ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତା ରୂପେ ଗଣିତ, ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଭୁତ୍ୱ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କର ମହାନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱ କରନ୍ତି, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣ। BSB BSB: So Jesus called them together and said, “You know that those regarded as rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their superiors exercise authority over them.
43 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେପ୍ରକାର ନୁହେଁ; ମାତ୍ର ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେ କେହି ମହାନ ହେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସେବକ ହେଉ, BSB BSB: But it shall not be this way among you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,

49 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ କହିଲେ, ତାହାକୁ ଡାକ। ସେମାନେ ସେହି ଅନ୍ଧ ଲୋକଟିକୁ ଡାକି କହିଲେ, ସାହସ ଧର, ଉଠ, ସେ ତୁମକୁ ଡାକୁଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: Jesus stopped and said, “Call him.” So they called the blind man. “Take courage!” they said. “Get up! He is calling for you.”
50 UDB ତହିଁରେ ସେ ଆପଣା ଚାଦର ଫୋପାଡ଼ିଦେଇ ଉଠି ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ନିକଟକୁ ଆସିଲା। BSB BSB: Throwing off his cloak, Bartimaeus jumped up and came to Jesus.
51 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭ ପାଇଁ କ'ଣ କରିବି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରୁଅଛ? ସେହି ଅନ୍ଧ ଲୋକଟି ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲା, ହେ ଗୁରୁ, ମୁଁ ଯେପରି ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ପାଏ। BSB BSB: “What do you want Me to do for you?” Jesus asked. “Rabboni,” said the blind man, “let me see again.”
52 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ତାହାକୁ କହିଲେ, ଯାଅ, ତୁମ୍ଭର ବିଶ୍ୱାସ ତୁମ୍ଭକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ କରିଅଛି। ତତ୍କ୍ଷଣାତ୍ ସେ ଦୃଷ୍ଟି ପାଇ ପଥରେ ତାହାଙ୍କ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲା। BSB BSB: “Go,” said Jesus, “your faith has healed you.” And immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus along the road.
