2 UDB ଆଉ ସେ ମୂଲିଆମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ଦିନକୁ ଏକ ଦିନର ମୂଲ ପାଇଁ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆପଣା ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ପଠାଇଲେ। BSB BSB: He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.
3 UDB ପୁଣି, ପ୍ରାୟ ନଅଟା ସମୟରେ ବାହାରିଯାଇ ବଜାରରେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିଷ୍କର୍ମା ହୋଇ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଲେ, BSB BSB: About the third hour he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing.
4 UDB ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଯାଅ, ପୁଣି, ଯାହା ଉଚିତ୍, ତାହା ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦେବି; ଆଉ ସେମାନେ ଗଲେ। BSB BSB: ‘You also go into my vineyard,’ he said, ‘and I will pay you whatever is right.’
5 UDB ପୁଣି, ଥରେ ସେ ପ୍ରାୟ ବାରଟା ଓ ତିନିଟା ସମୟରେ ବାହାରିଯାଇ ସେହି ପ୍ରକାର କଲେ। BSB BSB: So they went. He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing.
6 UDB ପୁଣି, ପ୍ରାୟ ପାଞ୍ଚଟା ସମୟରେ ସେ ବାହାରିଯାଇ ଆଉ କେତେକ ଜଣଙ୍କୁ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଥିବା ଦେଖି ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କାହିଁକି ଏଠାରେ ଦିନଯାକ ଖାଲିରେ ଠିଆ ହୋଇଅଛ? BSB BSB: About the eleventh hour he went out and found still others standing around. ‘Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?’ he asked.
7 UDB ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, କାରଣ କେହି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ମୂଲ ଲଗାଇ ନାହାନ୍ତି। ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରକୁ ଯାଅ। BSB BSB: ‘Because no one has hired us,’ they answered. So he told them, ‘You also go into my vineyard.’
8 UDB ପରେ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ହୁଅନ୍ତେ ଦ୍ରାକ୍ଷାକ୍ଷେତ୍ରର ଅଧିକାରୀ ଆପଣା ବେବର୍ତ୍ତାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ମୂଲିଆମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକି ଶେଷ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ପ୍ରଥମ ଲୋକମାନଙ୍କ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ମୂଲ ଦିଅ। BSB BSB: When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, ‘Call the workers and pay them their wages, starting with the last ones hired and moving on to the first.’
9 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯେଉଁମାନେ ପ୍ରାୟ ପାଞ୍ଚଟା ସମୟରେ ମୂଲ ଲଗାଯାଇଥିଲେ, ସେମାନେ ଆସି ଏକ ଦିନର ମୂଲ ଲେଖାଏଁ ପାଇଲେ। BSB BSB: The workers who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius.
10 UDB ପୁଣି, ପ୍ରଥମେ ଲଗାଯାଇଥିବା ମୂଲିଆମାନେ ଆସି ଅଧିକ ପାଇବେ ବୋଲି ମନେ କଲେ; ମାତ୍ର ସେମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏକ ଦିନର ମୂଲ ଲେଖାଏଁ ପାଇଲେ। BSB BSB: So when the original workers came, they assumed they would receive more. But each of them also received a denarius.
11 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ତାହା ପାଇ ସେମାନେ ଘରର ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ବିରୁଦ୍ଧରେ ବଚସା କରି କହିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ, BSB BSB: On receiving their pay, they began to grumble against the landowner.
12 UDB ଏହି ଶେଷର ଲୋକମାନେ ଘଣ୍ଟାଏ ମାତ୍ର କାମ କଲେ, ଆଉ ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଦିନଯାକ ଖଟି ଖଟି ଖରାରେ ଜଳି ପୋଡ଼ିଗଲେ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତୁମ୍ଭେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ସମାନ କଲ। BSB BSB: ‘These men who were hired last worked only one hour,’ they said, ‘and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden and the scorching heat of the day.’
13 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣକୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ଭାଇ, ତୋ ପ୍ରତି ମୁଁ ଅନ୍ୟାୟ କରୁ ନାହିଁ; ତୁ କଅଣ ମୋ’ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ଏକ ଦିନର ମୂଲ ପାଇଁ ଚୁକ୍ତି କରି ନ ଥିଲୁ? BSB BSB: But he answered one of them, ‘Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Did you not agree with me on one denarius?
14 UDB ତୋର ଯାହା, ତାହା ନେଇ ଚାଲି ଯା, କିନ୍ତୁ ଏହି ଶେଷ ଲୋକକୁ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ତୋ’ପରି ଦେବା ପାଇଁ ମୋହର ଇଚ୍ଛା। BSB BSB: Take your pay and go. I want to give this last man the same as I gave you.
15 UDB ନିଜ ସମ୍ପତ୍ତିକୁ ନିଜ ଇଚ୍ଛାନୁସାରେ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିବାକୁ କଅଣ ମୋର ଅଧିକାର ନାହିଁ? ନା ମୁଁ ଦାନଶୀଳ ହେବାରୁ ତୁ ଈର୍ଷାଦୃଷ୍ଟି କରୁଅଛୁ? BSB BSB: Do I not have the right to do as I please with what is mine? Or are you envious because I am generous?’
16 UDB ସେହିପରି ଶେଷରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ହେବେ ଓ ପ୍ରଥମରେ ଥିବା ଲୋକେ ଶେଷରେ ପଡ଼ିବେ। BSB BSB: So the last will be first, and the first will be last.”
17 UDB ଯୀଶୁ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଉଦ୍ୟତ ହେଉଥିବା ସମୟରେ ଦ୍ୱାଦଶଙ୍କୁ ପୃଥକ୍ କରି ପଥ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, BSB BSB: As Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, He took the twelve disciples aside and said,
18 UDB ଦେଖ, ଆମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଯିରୂଶାଲମକୁ ଯାତ୍ରା କରୁଅଛୁ, ଆଉ ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର ପ୍ରଧାନ ଯାଜକ ଓ ଶାସ୍ତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପିତ ହେବେ, BSB BSB: “Look, we are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be delivered over to the chief priests and scribes. They will condemn Him to death
19 UDB ପୁଣି, ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାଣ ଦଣ୍ଡାଜ୍ଞା ଦେଇ ପରିହାସ, କୋରଡ଼ା ପ୍ରହାର ଓ କ୍ରୁଶରେ ବଧ କରିବା ନିମନ୍ତେ ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ହସ୍ତରେ ସମର୍ପଣ କରିବେ, ଆଉ ତୃତୀୟ ଦିବସରେ ସେ ଉଠିବେ। BSB BSB: and will deliver Him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. And on the third day He will be raised to life.”
20 UDB ସେତେବେଳେ ଜେବଦୀଙ୍କ ସ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଆପଣା ପୁତ୍ରମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାଙ୍ଗରେ ନେଇ ତାହାଙ୍କ ଛାମୁକୁ ଆସି ପ୍ରଣାମ କରି ତାହାଙ୍କଠାରୁ କିଛି ମାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: Then the mother of Zebedee’s sons came to Jesus with her sons and knelt down to make a request of Him.
21 UDB ସେଥିରେ ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ ପଚାରିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେ କ'ଣ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରୁଅଛ? ସେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ଆପଣଙ୍କ ରାଜ୍ୟରେ ଯେପରି ମୋହର ଏହି ଦୁଇ ପୁତ୍ରଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରୁ ଜଣେ ଆପଣଙ୍କ ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟ ଜଣେ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ବସନ୍ତି, ଏହା ଆଜ୍ଞା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: “What do you want?” He inquired. She answered, “Declare that in Your kingdom one of these two sons of mine may sit at Your right hand, and the other at Your left.”
22 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁ ଉତ୍ତର ଦେଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ କ'ଣ ମାଗୁଅଛ, ତାହା ଜାଣୁ ନାହଁ। ମୁଁ ଯେଉଁ ପାତ୍ରରେ ପାନ କରିବାକୁ ଯାଉଅଛି, ସେଥିରେ କି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ପାନ କରି ପାର? BSB BSB: “You do not know what you are asking,” Jesus replied. “Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?” “We can,” the brothers answered.
23 UDB ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ପାରୁ। ସେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ମୋହର ପାତ୍ରରେ ପାନ କରିବ ସତ, କିନ୍ତୁ ମୋହର ଦକ୍ଷିଣ ଓ ବାମ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ବସିବାକୁ ଦେବା ମୋହର ଅଧିକାରର ବିଷୟ ନୁହେଁ, ବରଂ ଯେଉଁମାନଙ୍କ ନିମନ୍ତେ ମୋହର ପିତାଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସ୍ଥାନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରାଯାଇଅଛି, ସେମାନେ ବସିବେ। BSB BSB: “You will indeed drink My cup,” Jesus said. “But to sit at My right or left is not Mine to grant. These seats belong to those for whom My Father has prepared them.”
24 UDB ଅନ୍ୟ ଦଶ ଜଣ ଶିଷ୍ୟ ଏହା ଶୁଣି ସେହି ଦୁଇ ଭାଇଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବିରକ୍ତ ହେଲେ। BSB BSB: When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers.
25 UDB କିନ୍ତୁ ଯୀଶୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ପାଖକୁ ଡାକି କହିଲେ, ଅଣଯିହୂଦୀମାନଙ୍କ ଶାସନକର୍ତ୍ତାମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ପ୍ରଭୁତ୍ୱ କରନ୍ତି ଓ ମହାନ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କର୍ତ୍ତୃତ୍ୱ କରନ୍ତି, ଏହା ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଜାଣ। BSB BSB: But Jesus called them aside and said, “You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their superiors exercise authority over them.
26 UDB ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସେପ୍ରକାର ନୁହେଁ, କିନ୍ତୁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଯେ କେହି ମହାନ ହେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ସେବକ ହେଉ, BSB BSB: It shall not be this way among you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,
27 UDB ଆଉ ଯେ କେହି ପ୍ରଧାନ ହେବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରେ, ସେ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଦାସ ହେଉ, BSB BSB: and whoever wants to be first among you must be your slave—
28 UDB ଯେପରି ମନୁଷ୍ୟପୁତ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟ ସେବା ପାଇବାକୁ ଆସି ନାହାନ୍ତି, ମାତ୍ର ସେବା କରିବାକୁ ଓ ଅନେକଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ମୁଁକ୍ତିର ମୂଲ୍ୟ ସ୍ୱରୂପେ ପ୍ରାଣ ଦେବାକୁ ଆସିଅଛନ୍ତି। BSB BSB: just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give His life as a ransom for many.”
29 UDB ସେମାନେ ଯିରୀହୋରୁ ବାହାରିବା ସମୟରେ ବହୁସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଲୋକ ତାହାଙ୍କର ପଛେ ପଛେ ଗଲେ। BSB BSB: As they were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed Him.
30 UDB ଆଉ ଦେଖ, ପଥ ପାର୍ଶ୍ୱରେ ଦୁଇ ଜଣ ଅନ୍ଧ ଯୀଶୁ ସେହି ପଥ ଦେଇ ଯାଉଅଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ଶୁଣି ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ୱର କରି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୟା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: And there were two blind men sitting beside the road. When they heard that Jesus was passing by, they cried out, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
31 UDB ମାତ୍ର ଲୋକସମୂହ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ତୁନି ହେବା ପାଇଁ ଧମକ ଦେଲେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ସେମାନେ ଆହୁରି ଉଚ୍ଚ ସ୍ୱର କରି କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଦାଉଦଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନ, ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କୁ ଦୟା କରନ୍ତୁ। BSB BSB: The crowd admonished them to be silent, but they cried out all the louder, “Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!”
32 UDB ସେଥିରେ ଯୀଶୁ ଠିଆ ହୋଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଡାକି ପଚାରିଲେ, ମୁଁ ତୁମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ କ'ଣ କରିବି ବୋଲି ତୁମ୍ଭେମାନେ ଇଚ୍ଛା କରୁଅଛ? BSB BSB: Jesus stopped and called them. “What do you want Me to do for you?” He asked.
33 UDB ସେମାନେ ତାହାଙ୍କୁ କହିଲେ, ହେ ପ୍ରଭୁ, ଯେପରି ଆମ୍ଭମାନଙ୍କର ଆଖି ଫିଟିଯାଏ। BSB BSB: “Lord,” they answered, “let our eyes be opened.”
34 UDB ଆଉ ଯୀଶୁ ଦୟାରେ ବିଗଳିତ ହୋଇ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଚକ୍ଷୁ ସ୍ପର୍ଶ କଲେ ଓ ସେହିକ୍ଷଣି ସେମାନେ ଦେଖି ପାରିଲେ ଓ ଯୀଶୁଙ୍କ ପଛେ ପଛେ ଚାଲିବାକୁ ଲାଗିଲେ। BSB BSB: Moved with compassion, Jesus touched their eyes, and at once they received their sight and followed Him.
